Chris Moyles: Welcome back to the Chris Moyles show, that was "Ego" by G2L and right now we have a new band in the studio! They've been signed to Junction Records recently and they're here to introduce us to their sound... Everyone, it's Vülker and the Millions!

Chris Moyles: But it's only two of them, where are the rest of the gang?
Vülker: Oh they went to another station to promote...
Chris Moyles: So it's divide and conquer for you guys?
Vülker: Definitly, yes. We want as many people as possible to hear our tune...
Mia: Plus, we have to make friends with the radio people you know...
Chris Moyles: Well I can be your friend!
Mia: Haha, you certainly are Chris!
Chris Moyles: Any chance of being a bit more than friends?
Mia: Oh, too soon to tell!
Chris Moyles: I'll be waiting then...
Vülker: Look out cuz she's very hard to get...
Chris Moyles: Why do you say that? Did you try to get her?
Vülker: No, no... We're just really good friends, that's all...
Chris Moyles: You're in a band with four other guys Mia, don't they just throw themselves at you?
Mia: No, fortunatly we can separate things quite well. Plus they'll have all those groupies to party with!
Chris Moyles: I bet they'll do! I have groupies of my own you know?
Mia: Yeah?
Chris Moyles: Yeah, but I'm just not really into them... I'm too good!
Mia: Well of course you are!
Chris Moyles: See, you're feeling me already!
Mia: Haha! Maybe I am, maybe I am...
Chris Moyles: So tell me about the band, how did you meet, how did it all went?
Vülker: Well, we just have been friends for ages and music was always there. We finally started to buy some instruments and play together and things just naturally escalated to this...
Mia: It's all a blur, really... Things just went so fast, I'm stunned we're at Radio 1 right now really...
Chris Moyles: There's five of you, but I hear there used to be a sixth member?
Mia: Yes, but things just change and we grew apart...
Chris Moyles: What did he play?
Vülker: He was the bassist, but now that is also my job...
Chris Moyles: Never cared for a replacement then?
Mia: It just felt wrong... Because we're all friends, and bringing someone else to the group without that basis behind... It just felt wrong...
Chris Moyles: So, how's the sound of the band going?
Vülker: We're working on our debut, and we have a lot of influences... We started out with a little bit of Cristina Lake, then we moved on to *Cosmic Beauty Contest* and Suburban Sunrise, and now we've also been influenced by Daniel and G2L... So there's a lot of influences and a lot of different sounds, so we're trying to merge all of them into our unique personal sound...
Chris Moyles: Jesus! That sounds like a mess!
Vülker: Haha, yes sounds messy, but it's turning out great really!
Mia: It's just really different to everything else, but it just fits marvellously within the current state of music!
Chris Moyles: Sounds promising then... And any collaboration wishes?
Vülker: Definitly! We've written a song that just screams collaboration so we're looking at possibilities!
Mia: And there's loads other people we would like to collaborate down the line, so only the future will tell...
Chris Moyles: Alright folks, so it's time for us to hear this tune of yours, what would you like to say about it?
Vülker: Well it's called "Life Sucks (But I Suck Better)", it's a fun song, really in your face, and we've written it right after we've been confirmed to open for Suburban Sunrise so it's really punky and stuff...
Mia: And it just felt so right when we finished it. It was like... "Yes! This is it!". It just felt that was us!
Chris Moyles: I gotta say I loved it on first listen, it's quite catchy...
Vülker: Thanks! We hope everyone else enjoys it as well!
