PLOT
The series takes place in the fictional town of Alistair, Connecticut and follows the lives of a group of teenagers who have all been connected by the strange mishaps that have seem to taken over their quiet town and shaken their lives for good. It all begins when Quinn, a 17 year old girl who has a seemingly perfect life. She is a sophomore at Crestview high school and dating one of the school's most attractive guys, Collin Alexander. Surrounded by family and friends who love her, Quinn is living the life most dream of but that comes to a sudden halt after he is suddenly murdered. Quinn goes on the hunt to find out her boyfriend's murderer causing her to come across new friends and new enemies. As she gets closer to unraveling the mystery surrounding her boyfriend's death, she also uncovers secrets about the quiet little town and finds herself in the grips of a battle between good and evil. Will she finally find the truth or will she risk it all for nothing?

Quinley 'Quinn' James (17-19) CASTED
Quinn is the main protagonist. She's currently investigating the murder of her boyfriend, Collin Alexander, who was also her childhood best friend. She is from a middle class family and has a twin brother by the name of Owen. She's very intelligent and also loves photography. Quinn is fairly nice and well known, only having one particular enemy which is Piper Newberry who also used to have a crush on Collin. Her best friends include Paulina, Caleb, Cheyenne, and Micah.

Collin Alexander (18-20) CASTED
Collin is the deceased boyfriend of Quinn James. His mother is a well known nurse working at the Geneva hospital. He is an only child and has often expressed his wishes for a sibling. He is the oldest friend of Quinn and has been in love with her since the day they met. He is protective of her and holds a secret that he has kept since their Freshman year of High School but he took that secret to the grave, literally. Collin was kind of shy unless otherwise provoked and usually was when it came to Quinn and his friends who include Micah and Cheyenne.

Elise Alexander (43-45) CASTED
Elise is the mother of Collin. She is very well respected as head nurse at the Geneva Hospital. She holds a secret of her own as many of the townspeople as well. She is a single mother who is oftentimes at work more than at home, leaving Collin to spend lots of time with Quinn. Elise is usually to herself but is friendly and well known around the town.

Piper Newberry (17-19) CASTED
Piper Newberry is the ‘Popular’ girl at Crestview High School. She was once a friend of Collin’s before he started dating Quinn and has always been envious of their closeness. Her and Collin share a secret but has been sworn to secrecy by him. After Collin dies, she resorts to her inappropriate behavior and continues her rampage of animosity but manages to date Quinn's twin brother, Owen. Her circle of friends include Chelsea Brooks and Melody Michaels.

Noah Kirkland (18-20) CASTED
Noah Kirkland is the bad boy in Alistair. We learn he is an Orphan after his father died suddenly in the hospital. He is distant from others and can be hostile. Noah works at the local diner, often running into Quinn there where they usually have verbal confrontations. He doesn’t hold back and sometimes is unaware of the things he says and how he says them. He lived at a group home where he met Caleb. The two have since then gone their separate ways even though Caleb would like to rekindle their friendship, Noah prefers to be alone. His aunt, Cecilia, usually checks on him from time to time but does not live in Alistair.

Caleb Lockheart (19-21) CASTED
Caleb is oftentimes sarcastic and humorous. He’s easy going and laid back and usually not taken seriously. He works at the gas station and can be seen eating most of the inventory. He has a crush on Cheyenne and finds various ways of expressing his feelings to her but she is dating Wyatt Greyson. Caleb’s half-sister is Paulina and they live together with their mother Rosario and his biological father Paul Lockheart. The two seem to have tension between them as Paulina does not like Paul and doesn’t really care for Caleb either. Caleb does not seem to get along with Paulina’s mother who was a drug addict before coming back to town and trying to rebuild her family, when she met Paul. He is one of Quinn's closest friends.

Paulina Rivera (17-19) CASTED
Paulina is the half-sister of Caleb Lockheart and one of Quinn’s best friends. The two share a love of photography and Paulina’s love of technology. She is witty and sometimes pessimistic. She’s not very adventurous and prefers to stay on the safe side of things. She usually tries to be the ‘voice of reason’ in situations, coming up with alternate decisions but tends to stick with Quinn no matter what. She can be found hanging out at the local library on her laptop.

Chelsea Brooks (18-20) CASTED
Chelsea is one of Piper’s close friends who also tends to dish out her anger on others. Chelsea carries a secret with her that she hasn’t told anyone about yet. Ever since Piper discovered her secret, she’s stuck by Piper’s side and promised to keep it if she pledged her allegiance to her. Chelsea was once a sweet girl but after being with Piper, she decided to turn like her. She’s very high maintenance and often teases people like Noah for having lived in an Orphanage. She also occasionally wears an expensive pair of black designer glasses for her to see better in classes.

Owen James (17-19)
Owen is Quinn's twin brother, although born a few seconds ahead of her which he teases her about. Owen is currently dating Piper Newberry, regardless of her troubles with Quinn and others. His personality is almost opposite of Quinn's, him being outgoing and very popular. He is also on multiple sports teams in school including football, baseball, and soccer. Owen was friends with Collin and also took his death very hard. He and Piper decided to go to the same college, as many of their high school friends did, which just happens to be located in Alistair. He loves sports and plans to play baseball professionally. He shares the same group of friends as Quinn and Piper.

Kelly Crawford (18-21) CASTED
Kelly is describe as the female version of Caleb, very sarcastic and humorous. She tends to hang out with her family a lot and occasionally can be seen playing her guitar. Kelly is an aspiring singer who's bold and not afraid of a challenge. Her mother Denise, is a local real estate owner who doesn't support Kelly's notion of putting music before her education. She rarely attends any of Kelly's performances at the school and local talent shows which Kelly feels some sadness from. She tends to hang around various cliques of people and can blend in socially, anywhere.

Cheyenne Hill (16-18) CASTED
Cheyenne is the youngest of the group and often called the 'baby'. She is typically with the lower class man of the school but since she's dating Wyatt Greyson, she gets invited to all the upperclassmen parties. She can be shy and typically hangs around Wyatt the most due to her new-found popularity. Cheyenne enjoys poetry and fine arts. She wants to become an author and has a job on the school's newspaper, 'The Crest's View' in which she oftentimes snoops in order to get her story. She is the gossip columnist but remains anonymous in order to maintain her popularity status. She is one of Collin's and Quinn's best friends.

Micah Lewis (18-20) CASTED
Micah is one of the James' siblings best friends and has known them since they were in middle school. He is an athlete just as Owen is but doesn't buy into his popularity status. He tries to stray away from the stereotypes of being an athlete and is also very intelligent as Quinn. He likes to read and plans a future of being a lawyer but has chosen the path of sports like his parents want him to. Micah's attracted to Paulina but she can't seem to figure it out on her own. He is goofy and can be caught at some of the parties Owen usually persuades him to go to.

Wyatt Greyson (18-20) CASTED
Wyatt is the rich guy of Crestview, always flaunting his money and good looks around. His girlfriend, Cheyenne, is only a sophomore but demands everyone treat her as if she were an upperclassman. Wyatt is a pretty boy, doesn't engage in sports, doesn't believe in getting dirty and has a terrible temper when things don't go his way. He can be rude to Cheyenne, calling her journalist spot a 'hobby' and no real future in it. He can also be quite a chauvinist when it comes to females, believing they should stick to the dirty work and he should just throw the money around. He and Paulina have been rumored to have had a fling but both deny it.

Sylvia James (37-39) CASTED
Sylvia is the wife of Oliver James and the mother of Quinn and Owen. She used to attend Crestview when she was a teenager and met her husband there. The two would fall in love and marry, having twins. Sylvia often encourages her children to go after whatever they want and she is also very protective of her family. Sylvia is a cervical cancer survivor and participates in the Cancer Walk held every year with her family and is all about taking chances. She can usually be found in her garden or outside reading a good book. Her friends include Denise, as they were once close but drifted apart.

Oliver James (39-41) CASTED
Oliver is Sylvia's husband and the father of Quinn and Owen. He met his high school sweetheart, Sylvia, when he attended Crestview. He can be a stern and stubborn father but Quinn usually knows how to get what she wants from him. He believes in working hard to get rewards and not being handed to you, which is one of the reasons he doesn't care for the upperclass families who rub their money on other people. He owns and works at the local athletics store, 'Sports&Stuff'. He is a sports fanatic so him and Owen watch any type of sport together and have a good relationship.

Cecelia Kirkland (49-51) CASTED
Cecelia is the aunt of Noah Kirkland. She is rarely seen throughout the series, only to attend local events or to check on Noah. She lives in New York but Noah has refused to live with her for unknown reasons so she sends him money in order for him to take care of himself.

Denise Crawford (48-50) CASTED
Denise is the mother Kelly. She is a Math teacher at Crestview and takes education very seriously. She is known as one of the tougher teachers at the school. She is often buried in work, dedicating her time between school and faulty meetings to better herself but she ignores her daughter, unbeknownst to her.

Rosario Rivera (37-39) CASTED
Rosario is the mother of Paulina Rivera. She is known to the city as being one of the drug addicts after she abandoned her daughter for the enjoyment of getting high. She recently moved back to Alistair and wanted to reconnect with her family. She met a guy at rehab, who just happened to be Caleb's father, Paul. He was getting over an alcohol addiction. They soon married and moved in together causing some tension between their new step-children. They try to involve them in family activities but usually turns into an argument.

Evan Rhodes (23-25) CASTED
Evan is a reoccurring character in the series who is often helping Quinn to solve Collin's murder. He's an older guy, very handsome but very mysterious. Most compare him to an adult version of Noah but a little more kinder. Not much is known about him or why he's helping Quinn.
