The game should start out with charles young maybe like 10 years old melik being about 11 or 12. They are raised by the streets, drug dealers, gangbangers, murderers, robbers, etc. his role model ben treice nickname tri bangar.
Ben shows charles the way of a life of a savage. Them 2 get very attached and soon into the game ben gets shot and killed
And then it transitions charles to being about 17.

Then from there let the player make his decisions on what he does
He can kill people, buy n sell drugs, rob people, rob stores, or even be a good kid and go to school. Let the player do whatever they want he can make friends and each made up friend can have their own characteristics like he can be a criminal of some sorts a rapper, anybody.
There can be events that unfold right in front of you like a shooting, robbery, car theft, etc. or he can read or hear about recent news from a newspaper or a friend
And if he hears about it or reads the news he can see who it was who got killed or was involved in a crime it could be a randomn person, or somebody he knows.
And throughout the game charles does not actually go to do missions he really just goes with whatever happens in his choice of life style like if he is a criminal some people may shoot at him or rob him even if he goes to school things like that can happen but it less likely.
Charles can get known in the streets by doing things to get known like if he is with some people and shoots some body or any crime he gets his rep up and if he is friends with a rapper and he is known to commit crimes he may just get his name mentioned in a song or he might even be in a video with a bunch of other people. He can make a twitter account instagram facebook all those social media accounts obviously dont use these names but something like those.

Make the game so you can customize things because that is what alot of people want online can be basically what gta 5 online is like, make your own character
