Kelly: Right now we have a young actor that has just recently moved to the United States from India, Jordan Avogadro
Jordan: It's nice to be here thank you guys for having me.
Lisa: So, Jordan first how do you like it here, have you adjust to living in LA. I know how strange living in another place takes time to get your footing.
Jordan: I like it, it has been a slow process but my family and I have been getting used to seeing so many different things.
Kelly: So I here that you have made some friends here what is it like rubbing elbow with famous people, because I know that you where a child star in India.
Jordan: A lot of fun. I'm really glad to have made friends that have accepted me and got me to let my hair down. One of the people I own that to is Austin Nimmo. He has really been a great friend and a good person.
Lisa: So how you feel about Austin hanging out with Kato, do you think that Kato is a bad influence on him?
Jordan: Not at all, you know you have responsibilities and duties with being a performer but we are also young and we're just trying to enjoy the moment and live for right now because you never know what would happen tomorrow.
Kelly: We have also hear about you working on a song with Justin, how did that come about.
Jordan: Basically I saw him get his own toy so I thought if I put together some musical talent that will get me my own toy for the selves.
Kelly: So this was really just for toys? That must be a guy thing huh?
Jordan: ~Laughs~ A little bit I guess, but I have found a new respect for songwriters and signers after that, it took me a long time just to get the basics of everything. It was a good experience and Justin is a good coach, a little hard on you but good.
Lisa: Alright, switching gears your going to in on Consequences on HBO, that is a lot different from the roles you had when you were younger, tell us about your character.
Jordan: Well I play Tommy Lakes, and I'm kind of the bad guy. I the guy that is going to do a lot of sneaky underhanded thing towards lee as the story goes. Tommy is very cunning and I had a lot of fun reading on a character that was really different from me, I think it is going to be a great show and I can't wait for people to see it.
Kelly: The cast of characters range from well known to fresh faces like yourself how was working with such a cast?
Jordan: You know it was a new experience for me, I haven't done something like this before and everyone really came together and we really had a good time Dae Ho Park is a really nice guy and we had fun working together while on camera we are rivals off camera we hung out a lot and he also told me about what to do as far as singing as he gave me some pointers as well. Allison was great to work with very creative and who knows if I do well enough on the song I might be able to have Mrs. Smith put in a good word for me and sign me to studio 60.
Lisa: Well you may not be a bad boy in real life, but we look forward to seeing you play on on TV. Thanks for stopping by.
Jordan: No problem thanks for having me.

Kellin: I like the cut of this guy's jib (whatever a jib is). I think there's too much pressure on performers to be a "role model" when we don't need to, so yeah I agree with his sentiments re: Kato and Austin, to be fair. |
