Nina giggles at her humming the McDonald's theme song . Nina shakes her head . " Just leave the fries out , Mari . Leave 'em out . " She laughs . " Aww , but I wanna be Justin Timberlake ! " She lets out a breath . " Fine . Ashton is cute anyways . " Nina smiles back at Mariko . She didn't know what was going through her mind but it felt like something inside of her knew and it told her to smile back . |

"So bra burgers are fine,but you draw the line at trouser fries? " Mariko says,raising an eyebrow. " your loss. Saves me money and does not get me greasy in places I do not want to be greasy." She finishes with a laugh. "Fine. I will let you be Justin,but I get to be mila kunis." She concedes. Even hypothetically,she could not tolerate Ashton. Her smile fades a bit,as she felt she had to know. "Nina chan? I want,no...I need to ask you something. Does ...this have anything t do with...with what happened to her?" Mariko asks this in a slow and careful way. |

A cab pulls up to Mariko's place and Nina stumbles out of it , nearly falling after slamming the door . She staggered through the driveway and up to Mariko's door , crashing into the plants a few times on her way . Once finally making it up the steps , she falls into the door but finds a way to balance herself . She then begins to knock in a drunk fashion . First starting with one hand , then both , and then pounding while calling Mariko's name . " Marikoooo ... I know you in there . " She whines . Edited by user 29 December 2013 15:40:37(UTC)

mariko is asleep in her bed. it could be midnight,noon,or 3pm. shes been going through the substances as of late and hasnt been keeping normal hours. she jumps up when she hears pounding on her door. "YarÅ!" she exclaims while rubbing her eyes before making her way to the door. she flings it open,ready to give someone an ass whooping. "oh!..it is you." she says rather emotionless. " come inside,if you wish." mariko steps out of the door,revealing a extremely messy house. |

When Mariko finally opens the door , Nina immediately puts her hand up . " Nah-uh , I'm talking ! " She stumbles inside of the house . Once she's inside she balances herself on a wall and sticks to standing there . " I ... you ... stop it . " Nina says , not sober enough to get it all out but still saying more than she would if she was . " Stay out of my head . I'm tryna forg... " She pauses for a moment and then out of nowhere hiccups dramatically . " forget you . " |

mariko fumes. she hates being cut off whilst speaking. she bites her lip thoughtfully,she has never actually seen nina...drunk or whatever she is on. "ok ok. you can sit on the couch and forget me. just dont fall!" mariko reaches out for her hand to steady her. anyone else,she would let fall and then would make it a point to laugh at them. |

mariko sighs slightly holding ninas hand. it still felt like the nina she knew,but things were different now. she let nina lean on the wall. she seemed happy there. to hopefully coax her closer to the ground,mariko sits on the floor across from nina. "nope. same color its been since 1947. it has....been awhile since you last were here." mairko says curtly. |

"yes.i dont see why not. it it is a comfy floor." she grabs two pillows from the nearby chair and lets nina have one. mariko pauses for a bit,she had had this conversation in her head many times. but it was very hard now. "AND why are you here now? i think it was abundantly clear i mattered little to you.i have to find out you are in a hospital from a magazine. your sister...friend..whatever she is did not inform me. you did not inform me. why bother being here now?" mariko says,looking to nina in her very detached manner. |

" She says , surprisingly for once making a lot of sense while hammered like a nail . She knew she should've went with the absinthe instead of vodka . Nina closes her eyes . " Be still . mariko jumps when nina puts the pillow on her lap and lays down.this was not what she expected at all. thrown? maybe. but placed on her lap and with nina's head? not at all. mariko lightly picks up some of ninas hair and lets it fall between her fingers. "damn you,nina....i have nothing.." she says,slightly laughing. ninas not a care in the world attitude taking the wind out of her sails. "fine...i am happy to see you." she says,smiling. "and will treat your head well. i do not let just anyone put their head in my lap." |

mariko sighs softly. knowing when nina sobers up,she may not be so tame. but,marikos father always said a drunk was honest about their feelings. mariko eases herself up and gently lays the pillow on the floor with ninas head on it. tip toeing,she makes her way to the her bedroom. she retrieves an oversized and soft quilt.she lies down beside nina and covers them both with the quilt. " you always can trust me" she says quietly. |

mariko sat at the roulette table inside the monte carlo casino. she was dressed to the nines in her slinky red dress,she even wore a hat. if she was rubbing elbows with the rich and famous,she damn sure was going to look the part. "red 12" she says breathily as she places her bet. she had no idea what she was doing,and probably lost a fortune,but it was little more than playing a role for her. plus they kept her in whiskey,so she was determined to drink them out of house and home. the dealer takes her chips and she sighs. not for the loss,she was rife with cash these days. it was her gambling partners. most were old people. or old men with young girls. "red 12!" she says,putting some more chips down,it was bound to hit sooner or later. |

Nina walked into the Monte Carlo casino in a loose crop tee , pencil skirt and pumps -- all white . She was only walking around just to show off her new outfit and see if anyone would recognize her until she saw Mariko . Nina laughed as she witnessed her girlfriend getting her ass and pretty much everything but her chips handed to her . She smoothly walked up to the table and took a seat next to Mariko , setting down a stack of chips she's been "collecting" since she's entered the casino . "Red 18 ." She says to the dealer . "Hello , stranger ." Nina purrs , James Bond style . |

mariko shrugs as another pile of her money is taken from her,but is replaced with a fresh drink. she puts it to her lips,savoring the smell of it.she glances over at her "new" company,but doesnt really look. whoever it is is probably either a better gambler than her,or with some old guy. not exactly the kind of person she wants to speak to. until the woman speaks to her. "nina!? " mariko,nearly screams. garnering many dirty looks from the serious players around them. "how...when? what the hell are you doing here?" she squeals,throwing her arms around her girlfriend. all hints of the cool and mysterious,unattainable seductress went out the window. she was full on bessie higgenbottem now. |

Nina giggled as Mariko hugged her . "Mari !" She says in excitement , wrapping her arms around Mariko after giving her a kiss on the cheek . "It's my free week so I'm actually going somewhere other than to the hotels , venues and back . I was gonna call but I figured you were still traveling with your sister and them ." She picks up a drink dropped off at the table by a waiter . She took a gulp of the glass first before continuing . "What are you doing here ? I see you're losing ... miserably ." Nina laughs .

mariko grins happily as her cheek is squished by nina. "oh,nina chan! i have missed you so!"she exclaims before kissing her back. during their reunion,mariko lost another pile of chips. " tell me everything about the tour,is it going as well as you wanted? do i need to hold aire down while you slap her tummy? me? i am....losing money left and right. i sure hope this is in yen,if not? i am going to be doing infomercials until i die." mariko rattles this off very quickly,swearing nina was going to vanish at anytime. "we may still have to go to a hotel,if you want to spend time here. you know who is on the ship and you know how she can be." mariko was told very little by anyone,other than it was best to not bring nina aboard. |

"I missed you too ! It's actually going great but I'll be by myself for a little . Hold Aire down and slap her tummy ?" Nina gasps . "Mariko ! We cannot have a threesome with her ! She's taken !" She pauses for a minute , thinking that Mariko could possibly be meaning actually slapping Airemese's stomach , which still sounded freaky to Nina so the thoughts were quickly dismissed . "I would never let you on any infomercial ! It's 30 second commercials or no fucking -mercials at all , dammit ! None of that late night or Sunday morning 5-60 minutes bull ." Nina picked her glass back up and took another drink as she tried to figure out what Mariko was talking about . "Ohhh ." She says , as she remember the whole Erich and Ada mess . It's been so long since she's thought about that . "Fuck the boat ." She smiles . "We have that high class luxury shit . Hell yeah , fucking right !" Nina sarcastically says with a giggle .
