Chicago band The Experiment, in the midst of a Midwest tour, have released their debut album, Smartass. The ten song debut, compiled from their recent sessions at N0where Studios, is out now in record stores throughout the midwest, as well as on iTunes. The band also plan to release st least two more singles from the album.
In other Chicago music news, Pressure Plate have also been spending time in the studio with new members Pete McNaughty and Christina Polito, and have released their debut single, Filthpig, and are planning an album release soon. Also in the works is a nationwide tour.
DJ Strike has also released his first single, Drop the Needle, on iTunes, and will be accompanying Pressure Plate on their tour. |
