He takes a sip on his coffee. "Look, we heard about what happened, and we wanted to make things clear that we are here to support you. We're not just here for music, we're here for you. I appreciate where you're coming from with the paparazzi and the cameras, and I know what it's like to be arrested... but i went inside... I'm here to help you."

Matt nodded in apology, "Okay, I don't mean to sound like a father figure, i mean shit - we're like the same age. But yeah, i'm coming from experience though Lotus."

He listens intently to what she has to say, "I didn't want to offend you, i seriously didn't, but when you go ahead and get yourself arrested, it reflects back to us. Everybody knows you're signed with us here, and so they were expecting a statement. I had phone calls in the middle of the night before i even knew what was going on about this."

He takes another large sip of his coffee, it's nearly finished already, "I didn't mean to disrespect you, and for that i am truly sorry. I don't want our working relationship to be ruined by today's events, but i also needed to make sure that the public know that I - no, that WE - are here for our artists. It clearly hasn't come across that way at all, i mean we're trending worldwide on twitter! #PermanentRemindSucks or something like that."

He picks the pen up again and starts fiddling with it. "Where do we go from here Lotus? What can we do - as a team - you and me, to sort this shit out. I don't want you to keep getting arrested, it's horrible, I want you to be happy and comfortable in your life and with your label."

TJ was getting set for his meeting and figure that it would be a good of time to do it now then anything. He wanted to get everything set so when he did finish his CD there wouldn't be anymore debates and fuss about where he was going to go and what he was going to do. Really he never wanted to be with a label for too long he wanted to be with his own label, and get his own artist and talent, but doing that on his own would have took too much from him to really do anything about it. The one person in the label outside of himself who has good experience in music would be either carmen grant or the group Pretty Little Freaks, and seeing as he didn't believe group could last long term to save them from adding more problems he next choice would be carmen. So TJ was in the label office to talk to her to see how would she feel about doing more to promote their label.

TJ laughed "Yo, Carmen How you been? I bet you want to know why I just called you up here," he said leading her to somewhere that they can sit down. " Well it because I wanted to talk business, then do a old school wrestling promo tape," He said to try to bring some humor to it before getting to business of handling the label. "First, I have to ask you three questions, 1) Do you like it here? like would you rather sign somewhere else if you had a chance too? 2) Would you ever want to get your own label? cause that was something I thought about too. Thirdly and most important, have you seen or heard anything from matt?"

"I need to come over Saturday that sounds great," he said thinking about old wrestling promo "What I wanted to say is that I don't know what happen to Matt, but I wanted to help out with the promotions around here and for that I would need your help, What I was going to do, was I was going to get some promos from here and get some talents and I know that you have a lot more experience with music than me so I would want you to help me out."

"I was going to make a label but I wouldn't like it to just leave things as they are and jump ship, I know some people would just leave but I'm not sure if they would follow us are I just came out 'Hey I'm creating my own label now,' So this was what I was going to suggest. How would you feel about company inside a company? If I created a company inside this company, so it would our own and if we wanted to we could break out on our own, how would you feel about that?"

"Well, I learned about matt young isn't coming back, I came here to learn the ropes about company so that I can make my own company...." TJ thought about it long and hard. "You really think that they are just going to get up and leave to come with us?" He said wondering if it was going to be good to go and create his own label, "You would co-own with me? Then lets do it"
