Well, the title says it all. What is your favorite sport and why?

Mines hockey (NHL) because its a fast paced hard hitting game GO LEAFS! Applause My least favorite sport would have to be football because of how frequent stops in play and to me, makes it really hard to watch. Thats my opinion.

So yeah, tell me what you think.

Harvesters of Sanity debut album is to be released soon.

Harvesters of Sanity/ Heavy Metal Band

Cody Hamelin: Vocals/Rhythm Guitar
Riley Hest: Lead Guitar
Kyle Brown: Bass Guitar
Jacob Mathews: Drums

American Football is my favorite because I'm good at the catching aspect and it's a really fun game to play with friends. It's one of those games that you don't watch but rather do.

Track or Baseball would have to be my least favorite:

Track - Boring to do & watch.

Baseball - I hate watching more than playing the sport because watching is just terrible.

The best sport to play is football. As simple as any game can really be, you just need something to represent the goals (we'd always use either jumpers or school bags) and a ball, and a couple of folk to play. Have spent inumerable numbers playing that game, especially as a kid, just oh so much fun, simple rules that are easy enough for anyone to understand.

But I'd rather watch American football these days, and also MMA. Easily my two most watched sports now, truth be told my love for football as a spectator sport has just left me almost entirely now unfortunately. Certainly at least when my teams not playing, where as I can watch any NFL game that gets shown on free TV here in the UK (just the Sunday Night game every week unfortunately)

My favorite sport would have to be ultimate frisbee. I know it's not a sport that will ever get me laid, but fuck, i'm sticking to my music and personality to get me laid.

I prefer to watch boxing at the moment. I never got why MMA is so popular, to me its boring and despite putting every fighting style into one fight it lacks anything exciting from either style. A jack of all trades is a master of none I guess.

Can't agree. I mean Brock Lesnar, for example, 2000 NCAA heavyweight wrestling champion, and you don't win that by being a chump. Plenty of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters like Fabricio Werdum or Demian Meia are recent winners of the Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Champions (one of the most respected international tournaments for that style), or Aleister Overeem, the current Strikeforce Heavyweight champion who is currently going deep in the K-1 Kickboxing Heavyweight tournament that's on going at the moment.

Also, I'd far prefer to watch 3 rounds of two guys grappling on the mat than 12 rounds of two guys throwing weak punches that have no aim other than to score points. Of course there are boring fights in UFC, and there are boring fighters too, but at this moment there are a lot less of those than in boxing. I don't get the attraction of a combat sport where you can't even kick, never mind slap in a submission hold

I agree 100% with Forkboy on the Football thing.
So simple and you just have so much fun, you wouldn't expect it to have this effect and I dunno if it was just me and my group of friends but we'd end up laughing uncontrolably when playing football, there always seemed to be some funny thing that happened when playing football. Sadly these days with work and stuff I don't get to have a kick about with friends as much.
