Twas a little bit harsh seven days i thinky. And come on, you have been looking for this you have to admit - possibly rightly, after all, we did warn her that she'd be on thin ice when the mods came in. But you have to give her credit, she has got better recently. Still, a week was a bit much in my opinion. But anywayz, il stop now before you guys deletafy me :P

Haha we won't delete you mate, you're not in the wrong. However, stephanie was. She regularly posts things which aren't of use, trys to annoy everyone - she knew where it was going. Mostly because I actually PM'd her saying to watch out because if she's not careful she will get suspended. Her reply, though, was to argue with me, so much so that she actually began to do the "reposting her point" thing to my inbox. As for the length of a suspension, I think a week is reasonable as any less won't really put the point across and she'll just come back and start up again. Feel free to discuss guys. |

I agreed on the week's suspension based on her track record. It's not good, as you know. She should have been suspended a long time ago. I guess this is her comeuppance. |

Not to sound like a power freak here, but she's been a pain in the ass for months, sometimes more than others. Everytime there's a discussion and someone contradicts her, she refuses to accept any other opinion, and very quickly just throws out meaningless insults about how dumb we are. Any attempt to calm her down with reason just ends up with more and more bullshit.
The mods are in charge. And we're not trying to silence people or stifle creativity or anything, we're trying to keep order for the good of all members. Stephanie seems to think we're out to get her. If we are, it's because she's been a pain in the ass to many people, not just the mods. There shouldn't be any personal agenda for a mod, we're here to help the forum for everyone on it. I think she deserved a suspension. Not just for this, but for all the previous incidents.
We're still working on the rules, but that shouldn't be an issue, because nobody else has broken them, and she has been told that her behaviour is not acceptable. She'll learn or she'll just end up banned. Either way, the forum will be better off. |

i have to say i to agree with the other mods.. Stephanie has been warned so many times whats wrong with her attitude and the way she posts, but she ignore us and / or insults us... a week suspension in the long term is nothing. But hopefully she will reform and become a valued member of the comunity like so many others have in the past... need i say TWB?
