Whenever I try to add artwork to a single or album it says 'An error has occurred, please try again.' The image is the correct size but it still won't let me add the artwork, any solutions?

Have the last few days the error message keeps coming up when downloading album/singles artwork. Any suggestions [clear cookies maybe ?] being using firefox on Windows 10

It must be minimum 300x300 and maximum 400x400. If you don't do this you'll get an error message. The problem is: I still get an error message and it's 400x300. |
