I think I might learn to ski/snowboard (whichever is easier/more fun), if I get a job, because if I'm going to Canada next year, it would be nice to have the chance to do that shit over there, maybe even get seasonal work in a ski place.

I just moved my desk 18 inches to the right, and have reduced the effect of a huge bass boost from my left speaker being right in a corner, and also bought myself a surprising amount of usable floorspace. Woo.

yeah, but american or gridiron football uses a much smaller ball than in rugby. it doesn't go as fast, and all the players are armored. Rugby is the true test of strength of strategy, with the exception of war. People could actually die in rugby. i've never heard of a quarterback getting sacked so hard that his ribs break and a bone lands in his heart.....That doesn't really make rugby a better sport, it just makes it sound stupid, but the point is......actually, i don't like rugby. but football (soccer) is still better. But Football (Gridiron/American) is better than stupid baseball, where all the players are fat and the entire concept is to run around a diamond.

I traveled to the uni I'm going to yesterday and fucking hell, it was amazing! Loved the people, I had to swim on the grass, dance, they threw paint on my hair, clothes and everything. Fuck yeah, can't wait to live there!
And I learned the most important life lesson ever, from a guy that's doing biology too: "THC is liposoluble, so if you put it on butter the THC will come out and the effect will be better". He said that while doing a pot and pinga brigadeiro :p
