Ryan hears a knock on the door of his dressing room, his dressing room pretty loud enough with people having conversations among themselves. His personal assistant rushes to open the door, smiling at Arianna when she sees her, stepping aside to let her inside. "Ari!" Ryan grins once he sees her, standing up and walking over to give Arianna a hug and kiss on the cheek. "What are you doing here, Ari? I'm very happy to see you, but I didn't think I'd see you until later this week."

Ryan smirks as he listens to her speak, sliding his hands off her as he crosses his arms over his chest. "Well if you came all the way here, I better make sure the show is worth the trip." He suggests with a chuckle, nodding his head, knowing that this was one of the first meetings she's had since taking 50% ownership of their label. "Awww, you'll do great I'm sure. I'll give you some tips that hopefully calm your nerves." He tells her softly, running a hand through his hair. Ryan leans over to whisper in Arianna's ear. "And if anything, we'll roll one up the night before to make sure you're truly calm."

"I'll do my best to not let you down, honey. At the very least let's hope you're drunk by then," Ryan tells her with a small chuckle. He has always been close friends with Arianna, so he didn't worry too much about having her as a business partner, while it being her first venture, he knew they would be on the same page. "I'm not a fan of math either, but don'worry, we have accountants who deal with that. This investor meeting is more about letting our current investors know everything is well and perhaps gaining some new investors. It's also showing reports of the 2013 fiscal year which ended last month." He lets her know as his tour manager Ken, let's him know that they'll give him some privacy, each having work to do behind the scenes before the show begins. Ryan nods at them, taking a sit back on the couch, tapping to the seat beside him on the couch as he smiles at Arianna. "Please, have a seat, Ari."

"Ah I see how these things are now, Harley," Ryan says with a laugh as she winks at him. Usually things were always very easygoing between the two, which made their business partnership a quite hassle-free move within North Hill. He nods his head, "Fair enough, Ari. You can just look pretty then and smile at them, I'm sure that'll get us many new investors." He suggests with a smirk, resting his head on his hand as she takes a seat beside Ryan. "Not really. I mean this isn't my first time playing a festival. Plus I close out the night so I'm guessing most people are stuck to watch my performance whether they like me or not."

He nods his head, extending his arm to rest on the back of the couch, leaning his body against the couch arm. "You know, you haven't even seen my full extent of sweet talking, Ari," he says with a grin, winking at her with a soft laugh. Ryan smirks, "Yeah, I heard he was recording in New York with the guys. Mostly because the label's paying for it," he says with a chuckle. "Tell them I say thank you, though. I'm trying to stay away from those recordings for obvious reasons."

Ryan laughs, shrugging his shoulders playfully. "You never know, Ari. Maybe one day it'll be needed. Business partnership wise, we're a deadly duo. I have the charm, you have the looks. We can convince anyone to do anything," he suggests with a soft laugh. He nods along, "Yeah, I've heard some demos and it sounds pretty good. Hoping we can have that out on the first or second quarter of next year." Ryan lowers his eyes slightly before looking back up at Arianna. "Well I know Nadia is gonna be working with them on the production of the album and I rather not bring any personal drama to those guys' recording. They need to focus on their music."

Ryan smirked as she went along with his joke, "There's our duo name, Ari. Deadly Duo, Double D's." He looks at her a bit more closely, specifically at her chest before adding, "Okay, Double D's might not work." He chuckles, his becoming a bit more serious as he listens to her apologize. "No, don't worry about it, it's fine. I don't know she's already started working with them, but Nate told me a few months ago that her and Jared were going to handle most of the production." Ryan clears his throat, standing up from the couch and moving to the refrigerator in his dressing room, grabbing himself a beer before turning his attention to Arianna. "You want anything to drink? Water? Beer? Tequila? Moonshine?"

Ryan chuckles once she hits his arm, throwing his hands up playfully, "I was only joking, Arianna. You don't need double d's, you're stunning as is." He knew for most of the people around him, bringing up the subject of his ex was usually something they avoided to do, which didn't bother him one way or another. He listens as she changes subjects, now talking about Jared. "Well I have a lot to live up for once we start working on our album, huh?" He asks her with a soft laugh. Ryan takes a water bottle out of the fridge for her, opening it for her before handing it to her. "Here you go, darling." He cracks open his beer once he returns to take a seat beside her on the couch.

Ryan shakes his head, chuckling as he adjusts himself back on the couch. "I am not, honey. We all know every man in the world has a crush on everyone's favorite Lolita," he tells her with a wink. Ryan smiles when she picks on moving to the subject of their own album. He rather not talk about something that was left in the past. "Yeah, we have some really good songs written so far. I'm not sure what are your plans, but after tonight I have like two weeks off before the next leg of the tour. If you want we could use my studio in L.A. to mess around with some ideas, demo some stuff for our album," He suggests with a grin. Ryan checks his watch, anyone who knew him were well-aware that you would never find him without a watch on. "Hmm, about an hour or so. I guess it's more like whenever Lindsay tells me I have to get ready, poor girl."

Ryan gives Arianna a sly smirk, keeping his eyes tied to her as he bites down on his bottom lip, "I have no clue what you're talking about, Ari. I'm just complimenting a lovely woman." He smiles once she agrees to his proposal of them meeting up in the recording studio to work on their album. "Yeah, but I figure if we're both free now, we should just start working on some stuff together. Before seeing you for my early birthday party in New York last month, I haven't hung out with you in a while." He pauses, taking a sip of his beer before speaking again, "Thank you for that birthday present, by the way. That was pretty unique." He smiles, giving her a small wink before chuckling. Ryan adjusts his watch, laughing at her comment, "Trust me, darling, after a while I become pretty annoying."
