NME: Hello Nicole how are you today?
Nicole: I am very very good. Thank you very much
NME: So we have a few questions for you. Do you mind if i ask them?
Nicole: Not at all. Go ahead.
Question 1NME: Ok. First question. You are the youngest in the band at 18. And there is no doubt that your a beutiful girl with a beutiful voice. Has being in a band changed you at all?
Nicole: Im acctually 17 and 1/2 i turn 18 on the 31st of this month. But i dont think it has because our band Suburban Sunrise isnt very big. I mean people know us but we dont have a very big following. Like Reckoner, or someone like Miss Vanity. Those are the people that everyone knows, and then there is us. We are very unknown i think when it comes to being known. And half of the people from my town dont even know our band. But i know for a fact that in Matt's and Nick's town everyone knows who they are.
NME: So you dont think you've changed?
Nicole: Not at all.
Question 2NME: Do you have a boyfriend?
Nicole: No i dont at the moment. No one seems very interested in me so im just going to be single for now.
Question 3NME: What are your favorite bands or artist's at the moment?
Nicole: O um.. Brittany Knox, Reckoner, Miss Vanity, and I acctually am enjoying Cosmic Beauty Contest.
NME: Isnt Cosmic Beauty Contest opening for you in September?
Nicole: Ya Cosmic Beauty Contest and young band Vulker and The Millions are going to be opening for us.
Question 4NME: What can you tell me about the new album?
Nicole: Um well we beleive its better than Doesn't Mean It's Legal just because we were able to take alot of time on it and spent most of our time seting the sound for the songs unlike what the guys did on the last album where they went in and just layed down something and said that they were done. And i know that alot of people dont have much respect for us but we are hoping that we are going to regain that respect with this new album because we scratched Exhibit A from the cd which we think was more then anything the worst track that was going to be on the album so we added a new track and the only two tracks that people will know forsure are Torn Filthy Love, and The Leaving Scene.
NME: When will we know the tracklisting?
Nicole: Well Ive wanted to release the tracklisting but the boys dont want to. So when ever Matt and Nick stop being a bitch we will be releasing it.
Question 5NME: Whats one thing people dont know about Suburban Sunrise?
Nicole: Well we are like a family. Nick and Matt are always together. And when i joined the band the two of them wouldnt leave me alone it was very annoying.
NME: What dont people know about you?
Nicole: I never sit on a chair. I hate them so i sit on the floor. Like at my apartment i dont own a table a sit on pillows and eat food and watch tv. So thats kinda interesting.
NME: Well thank you Nicole it was great talking with you. Good luck with the album.
Nicole: Your welcome it was great to be here
