Hello all,

My name is Katie and I am the Owner & CEO of Heartbeat records. We have been monitoring On The Horizon for awhile and we were happy to sign a positive Christian punk band, but lately stuff they have been writing and such isn't the way we here would like it. We've sat down with them numbers of times to ask them to change the way they write lyrics or that we would be forced to hire song writers. They came back with the Hiring of Jack Straw, which we were happy about and we still are. But the money we are investing in this band isn't getting to the point that we can't take it anymore, so after a 5 hour meeting today with On The Horizon both the record label and the band have decided it's the best that we sever ties. On The Horizon is a highly talent band who will go places but here at Heartbeat Records they wanted one way and we wanted another. We don't own any songs already recorded. So they are free to release them, the only album we own is The Wasting Time Ep which we will re release in the future. Right now you can hate our label all you want but in the end we made the right choice the band will have no finding and the studio they were booked in is to end also. If you like this band Nows your time to show them.
