He was born on June 23rd, 1993, to mother Alicia Hans-Iyer and father Akhbar Hans-Iyer. Justin was born and raised in Miami, Florida in a middle-class environment. He has three siblings who are all females. Being the only male in his household besides his father, Justin was his father's favorite.
As a youngster, had a large interest in taking photos of himself and his surroundings and drawing portraits of his friends and family. Very often, when the skies above Miami were clear blue, he would go outside with his camera to snap pictures of the sky and the beaches of Miami as well. His parents bought him his first professional camera when he was 13 as a Christmas gift.
Aside from his photography skills and interests, Justin had an interest in music journalism. He never had any intentions on becoming a singer but he always wanted to be apart of the music industry in a way. He started uploading videos on Youtube and Myspace of him reviewing songs and albums by mainstream artists. He also uploaded his snapshots as well.
Justin's interest came with great expenses and his parents couldn't provide him with money all the time. When he turned 16, he got his first job as a cashier at a local supermarket store in order for him to purchase all the professional cameras that he wanted. Most of them cost over $1000 but Justin worked hard to get what he wanted
In 2011, he joined Tumblr under the username "PerryStoneGod" and started posting blogs there. By mid-2012, he became popular on the site. To his advantage, he used his "Tumblr fame" to promote his Youtube account and he then became popular on Youtbue by early 2013 as well. Now with over 1 million followers on Twitter, Justin has become an internet sensation. He's garnered over 663,000 subscribers on Youtube as well. His Myspace account is inactive currently - along with just about every other user there.
In early 2013, he became a weed activists, aiming to promote the legalization of marijuana in the United States. He disagrees that smoking marijuana is illegal and smoking tobacco cigarettes isn't. "If marijuana is illegal then so the f*ck should cigarettes be too. Why prohibit a substance that has a rare chance of killing you and legalize a substance that has a high risk of killing you?"
Perry Stone is best friends with up-and-coming singer Ethan Love and is rapper Sonyae's second cousin.
