Just wanted to say, for the interviews, you can either post them yourself before your set or you can send them to me to post before your set. Also, if you didn't already do so, could you send me a picture to include with the interview :) If you attached one while signing them up, you're good. If you'd rather not send a picture, that's also fine.

Fall Festival starts Friday @ 3:00pm! Feel free to RP and interact in the thread throughout the festival. Open to ALL users.

Harlots show

Yakity sax crackles of the loudspeakers and the harlots run on stage. They use stilted and jerky motions to give the implication of fast motion photography. Chloe is on the tail end of the Chase and waving her drumsticks like a police baton. She chases her bandmates off the left side of the stage. Seconds later, Chloe comes running back on stage. She is giving it her all and really tryin to avoid whatever is coming behind her. Chloe dives and rolls as a huge jet of water blasts across the stage.
Nina and Erica come on stage holding a barely restrained fire hose.the water pressure nearly lifts the women off the ground as it thrashes. " wet t shirt contest!" Erica squeals as the apparently cold water blows back over them. The crowd, being the horndogs that they are, cheer loudly. Nina and Erica look at each other and grin.
" and EVERYONE'S PLAYING!" they laugh before letting go of the fire hose. The hose bounces around on stage, knocking over drums and Mic stands. It then rolls off the stage and into the crowd. The pressure is knocking people down left and right. Some smaller people are flung to the rear of the stadium ( we'll just assume they are ok).

Now that an appropriate level of chaos has ensued, the band finally plays. Miraculously, none of the electrical cords short out in the standing water that is now all over the stage.

set list.

1.get your roomba away from my crotch.
2.Nick Is so metal,he fucks goats.
3.too drunk not to fuck.
4.Don't kill me behind a 7/11.
5.you make me want to have chronic diarrhea.

During the show, the harlots display why they are the final word in punk rock today. Ear bleedingly loud and played at a non-stop pace. For the final song, the harlots jump into the crowd and continue playing. This works well, aside from Chloe. Her mecha drum kit isn't exactly light and eventually she is dropped to the ground. The crowd parts as Chloe is helpless as a turtle on it's back. But,she still keeps on trying to drum. This results in a cacophony of noise. Erica and Nina are crowd surfed to the very back of the stadium. This is further than their cordless Mic and guitar's signals can reach, so the song just kind of dies.....aside from chloe's drumming.

How would you describe your set for the Fall Festival?
Christopher: Definitely energetic, we want to get everyone moving and we've got a few big, unapologetic pop numbers in the set. I think most importantly, there's also a sense of a revival of some sort. The last single we released was nearly a year ago and there's been many rumours about people leaving, fighting among us and a lot of talk about a split but that's not true. This is an important show for us and we're here to show everyone that The Stat Nerds are very much a strong unit and we finally get to showcase a whole bunch of stuff we've been working on. It's like a huge release, finally being able to get up on stage and perform a lot of new songs that have been under lock and key for a long time.
Dennis: Yeah, our set definitely shows us returning better than ever. It's been a while since we've been on stage since we've been off recording the album and tending to other aspirations which is completely normal. Like Christopher said, there's been rumors about the state of the band for months now and this performance here at Fall Festival will sort of shut those rumors out and really focus on the essence of The Stat Nerds as performers and not the negative energy. Our set is fresh, but it's also nostalgic. We've thrown in a few songs from our past but we've also kept it fresh and are given the fans some all new material that we are working on and we're just so ready to get out there and show it all.

Are there any other artists you're looking forward to seeing perform?
Christopher: I'm really excited to see Julia Volkova who takes the stage after us. I think she's a great talent and very individual, very unique. She's in a lane of her own and Julia certainly never disappoints when it comes to live performances. I think that Atomic War Bride will be interesting too. I've never actually witnessed them perform but my mind is coming up with all these crazy, potential scenarios and I'm really intrigued about what they'll do up on that stage. Scott Rose-Hilton is another one that I won't miss. When I discovered that he was returning to music I was floored. Really unexpected and you know, he's one of our living legends so it'd be crazy not to witness his big musical comeback.
Brian: I can't wait to see Chaelin. I really liked her single and she seems like a lot of fun from what I've witnessed on Twitter. I think that LUSH will be brilliant. Those girls are extremely underrated and have amazing voices. It's been a while since they last performed on something of this scale so it'll be nice to see them back on stage with their new name and sound too.
Jerry: I've got to say Joziah Shreve and mister_B. I think both of those guys are entirely different from eachother and that's one thing I like about Fall Festival every year and this year specifically because it's not a whole bunch of annoying artists. Aside from a few, I'd say this is one of the best line ups and not just because we're on the bill *winks*. But yeah mister_b will surely get the place pumping and I liked Joziah Shreve's release earlier this year and it also helps that he's gay. Gotta show some support *laughs*
Dennis: I cannot wait to see LUSH. A fellow pop band with equally beautiful members and a great single that was released not too long ago, I'm intrigued to see their set.

Is there any specific venue that you dream of playing/headlining?
Christopher: I would say the O2 arena in London. I moved there around a year ago now and I've attended a few shows in the venue. It's incredible. A lot of live concert DVDs are recorded in the O2. It's a huge venue with an electric atmosphere. With our previous material, we focused mainly on the American market which obviously makes sense as we are all from the States but as the "Nerd" brand has grown, it'd be nice to tour back over in the UK, where I call home now.
Dennis:I would love to headline to a show in Madison Square Garden. Such an iconic place for all aspects of music. So many of the greats have had show's there, I would love to play a show there with The Stat Nerd's some day soon. I remember vacationing in New York as a little boy passing by and seeing how huge and massive the place was and thinking "Wow! I want sing there someday" and yet and still the dream is still alive, I'll be there some day.
Jerry: I don't really have a specific place in mind, but they would have to be offering big bucks and big crowds. I love both of those.

Do you guys ever get competitive when working in the studio together?
Christopher: We try to bring the best out in each other. We do have a lot of fun and get carried away sometimes. I think if a few fans walked in, they'd be taken aback by the...salty language and conversational topics that spring up in the studio. When we do get serious...well when I get serious, I can see the guys rolling their eyes when I start spouting off fancy names for vocal techniques and a lot of stuff I learned at stage school. I think I'm the bossy big brother who ruins the children's fun.
Dennis: I don't really have much of a competitive spirit in the studio as per-say others in the group. Not exactly saying its a bad thing cause it push another to do better but I just like to let myself drown in the music, lyrics and composition and get what needs to be done, done to a tee. In a group, I don't find it necessary to out do each other because at the end of the day we stand exactly as what we are, a group. So I think we compliment each other not only vocally but we push each other too. Surely sometimes we do get carried away and have fun here and there because it gets extremely cutthroat in the studio when you're in there for hours on in without any type of spunk and jokes to lighten up the mood. There's times when Jerry and I joke around just to lighten the mood, those are some of the best times, for me.
Jerry:Yeah, I like to f*ck around a lot in the studio. I don't like being a sour puss.

What is the number one thing you can't go on the road without?
Brian: I bring all my gaming systems, laptop, phone....anything I can plug in. Electric shaver, night light. Anything. I'm a bit of a technology geek. I'm obsessed with gadgets. I'm always downloading some sort of app, taking pictures, Skype calling someone or playing games. I think Dennis appreciates the fact that I always bring a spare controller. We usually stay up until crazy hours playing video games.
Dennis: Yeah! Definitely the game systems. Like Brian, I am a game freak. We play Call Of Duty on the road and whenever we have some free times. It's crazy how years pass and we still do some of the things we used to do years ago. Aside from the video games, I like to bring and colognes and smell good stuff. I love collecting my fragrances and making sure things smell...good. It gets smelly on there when you're with someone like Jerry who's very......flatulent. I also love books, so I have a few books with me always.
Jerry: Yeah yeah yeah haha, we're all humans here right? Everyone passes gas including all of us here and they smell horrible. It's not just me! *laughs*. On the road I make sure I bring my IPad. That has to come with me, and my iPod and of course some lube *laughs* I'm kidding....maybe.
Christopher: I'm going to be all soppy and fatherly by saying a photo of Prince. I feel bad having to leave him behind so I always carry a picture of him in my wallet. He goes everywhere with me. I'd have my son by my side if I could but he's not even 1 year old yet, it's not fair to bring him everywhere. It's not wise to mess up his body clock and when I travel it's usually because I have work to do. I can't exactly rehearse for shows like this while changing a diaper.

Do you guys get annoyed at the constant comparisons to Weekend?
Brian: Weekend are a great band and we have a brilliant relationship with them. Jerry is obviously in a relationship with Billy and they are a wonderful couple if I do say so myself. Dennis and I are really great friends with Riley too. They've achieved so much in such a small amount of time so being compared to them is an honour in itself. Of course we would like to be recognised as a totally different band because we are The Stat Nerds. We have different music, different tastes, different personalities...we aren't Weekend but it's not a bad thing. They could compare us to worse!
Dennis: It definitely does get a annoying but we've gotten use to being compared to every pop band, that's just how it is. No matter what if there's more than one more in a band and under the Pop genre you'll be compared to another. Just as LUSH are already being compared to SYNCO and when Lashes were together, they were being compared to GirlSpice and vice versa. Riley is a good friend of mine so I there's no animosity there but like Brian said, we're completely different make different music than them. So the comparisons between us really aren't seen within us in the group but to others, just because we're both pop bands the comparisons will be evident.
Jerry: I think many of the comparisons came not only because the whole boy band thing but when we first came out we feuded with Weekend so we have to take some responsibility for that too, but now that things are well and I'm fucking one of the members, the comparisons can stop now! *laughs*

Is there a certain song on your set list that you are most looking forward to performing? If so, what and why?
Brian: I really can't wait for Relapse which is the opener and it's our new single. It's one of my favourite tracks we've recorded. I think that it really shows off our vocal abilities and it's more mature than our previous work. It doesn't stray too far from the style you've heard before but it's a little more grown.
Christopher: Relapse, like Brian said. It's going to be released as the second official single from the album. It's a really powerful track. Of course, we all love Out With A Bang. That song returned us to the top of the charts, it's the big lead single from the record and we love hearing everyone sing the hook. I can't help but smile when performing it. It's just so fun and energetic. The song I'm looking forward to most though is a new one called Thunder. It's one that I wrote and it's got this very dark, dramatic and mysterious vibe. Influenced by a lot of 80's electro-synthesiser pop and rock, very powerful and anthem-like. It's probably the most vocally challenging on the album, for me anyway, as there's huge belts and soft, tender whispers interchanging multiple times in every single line. It's really tough but I adore it.
Dennis: I'm really excited to perform a never before heard new song "That Was Then, This Is Now". It's a record I wrote that will be appearing on the album. It's a great record and I love the way it came out. It's empowering and big, much like Relapse but it's even more so uplifting and has some rock influences. I also believe it's one of our best vocal numbers on the album, we all join in for the chorus and we sound great together. Definitely looking most forward to that one.
Jerry: I really love all them to be honest with you. But I'm gonna go with our number one Out With A Bang! We've got a special performance ready to go for that one, it's one of or signature records that I believe we'll always be remembered for. Yeah, that be for sure.

Are there any plans for an album to come out soon and what can you tell us about that?
Dennis: Yes. We're putting the final touches on the album and it's really been a long time coming but it will be well worth the wait. We're going to be releasing Relapse shortly after Fall Festival and then the album's plans will be set in stone,I'm talking the exact date and what not. I don't want to stand here and say "the album will be out next week!" And leave the fans feeling discouraged but I can say that the album will be out before the years end. We really took our time not only writing, but brainstorming and recording this album so its of quality and substance. We're almost finished and it's very exciting seeing the project come together after all this time and being overly happy about the way it's sounding musically and lyrically. Over the last two years that we've been writing and recording the album we each have grown as individuals, writers and vocalists and that will show on the album. There's sounds on the record that can appeal to many audiences. We didnt pigeon hold ourselves to one direct genre, the album's offers different pop productions values that we've all influenced and had a part I thinking up.

The festival scene in the USA is growing now, how does it feel to be at an event of this size?
Jerry: It feels good. And especially is being at one of the biggest today despite all the bullshit people have been saying about the state of the band. It's nice to be here.
Dennis: Yeah, Fall Festival is huge and we thank Gia forbletting us take the stage, representing Studio60!

Is it easier or harder working in a group?
Dennis: I think it has it's ups and downs. When you're working each other you can easily butt heads because we may not agree with each other but at the end of the day we all realize that we're in this together and we love eachother and wouldn't be here if it weren't for one another.
Jerry: I hate these guys!!! Kidding, yeah we all piss eachother off but that's human nature. We argue, fight, bicker, but that's anyone that's with eachother a lot. I wouldn't trade these moments for anything.

And finally, do you have any special plans for Halloween?
Christopher: You know, I really want to do something for Halloween but I think it's too short notice to throw a party. I love Halloween. We've just been so busy these past few months that we haven't even had time to figure things out, well I haven't anyway. I might just do a horror movie marathon in bed or watch those ghost hunting shows. Those are amazing.
Brian: I remember a few years ago we all went out to a Halloween party dressed as surgeons. We had fake blood over us so I don't know if we were like zombie surgeons or just REALLY bad at our job, getting blood and all sorts everywhere. I don't have plans for Halloween this year but I will buy a pumpkin. Do the bare minimum at least.
Dennis: I'm attending a Halloween party, hopefully the boys will join me.
Jerry: Yeah, probably gonna hang with my bro Dennis!

The Stat Nerds - Fall Festival [PART 1.]
October 23rd, 2015

UserPostedImage

Dennis - Indigo
Chris - Red
Brian - Blue
Jerry - Green
All - Bold

The crowd automatically goes into a roar as their name is announced. The stage starts filling with smoke as the boys stand there looking down, as the stage fills with smoke and the boys are looking down, the female fans really show their love. For about 5 seconds they stand in the same pose, as smoke begins to cover the stage. The slow opening chords of The Stat Nerd's brand new single "Relapse" slowly begin to pick up as the boys stand there motion less. The sounds of the opening record causes more cheers in the crowd which really relays the message that the boys have been missed. As Dennis, Chris, Brian and Jerry stand there face down, they slowly pick up their heads looking into the massive crowd. Christopher's facial expression looks confident, he looks straight into the crowd looking focused and ready. Jerry looks up as well, squinting his eyes a bit, easily taken away by the massive numbers in the crowd. He has a slight grin on his face. Dennis is smiling, his crystal blue eyes are almost glistening in the sun as he smirks toward the fans, you can tell he's excited. Brian, holds his head up. He looks straight without much of a facial expresson, looking slightly nervous as it was the first time the guys have been on stage for a while. He holds his mic, ready to sing as they all are . Relapse starts off with slow guitar rums, swaying behind keyboard arrangements that make the song sound almost symphonic. The beat, however hasn't exactly found it's way to the track yet and just consists of the swaying guitar with Chris starting things off over the guitar riffs that move along slowly with keyboards arrangements for the beginning seconds of the song. Chris's picks the microphone up to his mouth as he prepares to let out his captivating vocals that has forcefulness and is perfect for a song like Relapse. He begins singing the opening lines to Relapse and as soon as his vocals are heard the girls in the crowd start screaming for him loudly, making it obvious that he is quite the fan favorite when it comes to the ladies. Christopher sounds emotional yet forceful for the opening lines of Relapse. His ballad driven vocals sounds nearly perfect as the guitars strum. He uses his facial expression to get across he rather sad opening tone of the record. He stands still, looking into the crowd and focusing on perfecting his vocal performance of their new single, and he does a great job of sounding nearly identical to the studio version. His crisp vocals do the opening lines plenty of justice.

UserPostedImage

I'm just going through the motions
Trying not to show my face
The mirror is what's comfortable
But my heart's still out of place
Seasons change but I stay the same
If I relapse right now, I'll surely go insane

Chris brings a fist to his chest as he sings deeply for the opening of the new single. The boys each stand there looking out into the crowd as Chris continues to sing. Christopher really uses his line to the song to introduce the new single in a positive light. His emotive vocals set the tone for the record. As soon as Chris is finished singing his part, Dennis is then heard as he begins to sing into the mic. Similar to Christopher, Dennis is met with massive cheer. There's something enjoyable about Dennis's vocals, they sound lighter then Chris's but elusive and wide. The backing beats begin to pick up when Dennis begins to sings, showing that the song is just not a simple ballad, but something moving and with more substance. Dennis holds his hand up to the air as he sings his lines of the song. Backing drums and synths join him and the record sounds like it's leading up to something big for the chorus. Dennis sounds very emotive and the rest of the boys are adding adlibs with his vocals.

UserPostedImage

I see shards of glass and truth
If this life's a race I'm in first place
But I swear I always lose
I'm just so damn confused...

A menacing backing beat makes its way quickly onto the track with the keyboards stopping, signaling the song's pre hook. The boys smile after Dennis heard, the boys all join for adlibs. The rising chorus then seems to becoming a bit more recognizable and extremely catchy backing beat that mixes perfectly with that of the symphonic feeling of the record. As the boys all join in as one picking up their microphones to their mouths and letting go of their chest voices for adlibs and Dennis gets ready to go into a belt right before the chorus. Dennis's voice moves along perfectly together in this range. After they join for a belt register the boys point to the crowd as Christopher Hudson, Dennis Shaw, Brian Bodkin, Jerry Holmes sing as one for "I'm so Damn confused".

I've got a hand on my head and a hand on my heart
Wondering which to pull away, I have you on my mind
And a weight on my chest, is this just the game that we all play?

Well the moss points south and the tree fell north,
The ship made from this is far off course

Through this storm and wind I'm fighting not to say....
That I walk the streets with weighted feet,
A puzzle of heart and soul so incomplete

If I relapse now, I'll admit defeat

Then the song the song bursts heavily into it's chorus. The boys throw their hands up in the air as Chris belts out the opening lines of the chorus. The drums are heard loudly as they slam accordingly as the electric feeling of the song is heard. There is a relentless backing beat making the chorus sound quite "big" as Chris belts out the opening lines, and then Dennis belts out following him. The boys sing their parts of the chorus to the tee. First Chris followed by the Dennis and they join for the end together to sing out with big vocals. After Chris and Dennis trade lines Dennis, Jerry, and Chris then hold their microphones down as the beats slow down and move back into it's slow pace, as the chorus and backing beat completely take over. The crowd starts cheering when Dennis and Chris break out their vocals on the chorus as the chorus seems to make way out of now where.

I see shards of glass and truth
If this life's a race I'm in first place
But I swear I always lose
I'm just so damn confused...

Brian then gets his time to shine. When Brian sings, he sounds great despite what people say about his vocal strength and weakness. His eyes are closed and his lines are short but his makes them short and sweet. He sings into the mic, his voice is shaky but he is on key and it sounds great. The crowd also gives him a warm welcome and he closes his eyes and seems rather uncomfortable but after his first line, he opens his eyes and loosens up a bit.

The songs regular drum and keyboard notes go back into place now with the backing beat and the light guitar riffs are heard Jerry's vocals come about. Surprisingly despite ho controversial Jerry is, people cheer for him! He even looks a bit surprised that there are people in the crowd actually applauding this singing and this is seen when a bright smile comes upon his face when he sings his part. There's something special about his voice, especially when it's live, as it sounds like strong alto. Jerry has a smile placed on his face as the boys separate moving to different areas on the stage.

[i]

The race which light and dark compete
The chase in which we all must leap
The same dream that fights my sleep

and I'm fighting not to say...
Fighting not to say...
Fighting for you to come and stay
Because I can't help but love you every day.

Soon as Brian is finished, the song bursts into it's chorus with the drums picking back up and relentlessly joining the captivating backing beat over and over again with the quick backing beat and drums. The boys start walking around the stage touching the hands of fans and after the first time it's sung. Chris and Dennis take control over the final chorus of the new single as the boys show the fans in the crowd some love. They cheer loudly. They then join together at center stage for the final line of the record before throwing their arms up when the song comes to an end.

Following the performance of "Relapse" the boys all are at center stage. The crowd still cheering. They stand by their mics looking in the crowd. Chris is the first to speak to the crowd. His signature Italian accent taking over the area. "So glad to be here Fall Festival! It's been a while huh?" The crowd starts to cheering louder. Dennis then picks up his mic "Tell me about it, now we just played you our new single Relapse, did you like it?!" Dennis sounds excited-able and the audience returns with cheers, he nods "Yeah, boys, I think they like it." Jerry laughs and then speaks "They better." before laughing jokingly making it obvious that he didn't mean any harm by it. The audience clearly felt the same as the crowd laughs. Brian then gets his chance to speak "So yeah, umm...this is another new song from our new album. It's called ...That Was Then and This Is Now". The boys smile and bow their heads to the opening beats of this never before heard song is heard. The crowd starts clapping along with the drum and clapping beats of the uptempos, guitar driven song even though it's never been heard before. The crowd for the Fall Festival is heated up for the Stat Nerds. The opening beats oddly seem longer than usual as the boys hold their heads down and start clapping to the beat in unison. All of the boys then look at Brian after seconds pass of the opening lines of the song aren't sung. Christopher who is standing next to Brian looks at him and snaps his finger to twice to him, glaring straight at him. Brian's head pops up and he begins to to sing the second line of the song as the first one was completely missed. Chris looking forward looking rather unhappy. Dennis and Jerry do not look phased, Brian looks frightened since he screwed up the opening lines of their album song but the show must go on and his gets right back into the groove of things of this catchy pop-rock driven song is heard that is rather empowering.

You played me like the strings on my guitar
I couldn’t see that you were using me
And we were wrong all along

You had me from the first thing you said
You got me to fall for you,
Made me a pawn for you,
Then you left me for dead

But that was then and this is now
I’m over you, I’m getting out
My fears are gone, I’m finding out
How good it feels to live without
your lies, goodbye
You turned my whole world upside-down
but that was then and this is now

That Was Then, This Is Now is a record about getting over a past relationship and after Brian sings Dennis picks up his microphone walking up to the crowd and working the stage as does Chris and Jerry as well. All the boys have a special type of stage presence as a group and it always shows when they do live performances. When Brian is done singing his opening lines, Dennis then sings the second part of the opening verse working the stage. He has a knack for touching the fans's hands as he does here in this moving record. Unlike Relapse, TWTATIS is more of a poppy record and energetic song and the boys exude that in their performance. After Dennis is done singing the second part of the verse, the boys join in for the chorus of the song. Each of them singing in unison, you can hear Dennis loudly as he carries the choruses backing range as they belt together the record that is dedicated to a past lover and getting over heartbreak and essentially saying goodbye to them. After the chorus, the boys return back to their mic posts but Chris doesn't. He stays at center stage as he starts to work the crowd for his solo, strutting to the other side of the stage and adding in some attitude to his part. When he's done, he makes way back to his mic post. Jerry then walks up, giving his own spin this his part, not really moving around much, but pointing into the crowd for his solo. Jerry has never been a dancer and didn't scream stage presence, but was never a bore to watch. He bobs his head with much rhythm until he returns back to where the other guys are located.

You wrecked me like you wrecked the life we made
You’ll never know what you did for my soul
When you turned and walked away
Cause you only ever made things worse

And ever since you’ve been gone
Girl, I’ve been moving on
Though some nights it still hurts

But that was then and this is now
I’m over you, I’m getting out
My fears are gone, I’m finding out
how good it feels to live without
your lies, goodbye
You turned my whole world upside-down
but that was then and this is now

No, there’s no doing this again
And there’s no being friends

Not after the pain you caused
Oh no, there’s no doing this again

And there’s no being friends
Not after the pain you caused

But that was then and this is now
I’m over you, I’m getting out
My fears are gone, I’m finding out
how good it feels to live without
your lies, goodbye
You turned my whole world upside-down
but that was then and this is now

Jerry returns back to where Chris, Dennis and Brian are located and the boys join for the chorus once more. The boys all shine vocally for this number, it gives them a chance to each sing together and show that their tones compliment eachother. Following the choruses, long slinky synths are heard. Following that, the bridge of the song is heard and the synths return, Dennis then sings the opening of the bridge where the beats are slowed and clapping instruments are heard. Dennis starts off with the opening lines, followed by Chris who sings his lines and then Jerry. After they sing the bridge, a beat break down is heard where stomping and clapping beats are heard with no lyrics. The boys all stomp and clap together again, causing the entire Fall Festival to do the same, and it's really a special moment. The entire crowd seems to be joined in with them as they clap and stomp along with the drums and backing beats of That Was Then, This Is Now. The boys then join together for the last chorus of the record before the record comes to an end. The audience cheers once again for the second record of the set.

Let's see if you remember this one, Fall Festival!

Jerry yells out before the boys all turn around, backs facing the crowd, a few seconds and a familiar song is heard. The signature "La-La-La-La's" of their previous hit single is heard. "This Life" which was released last year is heard and crowd cheers singing the La-La's of this hit Stat Nerd single. The super catchy backing beat quickly finds it way to the track, a break beat like pop beat that has hints of R&B is easily picked up. Once again, Chris is the first to start singing, as his picks the mic up to his face and turns to the crowd, he uses his voice to sing softly over the opening beats of the record. Chris's vocals has power but he has the ability to sing lightly when the song calls for it and the contemporary style of "This Life" certainly calls for it. He sounds intelligent when he sings, as his experience and confidence roars whenever he begins singing and its no different here. Many look at Chris as the strongest vocalist but a lot of people argue those claims. His alto voice range essentially fits any type of song along with his initial ability to make his voice usable on any record makes him a very useful member and performer. Chris sings the first verse of the song over the quick beats that he doesn't get drowned in as he explains seeing the beauty of life after harsh times. This song calls for a higher range, and so Chris does so. Moving to the front of the stage and moving with the beats. The boys pick their heads up and start moving around the stage, throwing their hands up in the air.

La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala

The way I'm feeling now
Like my spirit is lifted some how
The sun's gold rays dancing
Has got me glancing
Past my window, through the light
I see it all, I see the beauty of this life

Life is a roller coaster, we it ride till we die.
The sapphire ocean, mirroring the sky, sky so blue
And our all dreams start feel so true,
Dreams to be forever young
Dreams to be forever young

As the upbeat tempo goes on and Chris continues singing, the beat sounds as if it's building with it's powerful beat and breakbeat like bassline. Jerry then turns around and walks up and seconds later Dennis and Brian join them as well. When Jerry sings, his voice takes over the record with his wonderful harmonies. You can tell he wants them to sound perfect, he doesn't move much during his part but instead looks forward and focuses on perfecting his harmonies for the hook. He does a wonderful job harmonizing his voice and has always been the best harmonizer in the Stat Nerds and does so very well during the live performance of This Life, and Jerry shines here. His ability to have his voice sway long the beat on This Life is almost ace as he coos out into the audience. He finishes singing the beats hold back for about a split second and bursts into a roaring chorus as the boys join eachother for vocals are they eat separate.

Live this life with me, lets move like the waves of the glistening sea
And if we really try, we'll touch the endless sky ;
Storms might block our way, but I know we'll find our way through.
This life, this light ! It's all worth the fight
Its a good life, no lie! So let's live this life till we die

The camera's then pan to Brian, who the girls go wild for once more. He has a smile on his face as he walks ahead of everyone and walks up to a fan putting his hands in the crowd. Loosening up a bit more then he did for the previous records and the fright he showed earlier. Now it seems as if Brian is much more open and has a slight smile on his face as the beats slow down a bit for the next verse of the song, the breakbeats then begin agan and Jerry songs the next verse of the song. He definitely knows how to work a crowd and has a genuineness when he does it. He never comes across as brash, but more or less effortless but confident at the same time. Dennis has a naturally compelling voice with the ability to easily drift into a high pitched soprano range making his voice very versatile and easily recognizable and he uses it to his advantage in this life. Him and Chris are seen looking at eachother and giving eachother a smile.

La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala

Our lives pretty much the same,
No expectations, but we dance in the rain to escape the pain
Take my hand and dance with me
Drink to the point of ecstasy
Pain and suffrage, no longer apart of me
As I look past all the regret
I see it all, I see the beauty of this life in retrospect

The buildup finds its way to the track once more after Dennis's part passes, as Jerry harmonizes once more. The boys return back to where their mic posts are and they then continue to sing. Jerry harmonizes and then the catchy chorus finds its way back to the track. As the boys join each other, bringing the mic up to their face once more and singing the chorus as the beats relentless follows behind them. They continue singing out the chorus in unison. They stand next to eachother in a triangular fashion They then walk away from eachother as the chorus fades away. The camera pans over the Chris, and once again, the girls start cheering, he smiles at the camera and winks as he continues sings his part of the chorus. This Life, although released last year seems to be very well known as people in the crowd continue to sing along to the record.

Life is a roller coaster, we it ride till we die.
The sapphire ocean, mirroring the sky, sky so blue,
And all our dreams start feel so true
Dreams to be forever young
Dreams to be forever young

Live this life with me, lets move like the waves of the glistening sea
And if we really try, we'll touch the endless sky ;
Storms might block our way, but I know we'll find our way through.
This life, this light ! It's all worth the fight
Its a good life, no lie! So let's live this life till we die

After the chorus of the record, Brian finally sings the bridge of the song. The keyboards heard in the beginning of the song make way during the bridge and sounds great in a live setting. Brian sings and the boys add adlibs and Dennis sings behind him, giving his vocals some power. Brian doesn't do much when he sings, he closes his eyes again and sings his part to a tea. This part is longer than many of the other sings that The Stat Nerd's sings, so Brian has a chance to show off his soprano vocals. He vocals come across a bit shaky, but he sounds calm and this vocal range fits the song nicely. Brian throws his hands up as sings the lyric in the song, as it sings about throwing his hands up in the air. When he finishes, the boys join him for the final chorus of the song.

Throw your hands in the air and and ride it till it's done
The roller coaster of life, it's a blessing and a curse
The highs, the lows, loopholes and curbs
The ups and downs, then it reoccurs
Just throw your hands up and enjoy the ride
This life, This life, there's no where to hide

Live this life with me, lets move like the waves of the glistening sea
And if we really try, we'll touch the endless sky ;
Storms might block our way, but I know we'll find our way through.
This life, this light ! It's all worth the fight
Its a good life, no lie! So let's live this life till we die

La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala
La la lalalalala

[color=black]After the chorus, Brian sings the ending La-La-La's of "This Life" as the song comes to an end. They are met with with a great reception from the crowd, as they clap. The boys all yell out think you, but they aren't done, in fact they are just getting started. Jerry walks over and grabs a drink of water before getting back in place for the next song.

The Stat Nerds - Fall Festival [PART 2 of 3.]
October 23rd, 2015

After taking an extremely short break to refresh with some much needed water due to the intense heat and energetic performance, the boys return to the centre of the stage and look out into the seemingly never ending audience. Just being here today is an honour for the band as there have been many times over the last year or so when they thought this album would never see the light of day. Splitting their six song set into two halves, they use this opportunity to just take in the moment and appreciate everyone in the audience before they continue on. Christopher raises his mic, taking centre stage in usual fashion. "Fall Festival, how are you tonight!?" Christopher calls out in his booming voice to which the crowd reply to with a sea of screams and cheers. "It's great to be here tonight. We haven't performed to a large crowd for quite some time now and we couldn't ask for a better crowd to come back to. We're now going to sing something a little different to our usual style. This song is from our new album and it's one that's been with us for a while. It's all about showing that hard work and determination does pay off and no matter if someone underestimates you or says you can't do something, you're going to do it anyway just because...well you're awesome." Christopher laughs along with the audience before walking back to his spot between Jerry and Dennis. "This one is called Ambition. We hope you like it." Christopher adjusts his earpieces and gives a little nod towards Dennis. Out of nowhere, Christopher pulls his microphone up to his mouth and kicks off the song acapella. With his frantic delivery, it almost seems like he's about to start rapping. Dennis smiles, obviously enjoying the way that the song begins and the audience begin to cheer, praising Christopher's different delivery during the intro even though it's very short and sweet.

They all said that it couldn't be done
They all said that it couldn't be done
Guess they underestimated my ambition
I see it through when I'm on a mission

[center]Jerry fist pumps the air while Christopher leaps up in the air, landing in time with the beat as the song really kicks in with it's quirky electric guitar and hip-hop inspired sound, something that hasn't really been heard from the group before. Christopher continues to sing the first verse, walking along the stage with some "swag" as the song is all about being defiant and filled with attitude. Dennis and Brian walk side by side behind Christopher, looking straight out over the crowd while Jerry follows behind them, waving out to a lot of supporters. Christopher sounds confident as usual and shows just how versatile he is.

With your sticks and stones I might bruise a little
They will all heal in time and then I brush it off
You can smash my bones but I'll never play second fiddle
I just go even harder when the going gets tough
Storming way ahead, I'll be receiving that medal
Middle finger to the ones who say I wasn't good enough

[center]Dennis quickly takes over, singing the pre-chorus and not missing a beat. As Dennis sings in a higher, softer tone, he begins to walk forward and take centre stage while Christopher proceeds further back to allow his band mate to come closer. A lot of girls scream when he takes over as Dennis is clearly a hit with the ladies. Despite all the screaming, he manages to stay focused and deliver his lines perfectly and with intensity. It's obvious that he's really focusing and connecting with the lyrics due to his facial expression and presenting the ability to drown out all of the overwhelming praise.

I've carried a lot of weight around on my back
It might have slowed me down but I'm still on track
Kept on going, going even with a heavy heart
I'll still win the game while you're learning to start

[center]Dennis waves his hands in the air as the chorus begins. All four of them harmonise together but rather than it being a soft, heavenly sound like they have demonstrated before, it's in a much higher register with more of a kick to it. The band walk around the stage, waving their hands in the air throughout the chorus and encouraging the audience to join in with the movement. Christopher and Jerry can be heard most during several parts of the chorus, taking on the sharpest tail end notes. Each member walks off to a different part of the stage and works the section of the crowd that is in front of them. The upbeat song doesn't leave room for any slacking or standing still. Even when the boys are walking around, they still have a little spring in their step with a constant nodding of the head.

Raising a glass, got my head held high, proving all those doubters wrong
F-flying free just like a bird in the sky and they said it couldn't be done
Yeah I'm just out here having fun and I'll keep on going strong
When they said that it couldn't be done, they underestimated my ambition

They all said that it couldn't be done
They all said that it couldn't be done
Guess they underestimated my ambition
I see it through when I'm on a mission

[center]Christopher "raps" the little hook again and comically throws gestures towards Dennis, approaching him with a stern look and invading his personal space as if the pair are in some sort of intense rap battle. The pair laugh, lowering their mics so that it doesn't interfere with the performance. Jerry takes on the next verse as the guitar riffs start to pick up again. As a performer, he really surprises as many people see him as controversial figure and nothing more. Like his boyfriend, Jerry does actually possess a lot of talent to the surprise of many and can definitely out sing a lot of others in the pop world. Although not as powerful as Christopher, Jerry does have a strong alto voice which can really hold up during live shows like this. He places his fingers on his lips as he sings the "shhhh" line. This is the closest anyone will get to hearing a profanity in a song from The Stat Nerds. It's fitting that Jerry gets this line as he's known for his foul mouth outside of the group.

You're talking all that stupid shhhh, here we go again
I laugh and shrug my shoulders 'cause that's just how I do
Just being me I've got no time for your wicked games
Can't stop to listen, you know that I'm constantly on the move
Said I'd never achieve my dreams, always turning up the pain
Yet here I am and where exactly are you?

[center]Dennis follows on again with the pre-chorus which is this time supported by unseen female backing vocalists. They do not drown out Dennis though and they're only there for effect as he definitely has the ability to pull it off without any help. As the chorus kicks in again, Brian holds onto his chest as he sings, looking rather caught up in the song while the others sway their hands in the air like last time and get the crowd involved. Dennis and Christopher are usually the ones calling out here and there, making sure that they don't isolate the audience. Dennis especially seems very personable and possesses a friendly demeanour which makes it easy for everyone to interact with him. The song breaks down and the stage lighting flashes repeatedly and change colour which causing the audience to lose it and scream. During the breakdown, Christopher delivers his hook again only at a much slower pace. He heavily projects his Italian-American accent just for fun, adding a little quirk to the section and while it doesn't sound as comical on the record, Christopher thought he'd just change things up.

Yeah I'm just out here having fun and I'll keep on going strong
When they said that it couldn't be done, they underestimated my ambition

[center]The song winds down and Brian slowly walks forward, standing in the centre as he delivers his lines. The cameras focus on him and he receives a massive cheer from the fans. Brian has always been overlooked by the public and even in the band, which is demonstrated by how little he gets to sing. There's a misconception that Brian cannot sing and while he may be the weakest in The Stat Nerds, he can still hold a note and is is vastly more talented than the weakest links in certain other pop groups. He sounds rather fragile and soft while delivering his part but makes sure to keep control of his voice and stay at a steady pace and volume. Christopher then cuts in with huge belting ad-libs, contrasting greatly from the delicate sounding Brian. Christopher is a powerhouse and he wants to make sure everyone knows it. While he belts out his notes, Brian, Jerry and Dennis all comes together for the chorus, not sounding all that different without their eldest member. They wave their arms in the usual fashion. Jerry finds a camera and sings directly into it while the crowd scream. Christopher continues his added notes while the others sing the chorus again for the second time. All four guys slowly walk to the back of the stage and stand side by side as the song comes to a close. Christopher finishes the song with his now infamous little "rap" section before all four members fist pump the air and golden confetti blows out over the crowd.

The crowd cheer after the high energy performance and the band quickly take another sip of water. Dennis chuckles and picks some confetti out of his quiff and drops it onto the stage. He looks out into the crowd, smiling warmly at them before he begins to speak. Christopher and Jerry can be seen taking deep breaths and setting themselves up for the next performance as it requires a lot from them vocally, especially Christopher. "We hope you enjoyed that one as much as we loved performing it for the first time! This next song is one written by our big brother, Christopher. It's one of our favourites to sing together as a group, it was probably the song we rehearsed most as some of these notes are killer. This song is called "Thunder" and let's just hope the title doesn't prove prophetic because the weather is awesome right now so if the clouds open up...blame Christopher for writing this one". Dennis chuckles and looks back at Christopher who is giving him a fake, playful, unimpressed look. The four members look down at their feet and wait for the cheering to subside as this is a rather serious and powerful song. They had their fun with previous tracks but now it's time to really show off their vocals and prove to critics that there's a lot more to them than meets the eye. Eventually, the piano led introduction plays as the stage dims ever so slightly to give a dark, haunting vibe to coincide with the idea of thunder. Jerry slowly raises his mic and his head, looking up and out into the sea of people. The remaining three guys continue looking down at the ground with a tight grip around their microphones, ready to strike at any second. Jerry shows off a much softer side to his voice. He's known for sounding best on rock/pop inspired tracks but here he sounds rather crisp and clear while giving a tender, emotive delivery. Whether it's just the camera angle or lighting, it seems as though his eyes are a little wet as he sings his lines.

Went in with all guns blazing, you had nothing to lose
My jokes didn't ease things off, guess I really am the fool
I don't know where my head is at, or your heart too
I'm drunk driving down the roads we once cruised
Some liquor and a drop top helps soothe the bruise

Dennis comes in with the pre-chorus, in a similar style to Jerry, sounding rather delicate and even a little defeated. While Dennis' section has no challenging "big" notes, everyone can hear that he has to quickly go from a high, soft whisper to a deeper, more serious tone after every few words. The constant rising and falling of the gentle notes while trying to stay true to the feeling of the song may prove difficult but not to Dennis. He holds his earpiece briefly to stop it slipping out, avoiding potential embarrassment later on. A few seconds of silence follows before a sudden burst of light from the stage and belting from Christopher. The song has went from haunting, piano led ballad to 1980's inspired pop/rock stadium anthem. Christopher proves yet again that there's much more to him than being that guy from Celebrity Big Brother 4. He will not let his talents and achievements be overlooked so he's giving it all he's got. Tackling the rising and falling notes like Dennis only on a larger scale with huge belting notes, Christopher seems like he has an infinite lung capacity. From ghostly whispers to gruff, throaty growls in his lower notes, Christopher hits every target and the sheer power behind his voice means he has to lower his microphone so that it's not too overbearing. The emotion and passion on his face demonstrates just how much he loves and connects with this track.

Your fingerprints, they stay on the wine glass
I don't wash them away, this is moving all too fast
You can move right on but we'll always be carved in stone
Perfume lingers in the air and I never feel truly alone

We're consumed in this moment, shouldn't have let you walk out the door
With our heads so dizzy and fragile, it's not wise to be out on our own
Glad you didn't say that you hate me, I wouldn't know a worse pain
And even through all of your fire, I'm still drawn in by your flames
You know we've been through worse and came out a whole lot stronger
We're fighters, we're warriors, we crash like the tide and like thunder
Like the tide and like thunder
Like the tide and like thunder, hey!

Crash right into me, yeah
Crash right into me, yeah, yeah, yeah, hey
Crash right into me, yeah, yeah
Crash right into me again

After the chorus, all four members come together to harmonise in a light, breathy manner to deliver the little hook which follows on. Dennis rests his hand on Christopher's shoulder, possibly as a way of showing his support and admiration of his performance. There's no time for smiles or friendly "banter" this time around though as the song is rather intense and serious. Jerry walks forward, taking on another verse and sounding a lot more forceful than before. We are in the heart of the song now, everything has kicked off and it's on full power. Jerry demonstrates his much loved rock influenced tones, using that powerful alto and delivering a little growl as he sings the lines in an urgent, sharp and demanding manner. Brian stands next to Dennis, nodding along to the beat as he takes on the pre-chorus this time. He is not as strong as Dennis and finds it difficult to control his voice during the constant shifting of the notes. Brian still gives it a go though and while there's a moment in his second line where he goes a little deeper than he should have, it still sounds pretty impressive for someone labelled as the worst singer in the group. Christopher comes in with the chorus again and he walks right to the edge of the stage, managing to move around with ease while tackling such a demanding section of the song. His eyes close a lot and he shows off exactly how he feels through his facial expressions. While he sings, Dennis can be seen raising his hands out to the crowd and singing along quietly while Christopher does his thing.

You say it's for real and that it's dead and buried
Was I just too blind to see it? Now I'm really worried
Thought it was always fun and games until you scurried
Was I in way too deep? Did I make the situation heavy?
But if I call your name will you still come back in a hurry?

Sobered up and all of the lights are staying on
Maybe all the illuminations will soon guide you home?
Let's stop all the games, I don't want to have any rules
When the two of us play, obviously one will have to lose

The bridge of the song shows no signs of slowing down as the electric guitar becomes more aggressive and demands that the guys step it up vocally if they want to compete with the dramatic thrashing of it. Jerry bounces along to the rhythm of the dark riffs, really looking the part with his striking new haircut and tattooed arms. Dennis takes on the first section of the bridge, adding a much needed smooth tone to it all. Christopher and Jerry, who take the lead on the song, sound very rough and "biting" but Dennis finally comes along again to soothe things with his silky smooth voice. He maintains the same power and urgency as the other members but isn't as sharp. His softer delivery is also a set up for Jerry who comes in with the second half with his throaty vocals, sounding even more rich in comparison, courtesy of Dennis.

Don't go around saying that it's all just too little, too late
We've been through worse and came out a whole lot stronger
You said that it's the final straw and I don't know what for

Why are you acting like I'm some kind of menace, a monster?
The tide can get rough but we know not to let it pull us under
Looking for an excuse just to fight so you can hold onto me tight?

Take it out on me, rolling under the covers like thunder

Crash right into me, yeah
Crash right into me, yeah, yeah, yeah, hey
Crash right into me, yeah, yeah
Crash right into me again

The intensity of the song slowly subsides as Dennis, Jerry, Brian and Christopher harmonise for the little hook again, singing softly over just the backing of a piano. Brian and Dennis can be heard slightly above the others as they take on the higher harmony this time around. Suddenly, a dramatic beating of drums fills the entire area before Christopher jets off again and lets his voice soar across the stage. He tilts his head back and closes his eyes tightly as he delivers the chorus again. It seems like there is no limit to his voice.

We're consumed in this moment, shouldn't have let you walk out the door
With our heads so dizzy and fragile, it's not wise to be out on our own
Glad you didn't say that you hate me, I wouldn't know a worse pain

Crash right into me again

Jerry, Dennis and Brian all harmonise in the same breathy way as Christopher continues to ad-lib over them in his powerful voice. No matter which section you choose to focus on, it's clear that all boys are vocally challenging themselves. While Christopher is singing his heart out, Dennis, Jerry and Brian are maintaining the emotional delivery the entire time without really having time to stop for breath as each line follows directly on from the previous one and repeats more times than it has done before. Christopher moves around, getting lost in his notes and reaching out to the audience, really trying to connect with them while the others stand together, looking at each other while they work together to harmonise and keep it flowing smoothly. Christopher walks back to rejoin the others and the performance suddenly ends with an abrupt and sharp "again!" (the last word in the song) from Dennis, Brian and Jerry. The crowd go insane and can't believe what they have just heard from a group that many people tend to write off. Christopher and Jerry give one another a hug, a way of praising each other as they had the most solo time on such a demanding tracks. Brian exhales and looks over at Dennis who smiles and takes a sip of water as they gear up for the last performance.

The Stat Nerds - Fall Festival [PART 3 of 3.]
October 23rd, 2015

After an intense performance with Thunder, the boys look at each other with huge smiles, a way of praising one other. There is no doubt that the song demanded a lot from them and as it was also their first time showcasing it, they really had to bring it. Brian jumps around on the spot as he prepares for their final song, one they all love to perform and a song that holds a special place in their hearts. Jerry holds up his mic, sounding a little out of breath but managing to hold it together to talk to the crowd. Dennis and Christopher can be seen whispering into each other's ears while Brian smiles and waves out into the crowd. "This is the last song in our set. We don't want it to end and you've been such a wonderful audience. You've heard a lot of new stuff from our album which is coming out really soon but now we're going to take it back to around this time last year. This song became a number one for us, it's one you all should know so I want to hear everyone singing along. We couldn't do a performance and not go out with a bang, could we?" The crowd cheer as they pick up on Jerry's hint. The familiar introduction of Out With A Bang begins as Christopher, Brian, Dennis and Jerry ready themselves as the funky bass plays. Female dancers take to the stage as Dennis begins the song. The other three members look over to the dancers as they walk towards them while Dennis focuses on the crowd in front of him, slowly walking out to them. He sounds exactly like he does on the record and the audience cheer for him, growing louder the closer he gets to the edge of the stage.

Bring your lips a little closer, kiss me quick before we're sober
No I'm not drunk on your love, it's those lips that taste like sparkling wine
Can't remember a word that you've said but all of your signals have been read
Take me home, we're on vacation, just slowly sipping on the sunshine

While all four harmonise, Dennis remains at the front, singing out to the audience while Christopher, Jerry and Brian focus on a backing dancer each and make it seem like they're singing to them. When it's time for Jerry to deliver his lines, he turns his head and faces the crowd before returning his attention back to his designated dancer. A flash of light fills the stage as it bursts into the familiar chorus, led by Christopher's impressively high soprano range which is unfortunately overshadowed by a little technical glitch with his microphone as it fails to broadcast his voice out over the crowds. He points to his mic, looking at someone who is off stage as a way of highlighting his problem. He soldiers on and Dennis also joins him to help amplify the sound, realising his band mates' problem. By the time it comes to the catchy "bang bang" hook, it has been corrected and Christopher subtly gives a thumbs up to the technical crew at the side of the stage. All four members come together to provide a low harmony and dance around comically, enjoying their last song of the night. The female dancers are lined up at the front of the stage, performing a routine in unison while the crowd go crazy and jump around to the catchy hook which helped propel the track to the top of the charts.

Come and get a little of this, I just can't seem to fight the feelin'
You've got a great appetite for danger, it's like we're the perfect midnight strangers
Give me another toxic kiss, you know that it's so hard to resist
Girl, we'll get so dirty under the covers, we'll be the perfect midnight lovers

Oh I don't know the first thing about you but it feels so right
Yeah just keep talking that talk as we let our fingers intertwine
Oh in the morning you'll be gone and we both have other plans
So short and sweet but at least we can say it went out with a bang

UserPostedImage

Bang, bang, b-b-b-bang, b-bang, b-b-bang, bang, baby, bang, bang, baby
We both don't want to feel lonely, come with me for one night only
Bang, bang, b-b-b-bang, b-bang, b-b-bang, bang, baby, bang, bang, baby
In the morning you'll be gone...

As the world starts to fall asleep, baby lay down here with me
Bite on my lip, leave me weak at the knees, fill me with all of your venom
I'll be your mystery Casanova tonight, if you want nothing more then that's fine
We'll just keep on doing what we're doing, give you a little taste of heaven

Christopher follows on, taking the second verse of the song and making sure to make up for the technical mishap earlier, moving closer to the audience and showing off his amazing vibrato, adding in different and more challenging notes than the official version of the song has. He stands at the edge of the stage with a dancer at each side of him. One of them has her back against his side while the other holds onto his shoulder and circles her hips. Christopher gives a cheeky grin before slowly slipping away from their hold and rejoining his band members for the pre-chorus. The band are in their element now, calling out to the crowd to keep them hyped up, jumping around on the stage and holding their mics out to pick up the sound of the audience singing their song back to them. It's a big pop show, contrasting greatly from the serious tone of Thunder. During the hook, Jerry and Brian look at one another and sing the song, like they are serenading each other.

Come and get a little of this, I just can't seem to fight the feelin'

As the playfully strings instruments take the forefront, building up to the bridge. All four members slowly walk backwards, still keeping their eyes fixated on their audience. The eventually back into a female dancer each and they stop in their tracks. The dancers put their arms around the boys in a seductive manner but nothing too outrageous as it's not what the group is all about. Brian delivers his lines, sounding a little bit out of breath but as his section is nothing too challenging it doesn't really take away from the performance. The dancers slowly drop their hands and bounce back, suddenly bursting into a dance routine as the chorus springs back into life. The girls dance while heading to the very back of the stage, underneath the huge screens while the boys stay in the centre.

There's nothing left to say, we've gotten what we wanted, no need to even wave goodbye
And no we shouldn't have to feel guilty, no regrets, we were just living for the night
At least it ended with a...

As the hook comes in again, Christopher, Dennis, Jerry and Brian bounce on their feet with their free arms up in the air in unison with the crowd who are also elated and carried away at this point. They make their way to the back of the stage under the screens, still singing along while the four backing dancers stand behind them again and attach them to a harness. As the boys sing the repetitive and super catchy "bang bang" hook again, they are elevated by the harnesses and look out over to the huge crowd. The funky guitar riffs mark the end of the song and the audience scream and cheer, finding that they enjoyed a show from The Stat Nerds much more than expected. More gold confetti is fired over the stage and the crowd while Christopher yells out "Thank you Fall Festival, you were an amazing crowd. Goodnight!" The boys wave out as they are elevated over the screen and away out of view of the audience

As Anaísz was shifting her way through fans to get to the front, she realized she spent a ton of money on her tickets, she had to pause and look at all the people around her. "I seriously can't wait to play here, oh my god!" She meant it too, it was a goal of hers to make it to this stage one day. For now though, she was just a fan. She turned her cap backwards as her long black hair was falling off her shoulders. She was absolutely ready to have a good time.

Kourtney Live @ Fall Festival 2015
Los Angeles, CA, Hollywood Bowl Amphitheater | October 23, 2015

UserPostedImageUserPostedImage

The Fall Festival was a very packed and fan oriented show, so of course there was a lot of pressure for Kourtney to do her best. Even though she had been promoting her album, she felt it was needed to have that performance where her career could possibly be defined. It was hot out, there was a small breeze going through the crowd, and Kourtney could feel her nerves getting to her but she had performed in front of thousands of people before. Today would be no different. As she pranced around in her light blue cropped shirt and black leather skirt, she was more or less performing her album in it's entirety. You could feel the energy from the fans as she sang her hits and fan favorites.

When she got through the second half, she was a little tired but she wasn't about to give up now. She still had the crowd in her hands, singing along and chanting to her catchy choruses. It was like an outdoor party and Kourtney was the guest of honor. One lucky fan decided to be bold and join her on stage, and to Kourtney's and the rest of the crowd's shock, she let her finish the song with her. When the second half was done, Kourtney gracefully thanked everyone and made her exit.

Zac comes over from the bar with two beers, one of which he takes a drink from. He then looks at the other beer and takes a drink of that as well, smiling and nodding. "Two beers really are better than one," he smiles.

STAGE 1: EXHIBIT

UserPostedImage

Everything darkens and smoke rises. The electronic instruments on stage begins to play a murky intro, setting the mood with their rising sounds. Quickly, it transforms into the instrumental of HISS and not long after, Aikya Balan is seen, rising from a platform below the stage, waiting as the crowd reacts, and then dropping even lower on the floor, crawling--no, slithering to her mic. Once she picks up, it starts to feel as if we're waiting for her to get up and truly start her performance. But she doesn't. She stays right there, looks the crowd in it's eyes and swiftly turns over to her back, raising the microphone to her lips. Once she starts singing it's clear that she won't be using any backing track. She doesn't even have back up singers. It's just her sharp small voice beginning to flow over the crowd. It sounds very confined over the sensual band playing with her. Already it's "one of those" performances, where the artist, the band and the crowd take an emotional journey through Aikya Balan's story with the power of music. Real music.

(There's nothing to run from)
We both know (this is where you belong)
(Yet and still, frozen still)

I know you always had a song on the tip of your tongue
The thought feels like venom
(The way you'd choke up and give in to your own self inflictions)

They've always been attracted to the way your scales shone silver
Maybe I was stupid, threw us in the Sun knowing that you'd whither
Doesn't matter that I've never had the mind, doesn't matter that you've never had the ears
(This is the hiss you'll always hear)

She takes her time thrusting her body over the floor whilst she's on her back, really becoming one with the soft yet powerful beat. Her words are sung timidly as she truly opens up for the first time about the conflict of having a social anxiety but wanting so badly to be the performer she was born to be. Quite ironic that she chooses the composition to open up her performance at a festival full of thousands, going from lines like "We both know this is where you belong" to "Maybe I was stupid, threw us in the Sun knowing that you'd whither" in just a matter of seconds. Aikya's performance itself seems to be a bit indecisive itself as she continues to throw herself around the floor of the stage and attempts to stand but only falls to her knees, looking at the crowd and reaching out to them only to snatch her hand away and look to the left of her. The passion in her eyes tells everyone what they need to know, this is as unchoreographed as staged choreography gets, her emotions truly pouring out as she puts herself on display. As she sings n her song, Aikya is exploiting herself to test herself, to believe in herself. And the minute she tries, she falls flat on her back. It's almost like the words of the melody hisses to her body, making her tighten up and cringe way as she forces herself to face 2 truths at once.

This is an exhibit. Whether she likes it or not.

(There's no one to run from)
We both know (you're the only one)
(Here alone, all along)

You've always had a song, but you went and bit your tongue
Can you feel the venom?
(The way you'd choke up and give in to your own self inflictions)

They've always been attracted to the way your scales shone silver
Maybe I was stupid, threw us in the Sun knowing that you'd whither
Doesn't matter that I've never had the mind, doesn't matter that you've never had the ears
(This is the hiss you'll always hear)

The opening song swirls to it's ending, the instruments get heavy as Aikya begins to yell at herself, the last of the lines slurring together, putting her in a daze before they come to an abrupt stop. And so does her performance, all lights shutting completely out.

(If you keep up this rattle, you'll never win a battle)
(You could break free from these shackles, if only you'd tackle..)
(The real problem, is you've never been the brightest)
(Led yourself into the dark, still don't know who you're fighting)
(Watch the crowd fill in, witness the room close in)
(Feel your throat tighten)
Aikya...
Can you breathe?

Coming of age has never been harder for Aikya. But as soon as the performance starts back up again with a quick flash of red lights, it seems that this newer, sexier, less vulnerable Aikya takes stage and proves that maybe, just maybe, coming of age has never been easier.

UserPostedImage

It's hard to forget this was the same girl who spilled out her every weakness on stage. Maybe this was the side of herself that she was in continuous conflict with, the bad girl inside who loved stages and stepped foot onto them with a look on her face that showed she wanted to take vengeance upon it. Aikya is still on the floor, just this time in new gear. She violently swings her arms around to the song, the short dance interlude leading her to roll around the floor.

Her show has officially begun, the insecurities have been stated and all that's left to do is prove herself. To herself.

"It's your turn, it's your turn, it's your turn...next."

Says the multiple voices rolling into the audio system. They fill up the venue as Aikya begins to dance as if she's claiming the stage as her territory, giving off looks to the bystanders as if they're intruding. Making her way around finally on her feet, she crumps her way through the performance, only falling to her knees to smack the floor and bounce right back up. She truly shows her dominance, and in the most animalistic way possible way. It isn't long until she results to twirling around like a fragile ballerina, a contrast to the whole setting. Another platform rises close to her, a shirtless man sitting, watching and waiting for her to twirl over to her and fall into his arms. She lays back gracefully as his hands quickly strips her and puts on a new outfit. As this happens the melody to Something Like That plays.

STAGE 2: QUIET

UserPostedImage

As soon as she returns to the stage, she's dressed in her 3rd costume of the night. Still sitting in the man's arms and looking deep into his eyes, the male dancer violently throws Aikya down off of his lap. The crowd reacts with gasps, but she calmly picks up the mic off of the floor yet again and sits up on her knees, facing him as she softly sings to him. Aikya no where near shows the same desperation she showed in the first song in Master Key. It's somber instrumental floods the stage as Aikya just looks down at the man's feet, singing helplessly but effortlessly, showing that in a way, no help is truly wanted. She's accustomed the neglective man who proves himself abusive too as he raises his hand multiple times to the beat as she quietly insists that she'll be here for him even as he leaves her. Yet it's clear through the performance that the man she's singing to doesn't want to hear about her assertive loyalty.

Sitting quietly and serving as his personal sex doll is her only job.

Stay... the only thing I beg of you
Break? What am I supposed to do?

You seeped into my hole
Sought for my soul
Without you I'm never whole
What's a shoe without its sole?

When the silky bass rolls into her performance, giving the situation even more weight, she begins to move suggestively across the floor. Her moves are indeed sexy but are hard for anyone but the man in front of her to sexualize. She moves her hips fluidly whilst on her knees, practically humping the stage but she herself is dead in the face. Because her job isn't to express. Her job is to stay quiet. He dances behind Aikya, both of them in tune as he dances in circles around her.

No matter, here for you
Forever
Love me, you said you'd always do
I think you did

You seeped into my hole
Getting me hooked was key
Without you I'm never whole
What's a hole without a key?

UserPostedImage

Her mellow voice floats on top of the instruments, the melody fading through the performance in a light that truly drags it out. Suddenly, the man drops next down to her, completely mesmerized by her now repetitive moves. He crawls over to Aikya in almost slow motion, the performance nearing an end while Balan continues to mimic a robot of sexual sorts. The final note in the song is hit, and suddenly dragged out for 15 seconds straight, both of the dancers on the floor dramatizing their movements, making them slower than time itself after eventually Aikya lands back in the arms of the dancer.

"dont touch the stove? fuck you,i'll sit on the son of a bitch." aka:atomic war bride at the fall festival.

erich hess is the first to stagger on stage for atomic war bride at fall fest. he is every part the character people expect him to be: whiskey in one hand, blunt in the other. the crowd applauds wildly at the sight of him. due to his recent "troubles", there were rumors he wouldnt appear.he gives them a frank sinatra style tip of his drink and spends a few moments arranging many fans to blow away from the stage. after turning them all on,he gives a satisfied nod and waves his arm. "keep all that smoke to yourselves out there. we have precious cargo up here." he says into the mic.oblivious to the fact he is is smoking on stage. seconds later,a rather pregnant looking karoliena waddles out. its been a few months since anyone has publicly seen her pregnant form. she is greeted with loud cheers and a few cat calls. she abruptly stops and leans into her mic, "yeah. i feel about a sexy as a winston churchill,so stop that!" she spats.the usually impeccably dressed karoliena is sporting loose sweatpants and a t shirt. she gives a little sigh and picks up her bass, plucking a few strings on it.

"you ready?" erich asks karoliena.
she nods and starts playing a slappy little bass line. "how about you, rob?" she asks behind her.
"righto!" rob says happily. he is dressed in his usual park ranger outfit and is surrounded by about 30 gibbons. the monkeys, not the zz top members. the monkeys swarm the stage and take their places at 30 very small drum kits. rob starts with his snare drum and the gibbons quickly follow suit. the deafening buzz sounds not unlike a propeller driven airliner of yesteryear. " right!" erich says loudly, strapping his flat black gretsch over his shoulder. "we are atomic war bride. you are you,and this is fall fest.i ask if you feel like throwing anything, throw it at me. our bass player is pregnant is one hormone swing away from going incredible hulk on us all. so...yeah." from here, the band starts playing.

setlist
1. aces high-iron maiden cover.
2.toto,we're not in kansas anymore. probably shoulda told you we moved.
2. the wonderful world where william wallace wanks warily on Wednesday
3.necrophilia has grave consequences.
4.frank likes hair metal now.
5. clockwork elvis

it wouldnt be an atomic war bride show if erich wasnt completely smashed while playing. before "aces high"is complete,he has emptied the bottle of wild turkey he was carrying. for the last moments of its life,he just held it in his teeth and titled his head back. seemingly the only use erich really has for guitar solos. he would do this for the next four songs. while the crowd cheered each empty bottle spat out into the security area,it wasnt clear if erich had a death wish or just herculean alcohol tolerance. karoliena spent most of the show visibly longing for a drink. the show really wasnt the same with only one of the two front people unsober. erich and karoliena usually played off each other very well, but this came off as two people doing their own thing. sonically, the band sounded better than ever. but without the sort of loose and random acts, atomic war bride seemed more like any other band out there. just with a really, really drunk frontman/ guitar player.

How would you describe your set for the Fall Festival?

I would say Halloween meets Disney land...We didn't have much time to buy props so we went with a very unusual theme but It's going to look pretty cool on stage.

Are there any other artists you're looking forward to seeing perform?

OMG YES! SYNCO is one I'm going to be watching and dancing to in the crowd, those girls know how to perform.

What are some of your pre-show rituals and do they change for specific performances?

I like to stretch and read my lyrics again to make sure I don't pull a Britney on stage.

Can we expect any new music from you before the year is over?

Maybe, I don't really manage all of that.... but we are working on new music.

Is there a certain song on your set list that you are most looking forward to performing? If so, what and why?

Warring Times is one I'm totally hyped for because I have this really cute dance that I have for it and I really want the crowd to join me so I mad it super easy. *laughs*

The festival scene in the USA is growing now, how does it feel to be at an event of this size?

I'm actually not nervous, as long as everything goes fine "production wise" ...I'm pretty much good.

UserPostedImageUserPostedImageUserPostedImage

The Instrumental of "Warring Times" begins to play and a huge flash of moving gifs invade every screen. Bom runs out with her dance crew doing a simple intro choreography to the track, Bom didn't give no time to introduce herself she just went straight into her performance since she has been planning it for months. The theme was supposed to be "creepy Japanese wonderland" since it was October and Bom wanted to add some fall elements to it, but she didn't want to add basic leaves falling in the background so she just went with the first sick thing that came to her head ...which was creepy Japanese wonderland to represent the Halloween spirit, so many props were added to the stage such as pink slime, torn up Harajuku dolls and blood dipped roses surrounded the stage.

UserPostedImage

Bom begins to sing and the crowd goes crazy since her single has been reported to be the most added track in many radio stations around the country. The dance crew begin to do a cute gesture dances and Bom tries to join in, but Bom wasn't necessarily the best dancer in the group, but she tried her best at not looking like a fool since she sorta choreographed the dance to match the overall theme of the small performance. During the chorus Bom begins to do an awkward funny dance that is meant to match the careless tone of the song, especially the "F**k Me, f**k me, f**k me" part.

You think up a storm
It echoes all through your mind
Our winds begin to blow
The tempest has us colliding

We roll on the floor
Tumbling down onto all fours
Landed on top of you
Then we started attacking

There was never any talking
F**k me, f**k me, f**k me
Bullets on a rush
Baby you gotta tell me when the war gets too tough

There was never any talking
F**k me, f**k me, f**k me
Bullets on a rush
Baby you gotta tell me when the war gets too tough

F**k me, f**k me, yeah
Hey, hey, hey

UserPostedImageUserPostedImageUserPostedImage

Bom continues with the performance and dances while just having a good time with the hyped crowd, she enjoyed making people laugh as long as her singing wasn't off tone which she was very careful about since she wanted to make the performance entertaining, not bad. You could tell that Bom was having the most awesome time of her life right now since she smiled through the whole performance and surprisingly was not missing any of the dance moves. Warring Times is a fun song to dance to, so the whole performance was really hitting the nail on the head and many people in the crowd were enjoying the performance.

UserPostedImage

After the performance of "Warring Times", Bom grabs a mic stand from the side of the stage and props herself on a small stool. While Bom makes herself comfortable on the stage, her band begins to replay a beat until Bom was finally ready to perform her next song, you ready? she said smiling at the crows Hit it!. Bom's band begins to play a new song that sounded very pop-rockish and had a very addictive beat to it. Bom begins to sing her heart out to the song which had very emotional lyrics that describes negative moments in someones life very well needed to make them appreciate the good ones they have. During the chorus break many people can be seen singing along to the catchy lyrics which was a good sign for Bom since she was one of the writes of the unreleased track.

Bom begins to sing with a lot of attitude during the other half of the song, she would wink and wave her hands side to side to the beat with the crowd. The song was mid-tempo so a lot of dance effort wasn't needed, the track was very acoustic so a band had joined her for this performance since as previous said it had a "Pop-rockish" feel to it. The song was nearing to its end so Bom began to sing the loudest she can and stood up from her stool to move side to side with the crowd since the track also had a very "Join in" feel to it, just like any good pop song.

The song finally ended and Bom bowed with her band and after she began to throw Fall Festival shirts that she had purchased to throw to the crowd. Bom wasn't given much time since she was one of the few artists who brought props so her time was more limited, but she used her time wisely and made sure she had as much time to entertain the crowd and thank them for being such an ineractive audience. After bom threw the last remaing shirts to the crowd, she began to walk off stageremaing shirts to the crowd she began to walk off stage waving Thanks for having me! she said cutely.

How would you describe your set for the Fall Festival?

Hmmm ...I would describe it to be dark and gloomy but a with a little unexpected sexy twist to it? *laughs* I'm not sure of the overall theme of it but I like how it's set up, it fits my personal style and the songs style as well.

Are there any other artists you're looking forward to seeing perform?

Akya Balan's performance is one I'm going to be looking for since she's always bringing something new to the table every time that girls steps on stage, I was also enjoying The Stat Nerds comeback performance yesterday because it's been a while since those guys came out with something. I was really excited to see what they had planned for the show, and it was actually extremely good as expected.

What are some of your pre-show rituals and do they change for specific performances?

Drink lots of water.

It's been a few months since you debuted in the industry, and most people say that it's very cutthroat and challenging. How have you found it?

It's ...horrible! *laughs* Many people would give up the first day if they knew the criticism people will force upon you in this industry, but the Industry does have its good perks which I enjoy and one day hopefully can share with my fans.

Can you tell us some more about C.M.B.D?

167...is how many times people have asked me this question in interviews...

Can we expect any new music from you before the year is over?

Oh yes! Hopefully our group single will be out before December, but if not then the spring most likely.

Is there a certain song on your set list that you are most looking forward to performing? If so, what and why?

My debut single is one I'm wanting to see how people react to it live, but I do have a song that is a little upbeat and I can't way to see them react to is as well.

Do you have any special surprises or guests that we, the audience, can look out for?

I was, but the artist was extremely busy right now working on their album, but expect something new very soon by that artist.

The festival scene in the USA is growing now, how does it feel to be at an event of this size?

I don't even want to think of it...I legit been drinking so much water and been going to the restroom non stop.

Is this your first time playing over here?

Not necessarily but it is my first "major" festival performance/appearance, I'm very excited but terrified to see how everything goes.

And finally, what would be your top three festival survival tips for anyone heading to Fall Festival?

Ummm, bring lots of water, money and don't bring your annoying children tho these things...I seen so many mothers struggling with their little ones and it's just sad since they can't even enjoy the performance without their children screaming to go to the restroom or wanting candy...wait...I think I just threw shade to myself..eh...yeah, that's my advice.

Chaelin was currently in her dressing room adding the final touches to her Fall Festival outfit when one staff member knocks on the door, "You go on in 5". After hearing she would go on soon, Chaelin begins to gather her crew and heads out the dressing room door to the Fall Festival stage where she will perform her single to a crowd of thousands of people. Chaelin is steps away from entering the preparation area of the stage and begins to adjust her earpiece and grabs her microphone from the sound man, Chaelin was extremely nervous, but the less she thought of it and just did what she rehearsed, she knew everything would go fine. "Start the music and dim the lights" said Chaelin as she walked towards the stage, As soon as Chaelin gave the que to start the intro the stage began to be filled with smoke and the lights began to dim and the instrumental of the intro began to slowly echo around the Fall Festival venue. The crowd began to go crazy and Chaelin's nerves went up to the roof after the echo of screams made the stage floor vibrate.

While the intro played pictures of Chaelin began to flash across in the multiple screens of the Fall Festival stage.
Chaelin began to walk towards the middle of the stage unnoticed by the screaming fans since the large heavy cloud of smoke engulfed the whole stage. The intro continued to play and the dimming lights began to flash again and move rapidly as the ending of the intro was coming and the cloud of smoke was beginning to clear, the more people began to see the dark figure of Chaelin on the stage the whole crowd began to go crazy as the anticipation for her performance could be felt in the vibrations of the screaming fans and the blasting base of the intro's instrumental.

UserPostedImageUserPostedImageUserPostedImage

After the impressive intro the Instrumental of "Where Did The Time Go" begins to play. Chaelin begins to greet her crowd by throwing kisses and waving to multiple fans in the front. She begins to sing the first verse of her debut single and already people can be heard signing along to it, Chaelin couldn't hear it sadly since she had her earpiece, but her just seeing many people mouthing the lyrics to it made her happy. As the chorus came along she removed one of her earpieces and joined her fans singing to the Chorus.

"The days now feel longer
I know now what you actually meant
Hoping to grow stronger
But no tear could show my regret
I wish you would have waited, until the following day
So I could have told you, that you meant more than the rest
Oh, where did the time go?
Oh, where did the time go?"

UserPostedImage

As the ending of her debut single was coming to an end Chaelin began to point the microphone to the crowd to signal them to sing the final chorus louder, Chaelin then began to sing the chorus with them once again, but her voice was a little breathy since she was singing the loudest she could with her fans during the final parts of the song, but Chaelin didn't give no sign of care of the world since the stage was one of her favorite places to be.

1. Where Did The Time Go?

UserPostedImage

After "Where Did The Time Go" stop playing Chaelin began to converse with the crowd, you Guys Having Fun? said Chaelin screaming to the fans. So, I have this song that is another one of my solo songs that might be on the album, but I'm not sure ...so I want to see how you react to it ...sounds good? The crowd begins to cheer and backup dancers begin to enter the stage to join Chaelin.

UserPostedImage

The Instrumental begins to play of the unknown song and Chaelin and her backup dancers begin to do a slow and sexy choreography to the beat of the song. Chaelin begins to sing and many of the heads of the people in the crowd begin to bob back in forth to the beat as Chaelin and her dance crew dance to the track and pump of the crowd since the last song wasn't necessarily a crowd hyper. Chaelin hits the chorus and her backup dancers begin to move side to side with the beat and transition around the stage with Chaelin. The crowd becomes more hyped during the chorus since many people can be seen dancing and just jamming out to the new track. The song wasn't necessarily dirty, but it did have some sex references in it which caused some couples to grind on each other, but of course that was totally normal for a packed crowd of thousands of teens.

UserPostedImage

Track Name not Officially Known As Of Yet

UserPostedImage

[i]After the song is over, a new track begins to play that has a Hip-hop vibe to it, the song began to play automatically after Chaelin performed her yet to be released solo track. Chaelin and her backup dancers begin to dance to the track as Chaelin seems to be singing a small part of the song since it was unusual for a song to start off like that. Right after Chaelin is done signing vocals of a female rapper can be heard in the background, but they were a little overshadowed by the loud beat, but many people were beginning to recognize the female vocals until the track ended unexpectedly fast.

Chaelin and her dance crew bowed in the end of the unknown Hip-hop track and began to walk off stage. Chaelin while walking off stage was waving goodbye to multiple fans and was only given a few seconds to properly say a goodbye, I had a blast Fall Festival, y'all were lit she said in her finals steps of exiting the stage. After Chaelin exited, a small video of her began to flash across the screen as her performance final outro.

SYNCO LIVE @ 2ND FALL FESTIVAL

Layla
Alex
Nicole
Jamie
Naomi
All

The stage and area around it is completely darkened after SYNCO as the lights go out the crowd screams in anticipation waiting for the five girls to get to the stage a few seconds pass by and the anticipation can be felt in the air as there has been little signs of the girls showing yet apart from the announcement as quickly as the crowds screaming dies down we see five silhouettes rise at top of the stage facing away from the audience at the sight of this the crowd once again begin to scream loudly the lights begin to rapidly flicker around the stage showing more of the girls as a guitar and drum is heard as well before the lights stop then focus on the five girls atop the stairs on the stage

After the little light show the music stops the lights now focusing on the girls who are stood completely still almost as if they were five statues on the stage the crowds screaming grows louder with anticipation of the girls' performance suddenly each girl moves the microphone up to their mouths at the same time still facing away from the crowd the girls begin to harmonize with one another acapella bringing five different styles, five different voices from five different girls and carefully stringing each of them together sounding almost angelic as the girls bring a completely new and complex feel to the simple ooh's from the intro of their latest single "You Want This?" The part which is usually sung by Layla alone is now sung by all five girls and the girls seem to have really stepped it up here as this brings the simple part to whole new heights after finishing this the lights once again go out for a few seconds we then see the girls spin around to face the crowd each time a girl turns to face the crowd a sing;e spot light illuminates them and sets them apart from the total darkness that surrounds the stage first we see Naomi turn around she sings the first line from the first verse acapella "No baby don't you tell me how to do it" this part is known to be Alex's which might seem like an odd twist but the crowd screams anyway we then see Layla turn around and before she even begins singing as soon as the spotlight hits her the crowd go into a frenzy Layla is arguably the most popular or at least talked about member of SYNCO she then sings the next line of the first verse following up to Naomi however her voice is completely different to Naomi and Alex's who actually have very similar voices Layla sings in her more unique voice adding a few small runs to the verse as she sings "You should know by now I can do it all" after finishing this we see Jamie turn around and a spotlight lands on her as well the crowd once again cheer loudly but nowhere near as loud as they had cheered when Layla was shown she sings her line in a higher more falsetto like pitch also adding her own little signature run to it as she sings "Boy I won't even lie once you get this" Nicole then turns around right after Jamie finishes her line and continues on the crowd once again cheer but in comparison to Layla and Naomi the cheers are almost silent she sings her part belting it showing off her vocals slightly more which is completely different to the way the song is originally sung but Nicole manages to put the fans in a frenzy with this almost comparing to the reaction Layla had when she turned around "You'll never wanna quit, never wanna quit" Finally Alex turns around the crowd once again go into a frenzy almost comparing to Layla earlier

UserPostedImage
UserPostedImage

The beat to the song finally kicks in and it is restarted with Layla doing the "Oooh"s bu herself followed by Naomi singing the intro/chorus in the usual way showing off her deeper vocals as the girls begin to do the choreography to the song after finishing we hear Alex come in taking the verse for herself this time showing off her deeper more husky vocals as she sings in a relaxed style the girls manage to continue doing the choreography to the song at the bottom of the stage we see crew members bring five chairs onto the stage as Layla continues onto the pre-pre chorus switching it up slightly from the recording adding small runs to her part we then see the girls walking down the stage towards the chairs as Jamie once again goes into her falsetto for the pre-chorus building anticipation for the chorus we finally see the girls get onto the chairs they then do the choreography they did in the video with the chairs some of the girls however seem to have switched sides on the chair though Naomi stays in the center as she sings the chorus in her deeper more soulful R&B styled voice with back up from Layla's unique raspy voice in the background as the girls continue to do the choreography to the song on the chairs

Oooh, oooh, oooh
Yeah so you want this? (oooh, oooh, oooh)
So you want this? (oooh, oooh, oooh)
So you want this?

No baby don't you tell me how to do it
You should know by now I can do it all
Boy I won't even lie once you get this
You'll never wanna quit, never wanna quit

Forget what you think I'm the hottest, the best that you'll get
But you should know right now how it's about to go down
I ain't one to stay

Baby believe me you ain't gonna wanna stop
Once you get a taste you'll be hooked for life

Yeah so you want this? (oooh, oooh, oooh)
You sure boy? (oooh, oooh, oooh)
Yeah so you want this?
Can't nobody do it like the way I can
So you want this, you want this?
You know this ain't goin' nowhere
Boy we ain't goin' nowhere
It's a one night stand
So you want this?

After finishing the chorus and the chair choreography the girls stand up leaving the chairs behind finally we see the crew come back in to take the chairs backstage we then hear Jamie come in taking the second verse she sings her verse almost completely different compared to Alex the only similarity is the laid back style Jamie is singing in which Alex also sang in however Jamie takes her part into a seductive falsetto where as Alex used her seductive huskier deep vocals which flows over the beta nicely the crowd seem to enjoy it as well as they cheer nearly as loud as they did when Alex sang her part after finishing her part we hear Layla come back in with her more unique raspy voice singing the pre-pre chorus in a similar way as the girls do the choreography they did previously the difference this time is Layla sounds slightly out of breathe here compared to before which is something she definitely needs to work on as she's known for that flaw in her live performances we then hear Nicole come in singing the pre chorus sin a similar style to Jamie the first time however the difference can be heard here as well as Nicole as a more theathrical sound to her powerful vocals which she shows here we then hear the Naomi come in once again for the chorus with her deep soulful singing style along with Layla's back up vocals to the song

He already know I can ride it
Boy don't you worry just watch me now
Hope that you ain't lookin' for a wife though cause that just ain't me no it ain't me

Forget what you think I'm the hottest, the best that you'll get
But you should know right now how it's about to go down
I ain't one to stay

Baby believe me you ain't gonna wanna stop
Once you get a taste you'll be hooked for life

As the song approaches Rum's verse in the song the girls switch positions we see Alex in the middle Kamie to the left Layla next to her Nicole on the right and Naomi on the far right Alex brings the microphone up to her mouth and yells "Fall Festival are you having a good time?" the crowd responds with loud screams that fill the area Alex smiles before speaking again "Alright well get ready we're about to fuck shit up!" the crowd once again go into a frenzy filling the area with their crazy cheers just hearing Alex swear which they were probably use to as Alex was more of an open book with the fans swearing, saying things most celebrities wouldn't and even sassing the fans on twitter at times which they actually loved for some reason however the screams from the didn't even compare to the screams following the choreography they did during Rum's verse as each girl begin to show off more of their dancing in the choreography doing something similar to that of Beyonce then turning around, bending over and shaking their bottoms as Rum's verse along with the extremely loud screams of a dedicated fanbase fill the area the girls then each go their separate ways as Naomi sings the chorus with higher harmonies from Nicole and back up from Layla the song then comes to an end after the chorus

Ah, heard you're wanting this
But I just might have to warn and shit
Put it down like I'm the Kong and shit
Make them feel like we can't coexist
I ain't nothing like them other chicks
Tryna rate me from 1 to 10
But compared to them other women
I got you thinking that the scale was rigged
Let me do my thing, papi, watch me work, I'ma get you on your feet
Got you on your knees with a nice lil smirk, how does it feel in the hot seat?
0 to 100 with a quick switch, even as a makeshift, I can take you there
Don't play dumb, I'll have you sucking on your thumb, building castles in the air
We're going for the long run, are you up for a little More?
Start on the bed end up on the floor, do you feel it in your core?
Fuck around and wake up sore, that's how we reap what we sow
Who cares if you saw some sparks fly or read the signs, go when I say go

Yeah so you want this? (oooh, oooh, oooh)

Boy we ain't goin' nowhere
It's a one night stand
So you want this?

After the "You Want This?" finishes the crowd goes crazy the girls each smile out at the crowd Layla heads backstage and returns with a water bottle as the girls prep for the next song Naomi takes a second to talk to the fans "So y'all having a good time or what LA?" She asks and the crowd immediately respond with an array of screams that fill the area Naomi smiles "Alright good we wanna hear those screams throughout the entire night got it?" She asks they once again let out a loud cheer that goes throughout the area Nicole then speaks into the microphone next "Y'all look sooo beautiful tonight Los Angeles in fact I think we have a song for y'all to tell you how beautiful you are do y'all know our song "Beautiful"?" Nicole asks followed by a loud eruption of fans screaming again "Well y'all better be singing along then" she says laughing afterwards before the she starts singing the intro to the song after this we hear Naomi speak into the microphone following Nicole's lead and the beat as she asks each girl if they're "ready for this" like in the song as Naomi asks each girl they nod after we then hear Naomi come in singing the first verse after Naomi's intro time singing in a lower range she reaches out to touch a fans hand as she sings the song singing it to her we then hear Naomi come in singing in a lower range really showing off the depth in her voice as she even adds a small run in her half before we hear Naomi lead the song into the pre-chorus she goes slightly higher here before we hear Layla come in taking the next half of the pre-chorus then Alex finishing it up for her before the girls go into the chorus together singing in unison with each other rather than harmony as they also do a choreography to the song that hasn't been seen yet

After finishing the chorus we hear Nicole come in continuing the motivational song in a lighter style not really showing off much of her powerful vocals here after that we hear Layla come in singing with more emotion in her part of the second verse and adding a rather impressive run as she goes higher and higher during it before we hear Naomi come back in taking the first part of the pre-chorus once again singing in a similar style as before after this we hear Nicole come in finishing up Naomi's half much like Alex did with Layla the first time however Nicole really shows off the power in her vocals here as she belts out the final line of the first half of the pre-chorus we then hear Layla come back in singing the second half of the pre-chorus as the other girls interact with the fans she towards the end of her half she hits another very impressive and difficult sounding run the girls then each go into the chorus again singing in unison as they do the choreography seen from them before

Hold your head up and be confident oh oh
Don't let their hating turn you off no no

You're shining just like you're a star oh yeah yeah
Cause baby you got it all

So go on show you strength just forget the words

After the chorus the song begins to slow down and Naomi speaks into the microphone sounding slightly out of breath already but nowhere near as Layla "Yo Alex where you at?" after Naomi mentions Alex's name the crowd goes insane knowing that one of the fan favorites in the group was about to finally sing on this song Alex then began to sing the bridge of the song as the other girls danced she stood still to sing her part the fans could also be heard singing loudly along with her as she sings in her deeper voice the crowd seem to be loving it after she finishes the bridge her and Nicole begin to belt out the last part of it as Naomi, Layla and Jamie head into the chorus together singing in unison after Nicole and Alex finish their part we hear them join the girls for the chorus after finishing the first chorus we hear the girls sing the chorus once again this time singing together acapella and singing in harmony rather than singing in unison as the song comes to an end

Take it, take it, take it
Uh huh
Show everybody who you are
give em a taste let them want
more, let them want more, let them want more
take it, take it, take it
Uh huh
show everybody who you are
And don't forget that you're a star, you're a star

After the performance of "Beautiful" the crowd begin to cheer loudly once again before the lights once again go out all around the stage and area this happens for a few seconds before the words "OH NOOO" are heard in a childlike voice immediately the crowd know what song is next before the beat even kicks in and they start screaming like crazy the beat to SYNCO's popular lead single "Ain't Comin' Back" from the album Grown then begins playing which is an infectious yet slightly repetitive urban styled beat the lights then focus back on the stairs on the stage where the girls can be seen standing in front of microphones as soon as this happens we hear the girls each harmonize the first part to the first verse as Alex takes lead in the first verse singing the well known track as the crowd sings along with her they continue doing seductive harmony right before each of Alex's lines before Nicole comes in singing the next half of the verse going into a sort of seductive style which her voice easily suits as she closes out the first verse the crowd continue to sing along with the girls before we hear Layla come in opening up the chorus singing in a higher style showing off the range to her unique vocals before we hear all of the girls come in continuing the chorus we then see Naomi take the microphone up to her lips to finish as she mimes the deep "You ain't comin' back" before the beat takes over and the girls switch positions with Naomi remaining in the middle before they head into a well thought out seductive choreography

Here you are knew you'd be crawling back to me
But you're not gonna be getting back with me
Cause now I I'm not getting played that easy not that easy so walk away
Just turn around now baby start walking away from me I don't
Need you here with me here with me don't need you here with me

So you think it's that easy huh? Boy you messed up so
Just get going You chose to be with that chick and I don't
Want you anymore
so just get out of here out of here
I'll be your fear be your fear it's too late it's too late you ain't comin' back

After the beat is finished playing we hear the girls all come in for the second verse where Naomi takes the lead along with the girls backing her up with their sexier harmonies she also shows off the seductiveness in her vocals as she sings in a lower register that we've come to know from her after that we hear Jamie come in singing in a similar style to Nicole before however she goes into a slightly higher falsetto which fits her voice very well before going into a slightly lower register to end the second verse after that we hear Layla once again come in with those unique vocals singing the chorus before the girls come in to finish up the chorus this time after the beat plays it goes out longer than before and which was intended for Deneil's rap verse however the verse was taken out for the performance as the instrumental break continues playing the girls do the same Choreography they did befoe before heading down the stairs to continue on with a different choreography as the instrumental break nears it's end the girls head back up the stairs to finish up the song this time we hear Nicole really deliver one of her better belts as the song comes to an end with the final "You ain't comin' back" bringing the song to an end at the top of the stairs

Listen here I once thought you were everything
But now I don't care I don't care about you babe
We had it but you chose her over me and now you can't have me
Look what you could've had now baby it's too late though
Hope you see your mistake
I know you do and now I know you're missing
Me missing me yeah you're missing me

So you think it's that easy huh? Boy you messed up so
Just get going You chose to be with that chick and I don't
Want you anymore
so just get out of here out of here
I'll be your fear be your fear it's too late it's too late you ain't comin' back

*Instrumental break*

So you think it's that easy huh? Boy you messed up so
Just get going You chose to be with that chick and I don't
Want you anymore
so just get out of here out of here
I'll be your fear be your fear it's too late it's too late you ain't comin' back

After the song finishes the girls begin harmonizing the chorus to the next song in acapella the audience erupt in a wave of screams and cheers some can even be seen crying as they sing the next song which is easily SYNCO's most popular song on in their discography the title is "Whatever You Like" the girls sing in a tight seductive yet beautiful sounding harmonies really showing off the improvement not only in their harmony but also in their individual voices this harmony though now being extremely complicated shows how well the girls have come to know each other and each others voices in the few years they've been together Nicole and Jamie have amazing falsettos so it's obvious that they take the higher parts of the harmony Layla despite having a unique and raspy voice does well either way so she takes the middle part of the harmony and of course we're left with Naomi and Alex who have incredible lower register voices sounding almost similar to each other so they are the clear choices for the lower harmonies the girls continue to harmonize throughout the chorus as the audience cheer after finishing the chorus the voice that yells "Drum!" is heard echoing throughout the area the girls each smirk as the fans go insane Alex then opens up the song singing in her deeper sexier voice as Naomi backs her up after finishing her part we hear Naomi come in for the next half of the first verse continuing on in that sexy seductive deep style as she sings the highly suggestive lyrics before we hear Nicole come in who sings slightly quicker but flows rather well with the smooth seductive beat we then hear Layla come in singing in that unique voice of hers but showing off a more mature sexy side to it which is something she failed to do one the recording of the track we also hear the other four Naomi, Nicole, Alex and Jamie harmonize in the back as well throughout the chorus showing off some more of those sexy harmonies

(Acapella harmonies)

After finishing the chorus Jamie comes in for her verse rather than going into her beautiful falsetto she sings in a sexier lower register and despite being the second youngest at just 19 she manages to pull it off quite well singing and dancing in a way that'd make any straight girl and gay man question their sexuality Naomi also adds back up on the first line the same way she did with Alex in the first verse after finishing her part of the verse we once again hear Naomi come in singing in the same style she did before however slightly out of breath now which usually would takeaway from a song however it somehow adds to the sexy seductive style that is present throughout this entire song after Naomi is finished we hear Nicole come back in singing a part similar to the part she had earlier doing it the same way she did in the previous verse after finishing we hear Layla along with the others come back in for the chorus as they sing together along with a rather sexy choreography that goes along perfectly with the track after finishing we hear the instrumental play for awhile the crew is then seen once again bringing the chairs back onto the stage we then see the girls head over to the chairs for yet another choreographed chair dance as the instrumental to the rather sexual song plays the girls give a choreographed chair dance that is almost equally sexual after the instrumental break ends the beat stops and we once again hear the girls harmonize the chorus one final time like they did in the intro bringing a sexy rich harmony to the song which has for the perfect ending

Baby don't stop let's make this last (make this last)
Baby don't stop let's make this last keep going all night
Don't end too fast keep it going let the hours pass give it to me
Baby like today's your last
let it go we got the music blasted you
Can get it baby you don't have to ask sweat keeps drippin yeah baby I like that
Don't care what you want baby you can have it
oh yeah baby baby get it what
Oh baby baby you got that red hot flow
I don't really care what they say cause baby
You the only one getting this love

Take what you need I'm gonna do whatever you like whatever you like

After the song ends the girls make their way back up the stairs Layla takes a sip from her bottle water then hands it over to Jamie who also drinks some of the water meanwhile Alex begins talking into the microphone so the girls could take a break "Woo how are you guys feeling?" Alex asks as the girls share their bottle water and in response she gets tons of cheers and screams from the audience "Okay guys this was our first single from out newest album I think you guys should know it" the horn to SYNCO's single "Come On, Get It" begins playing throughout the area and Alex yells into her microphone "You guys know this one?" once again she gets a ton of loud screams and cheers in response she then speaks again "Well then get on your fucking feet LA!" the crowd once again scream and begin dancing to the beat Alex nods with a smirk on her face as she sees a majority of the people dancing Layla then opens up the song with the intro singing repetitive but catchy lyrics to the chorus as the girls go into another thought out choreography that goes rather well with the song after the chorus is finished we hear Jamie come in the girls no dancing on their own Jamie sounds rather out of breath as well now due to the heavy choreography the girls have been doing as well as the very few limited breaks they've been getting however like Naomi on the other song it sort of adds to this track as it's supposed to sound sexy and Jamie manages to get that feeling going through the verse skipping Kidd Amaze's part of the song

Come on baby get it, baby come get it, yeah come on get it
Come on baby get it, baby come get it, yeah come on get it
Come on baby get it, baby come get it

I just want you, I just want you, I just want you
Think of all the things we could do only wanna give
It to you only you baby I just want you baby you get what
You want yeah baby I'm gonna give it up and baby I know what
You want so hurry up come and get it

After Jamie finishes her verse the beat slightly changes and goes into the pre-chorus where Naomi takes over Layla brings the mic up to her mouth and speaks as Naomi begins singing "Clap like this" the girls begin clapping along with the beat as does the audience following Layla's request Layla smiles as she sees this and Naomi continues singing her part in a slightly higher register than she's been singing tonight which isn't something she's known for and despite it being quite obvious that she shines in her lower register and whistle notes this doesn't sound too bad after finishing her part we get back into the Layla dominated chorus which is sung the same way with the same choreography as before which has been extremely changed up since the songs release

Uh huh Baby you do it all right ooh I'm loving this stuff
Uh huh come on no time for showing off I don't wanna waste no time
Uh huh Baby you do it all right ooh I'm loving this stuff
Uh huh show me what you got now let's make this last awhile

Come on baby get it, baby come get it, yeah come on get it
Come on baby get it, baby come get it, yeah come on get it
Come on baby get it, baby come get it

After the chorus is finished Layla continues to sing dominating what seems like the entire song as she takes up a whole verse on her own and as previously stated she does sound quite out of breath which on just about any other song would probably sound terrible however due to the sexual theme of this song it actually manages to go quite well as she continues singing we hear the girls' harmonize for the first and only part and for the first time tonight their harmony sounds slightly off as they sing "Go harder and don't stop" together the reason of this is probably once again due to the heavy choreography they've been doing most of the night after finishing the chorus we hear the girls go into the pre-chorus which is shared this time by Alex and Nicole Alex starts it out using her deep husky vocals to captivate the audience then Nicole comes in taking the second half using her more unique and slightly theatrical vocals to also get their attention as the girls continue to clap as they did previously with Naomi after the pre chorus finishes we hear Layla once again come in for the chorus singing it in the same out of breath way she did before as the girls continue on with their heavy choreography before the song comes

It's me and you, it's me and you, it's me and you so what we
Gonna do? Baby let me show you, let me show you just what to do

Go harder and don't stop I don't want it, want it too soft
Come on baby give it rough and don't stop cause baby you enough

Uh huh Baby you do it all right ooh I'm loving this stuff
Uh huh come on no time for showing off I don't wanna waste no time

Uh huh Baby you do it all right ooh I'm loving this stuff
Uh huh show me what you got now let's make this last awhile

Come on baby get it, baby come get it, yeah come on get it
Come on baby get it, baby come get it, yeah come on get it
Come on baby get it, baby come get it

After finishing "Come On, Get It" the audience once again cheer loudly and the girls once again take a second to talk Layla is the one doing to talking this time though "So that was pretty fun right guys?" she asks then hold her microphone up to hear their reaction the crowd scream loud once again "You guys are so loud it's incredible anyway I think we should slow it down just a little bit what do you guys think?" She lifts her microphone to face the crowd once again and they cheer once again it seems as though Layla could say anything to get this crowd screaming like animals "Okay well this next song was written by a very good friend of ours her name is Airemese Smith but some of you might know her better as Coke from Rum & Coke this one is called 'Love Me Right' sing along" After announcing the song the the crowd once again scream loud

As the music starts up to the laid back and smooth track as this song is one of their slower tracks this gives the girls a better chance to collect their selves with less choreography than some of the previous track there is however still slight choreography to keep the fans entertained but mainly just hair flips and other simple things unlike the previous high energy performances the girls gave Nicole starts the song out with her "ooh's" which somewhat compare to the likes of Mariah Carey after the short intro we hear the song kick in a bit more with the chorus first the girl harmonize on the first half of the chorus and it seems the breather this song is giving them is really beginning to take effect as the harmonies seem tighter and cleaner than the previous performance after the harmonies are finished we hear Alex take the second half of the chorus with her rough yet sexy husky vocals this causes the fans to scream extremely loud as she brings the chorus to an end after finishing the chorus we hear Naomi come in singing in a similar style her voice seems to flow easy on this track as this is more her style though some may have seen her as a weak singer in the early SYNCO days when they were focused on Pop she's managed to prove herself lately as a rather good singer and one of the better ones when it comes to slow R&B tracks like this as her deep soulful voice shines on this track especially live we then hear Nicole come in and despite having a strong voice hers doesn't seem to flow as well as Naomi and Alex's here in the verse as she's more centered around Pop music like Layla however Nicole manages to keep her voice going with the track decently here after her part we hear Layla come in her voice is more unique and raspy yet sweet but again her voice is centered around Pop music so this track is definitely not one of her standout performances as she manages to just sound ok here

Ooooh, oooohh

If you know how to love me right boy
Baby we will be alright then
Hold me, touch me, never stop, no
Love me like nobody else, oh!

Love me, love me, love me
Love me, love me right babe
Love me, love me, love me baby
Don't be lazy

Are you gonna love me right?
Are you gonna hold me tight?
Am I wasting my time? Should we call it a night?

I told you what I want so can you do it?
Do I have to find another man who I know is up to it

Tell me do you got it, you got it? Just be real
Babe if you got it, I want it so can you do this
Or nah, or nah baby? Just tell me and be up front with me
And we can do everything baby

After Layla finishes her part we hear the girls come in once again with those tight harmonies that similar to the ones we heard earlier on in the performance meshing their rather different voices to create one a sixth tone can almost be heard as the girls continue harmonizing throughout the first half of the chorus they then go back into their simpler choreographed dance routine once again as Alex starts up the second half of the chorus with that sexy alluring voice that manages to draw in the audience and really get them into the performances getting a few screams once again however one stands out throughout the voices in the crowd a girl that seems to be in her teens screams out "FUCK ME ALEX!" Alex shakes her head and giggles at this after finishing the chorus we then hear Layla come in for the second verse after she finishes this time we hear Layla in a rather different light than we're use to as she's normally known to be the cute one since she is the youngest however we hear her swear twice using the words "Fuck" and "Ass" which to a casual listener might seem odd hearing Layla say these two words however just hearing this drives the fans insane with screams and cheers as they love seeing SYNCO in a sexier light after Layla finishes her part we finally hear Jamie come in the transition is rather smooth as Jamie goes into a higher falsetto that matches the track perfectly however it's only for one line before we hear Nicole come in once again with her more theatrical pop centered vocals singing throughout the rest of the verse then bringing it to an end

If you know how to love me right boy
Baby we will be alright then
Hold me, touch me, never stop, no
Love me like nobody else, oh!

Love me, love me, love me
Love me, love me right babe
Love me, love me, love me baby
Don't be lazy

I'll give you all of my love just don't fuck this up
I ain't tryin' to find a half ass guy that's done when he done

Will you do right by me? Tell me baby what do you think?
Mess up my curls 'til my toes curl, make me forget the world like it's just me and you
And I just might be around for more baby like a round two
So can you g-o-o-o-o all night til we s-e-e-e-ee the sunlight

After finishing the verse we hear the girls come back in for the chorus harmonizing like before meshing their voices together rather well throughout the first half before Alex comes in once again taking over the second half with her rather dominating sexy deep vocals giving the fans once again something to cheer about as the girls head back into their simply choreographed dance after finishing the chorus the beat slightly changes as it goes into the bridge for a build up to the final chorus we hear Layla come in once again singing the first half of the second verse and this time going slightly off key which some fans probably won't even take notice to or mention however Alex seems to notice and she gives Layla a reassuring look after this we hear Jamie come in once again going into that beautiful falsetto bring the bridge to a climax before we hear the girls once again come in together to sing the chorus harmonizing quite well before Alex takes the second part along with their simple choreography once again after bringing the chorus to an end the beat gets slower like in the beginning and we hear Nicole once again give us a Mariah-esque outro similar to the beginning of the performance before it comes to an end

If you know how to love me right boy
Baby we will be alright then
Hold me, touch me, never stop, no
Love me like nobody else, oh!

Love me, love me, love me
Love me, love me right babe
Love me, love me, love me baby
Don't be lazy

I'll give you all of my love just don't fuck this up

After the song finishes the crowd cheer once again and without saying a word the girls walk down the stairs they pause for a few seconds after reaching the bottom of the stairs before the guitar from the girls' hit single "Stay Awhile" begins playing the crowd begin to scream loudly once again as this song is known to be a fan favorite even people who aren't fans of SYNCO wouldn't be able to deny the catchiness of this track as the dreamy synths kick in the cheers get louder and finally we hear Naomi start the track with the first half of the first verse Naomi sings in that lower register which fits better with more urban sounding songs she continues through this performance not struggling but also not standing out at the same time after finishing her part we hear Layla come in who does manage to stand out on this track though she isn't showing the full capabilities of her vocals the unique sweet yet raspy voice she has manage to go over flowing with the track perfectly after finishing her part we hear the two girls go into a sort of harmony with Layla taking the main part and Naomi taking the lower part giving the pre-chorus a bit more depth to it before Layla sings the final part alone after this we hear all of the girls come in for the rather long and higher energy chorus which is matched with a high energy choreographed dance though it's simple it does take a toll on the girls' harmonies once again as it involves a lot more movement than on the previous track and even jumping towards the end

Layla

You and I we come from different world but I don't mind
You're not right but the way you walk got me on a new high

All eyes on you oh I don't even know what's a girl supposed to do
Supposed to do?

I should just walk out and leave but I
Can't shake these feelings and I

Just wanna know what this could be like

You got that sexy lustful look in your eyes
And I got this hopeful thought that you will be mine
And when we go all out downtown you got what I like
I'm hoping you'll stay awhile, I'm hoping you'll stay awhile

You are that bad boy tough guy pushed in the dirt
And my minds saying no but I'm taking off your shirt
And when we go all out downtown you got what I like
I'm hoping you'll stay awhile, I'm hoping you'll stay awhile

After the high energy choreography the song once again slows down going back into that dreamy state that it did in the first verse this time we hear Alex come in whose sultry deep vocals go rather well with the track in the studio version but due to the higher energy choreography of this track sounds a little out of breathe which sadly doesn't go quite as well as it usually would after her part we hear Nicole come in who is also a little out of breath but managed to recollect herself as Alex was the first to sing Nicole sings in her more theatrical pop centered style which fits the song perfectly possibly even better than Layla's unique raspy vocals did after the verse the two girls go into the pre-chorus which is done the same way as Layla and Naomi's however it's apparent that this pairs vocals compliment the others nicely which brings this part to a new level finally we hear Nicole finish this part as the girls go back into the high energy chorus doing the simple yet energy consuming choreography once again

We both know just exactly how this will go mmm
You'll take me home turn the lights out and take off my clothes

And I won't stop you cause this is what I want take me to another world
Another world

He says yeah you know it's true and I
Only want you cause I
never met anyone like
You in my life

You got that sexy lustful look in your eyes
And I got this hopeful thought that you will be mine
And when we go all out downtown you got what I like
I'm hoping you'll stay awhile, I'm hoping you'll stay awhile

You are that bad boy tough guy pushed in the dirt
And my minds saying no but I'm taking off your shirt
And when we go all out downtown you got what I like
I'm hoping you'll stay awhile, I'm hoping you'll stay awhile

After the chorus we hear Jamie come in for the bridge in the recorded version of the track she manages to belt out the bridge however once again due to high energy choreography she sounds almost like she's just yelling out the parts here of course we also hear Layla come in for a second giving us a small break from the yelling of "Stay Awhile" over and over however after Layla's short part we hear Jamie come back in doing the same thing once again which may possibly have a negative effect on the critics of the performance after finishing the bridge the girls come back in for the chorus once again however rather than singing in harmony the girls decide to just sing in unison with one another as their attempts at harmonizing whilst jumping and doing other high energy dances seems useless and it makes the audience members wish that they had just done this in the beginning instead however even if the performance was slightly shaky the crowd gives them aloud round of applause and cheers after the performance ends

Stay awhile, just stay awhile, yeah just stay awhile woah oh woah
Stay awhile

You got that sexy lustful look in your eyes
And I got this hopeful thought that you will be mine
And when we go all out downtown you got what I like
I'm hoping you'll stay awhile, I'm hoping you'll stay awhile

The crowd continue to cheer after the performance of "Stay Awhile" ends the girls walk up the steps again and this time it's Jame who speaks as the girls each put their microphones on their mic stands "Thank, thank you so much we cannot begin to explain how much we love you all every single on of you who are here or who are watching this on YouTube or wherever" the crowds once again cheer before Jamie speaks again "And we really want you to know honestly how much we love you sadly we cannot always be there to be your shoulder to cry on even though we which we could but we understand that it can get hard sometimes and that it's easy to lose your faith and we want to tell you not to because no matter how hard it gets no matter how bad things are right now things will get better the things that are happening now are temporary but these temporary things will make you stronger and we want you to fight and keep fighting even when it feels like you can't even when the world is crashing down we want you to be strong we want you to know you're loved and not be afraid of anything the world can throw at you we want you to believe"

As Jamie says the word "Believe" the lights go out a static can be heard along with a faint beat immediately the fans recognize this beat and begin screaming some even crying as the actual instrumental kicks in for SYNCO's seventh single released over a year ago "Believe It" as the instrumental kicks in more we hear Jamie start up the first verse after recollecting her breath she sings the slower balled with ease not really showing off the extreme range in her vocals just yet as she finishes her half of the verse we hear Nicole come in singing in a sweeter tone than the previous songs showing us a different side to her voice which seems to be over looked after finishing her half the girls begin harmonizing together bringing each of their voices into a beautiful mesh going along with the instrumental perfectly and with no choreography at all to take away from the harmonies the girls seem to excel and take their harmonies to places we only heard during the beginning of the performance maybe even better than that after the harmonies are finished we hear Layla come in taking the first half of the emotional song as the girls do their own little dances for this part they still manage to keep their vocals in tact as there is no choreography set for this performance after singing her part we hear Naomi come in taking the second half of the chorus with her smoother more urban styled vocals which actually fir perfectly here as the song requires both pop and urban elements which is probably why the chorus was given to Layla and Naomi Naomi continues singing in her smoother soulful, key word soulful vocals which she really shows off here as she brings the chorus to an end

She's been alone for so long now been too afraid to
Call out feeling like a voice without a sound

Every single night she can't help but cry been broken down
Shot from the sky and she has no place to hide

We've all been broken been torn down felt so small
But you push on don't ever stay on the ground

Come on pick yourself up don't let em hold you down
Don't ever look back just focus on right now
Cause you can move on make a change but you gotta believe

Don't let em hold you back you know you can break out
Show them you're stronger than the person that they've all seen
You can do anything everything only if you believe oh believe it

After Naomi finishes up the chorus we hear Alex come in her deeper husky vocals sounding hauntingly beautiful on the live performance of the emotional, motivational song taking the song to heights that they didn't in the studio version of the track after finishing her part we hear Jamie come in singing in a higher almost belting style as she takes the second half of the verse earning many quite a few screams from the audience as she seems to have redeemed herself from the rather sloppy previous performance really getting the chance to show off her vocals on the slower songs like this one after she finishes this the girls once again harmonize throughout the pre-chorus bringing a different element to the table and putting it together to create another beautiful harmony as they done before afterwards we hear Layla come in once again singing over the Pop/R&B driven instrumental perfectly as she gets the chance to show off her unique vocals a little more adding small runs and riffs around on certain parts throughout her half after finishing her half we hear Naomi once again come in showing off that soulfulness to her deeper voice layering it over the instrumental carefully but also showing some of the power in her vocals which is usually very underestimated as she brings the chorus to an end

You know that it ain't true what they say you can do what you
Want don't lose that faith you gotta keep pushing on and be brave

Yeah just go and give your all and pick yourself up when you crash and
Fall the words might seem big but they're so small

We've all been broken been torn down felt so small
But you push on don't ever stay on the ground

Come on pick yourself up don't let em hold you down
Don't ever look back just focus on right now
Cause you can move on make a change but you gotta believe

Don't let em hold you back you know you can break out
Show them you're stronger than the person that they've all seen
You can do anything everything only if you believe oh believe it

After the chorus comes to an end the girls take a chance to really show off just how complex their harmonies can be as a few of the girls begins to add small runs in their harmonies giving it a more chilling feel the crowd begin to scream a bit lower before Nicole comes in belting out the next part alone holding it for a few seconds throughout the chorus which drives the crowd insane Nicole also manages to throw in a few more impressive ad-libs throughout the chorus really showing off the powe in her truly beautiful and underrated vocals as she belts out each ad-lib through the chorus bringing quite a few fans in the crowd and even her band mate Layla to tears as Nicole displays emotion and power in each ad lib the other girls continue to sing under her ad-libs before the chorus comes to an end we then hear the chorus done one more time this time with all the girls singing it acapella and harmonizing while clapping their hands also getting the audience to clap their hands as well which makes for a beautiful sounding harmony and shows just how well SYNCO can connect with an audience and their fans during their live performances as they bring the song to an end

Believe it yeah yeah oh yeah show them all what you got now oh

Come on pick yourself up don't let em hold you down
Don't ever look back just focus
(Just focus don't back down) on right now
Cause you can move on make a change but you gotta believe

Don't let em hold you back you know you can (You can break out) break out
Show them you're stronger than the person that they've all seen
You can do anything everything only if you believe oh believe it

Come on pick yourself up don't let em hold you down
Don't ever look back just focus on right now
Cause you can move on make a change but you gotta believe
Don't let em hold you back you know you can break out
Show them you're stronger than the person that they've all seen
You can do anything everything only if you believe oh believe it

The fans once again begin cheer and some are even seen wiping away tears as the performance ends the girls switch places putting Nicole in the center as the next song "All Over" begins playing the disco-esque beat drives the fans mad once again as this is yet another fan favorite despite not being released as a single it really shows off the amazing ranges of Nicole, Naomi and Jamie which is what it really serves to do which is why the fans love this song as these three members tend to get over looked quite a bit Nicole starts the song out with her Mariah-esque intro once again like in "Love Me Right" before going full force into the chorus however the chorus is cut in half for the intro so it only lasts a few seconds before Nicole heads into the first verse really getting the chance to show off the power in her vocals here unlike the previous performances after Nicole finishes her half of the verse we hear Layla come in who uses her unique and raspy voice and shows us a new side to it as she shows off her lower, mid and high registers before handing the verse over to Jamie who takes the chance to show off her breathy lower register a little before heading into a quite impressive whistle register ending the verse the girls then head into the chorus which is a bit longer this time and unlike most songs this one is almost completely Nicole dominated with harmonies from the girls to back her up as she shows off her impressive range and belts once again really giving us something incredibly here as she brings it to an end

Baby you've got me going all over and I've lost
Control of myself
oh oh you've got me going
All over and I just cannot stop no

I love this yeah that's right my love grows for you
All the time
I'm in love with this high you've got me feelin'
Like I'm flyin'
and I just can't breathe when your body's close to me
I've never had these feelings but babe you're blowing my mind

You've got me going all over and I've lost
Control of myself
oh oh you've got me going
All over and I just cannot stop no

Oh you've got me going all over and I've lost
Control of myself
oh oh you've got me going
All over and I just cannot stop no

After finishing the chorus we hear Nicole come in once again showing us how incredibly powerful and underrated her vocals can be as she sings the first line to the second verse oozing confidence the girls then all come in together to finish the last part of that line in harmony before we hear Alex's usually lower/ deeper voice singing in a similar way once again showing off the range in her voice which is something she doesn't show off too often after finishing her part we hear Naomi come in right after taking on the same part that Jamie did previously however she gives it her own little spin as we hear her use her deeper soulful vocals before going into a whistle note which actually seems to sound a bit stronger than Jamie's whistle tone this of course puts the crowd into a frenzy as they cheer extremely loud as soon as she finishes her whistle note we then once again hear Nicole come in for the chorus taking a majority of it while singing in that powerful and confident style we've been hearing throughout the song along with back up from the girls once again before we hear Jamie come in taking the first line from the bridge singing in a smoother deeper tone than her usual high or mid range tone as soon as she finishes her line though we hear Nicole once again come in taking the next few parts singing in the same powerful and confident style we've been hearing from her but this time we also hear her let out a whistle note of her own which actually sounds like something she's been doing all her life it sounds as though it comes natural for her and there's more of a clarity in hers than there was in the girls' before her after finishing we hear her and Naomi give small ad-libs before the girls all begin building up to the chorus

Every day and every night you're all that's going
Through my mind and when you're with me I'm not lying you make
Me feel so alive
and I just can't breathe when your body's close to me
I've never had these feelings but babe you're blowing my mind

You've got me going all over and I've lost
Control of myself
oh oh you've got me going
All over and I just cannot stop no

Oh you've got me going all over and I've lost
Control of myself
oh oh you've got me going
All over and I just cannot stop no

Oh the words you say they make me lose control
And when you kiss me baby I just can't hide what I'm
Feeling inside
oh yeah baby oh uh huh

After they finish the bridge and then the build up we hear Nicole come in once again for a smaller chorus but showing us how fierce and powerful her vocals can really be this final time after finishing the shortened chorus the girls go into their own little outro with Nicole belting out "You've got me going all over" twice before we hear each of the girls give a whistle tone starting with Nicole, then Naomi and finally Jamie each girls whistle tone has an almost completely different yet similar sound to it after finishing this Nicole who seems a bit out of breath now from the singing and dancing that's been done through most of the night just speaks rather than sings the final live "You've got me all over"

You've got me going all over and I've lost
Control of myself
oh oh you've got me going
All over and I just cannot stop no

Oh you've got me going all over
Oh you've got me going all over no
ah ah ah ah ah
Ah ah ah

You've got me all over

After finishing the song all of the girls head backstage for about at least two minutes the area is pitch black once again as it was in the beginning of the girls performance a few people in the crowd can be heard talking amongst each other before a dead silence fills the air however almost as soon as the silence starts it's brought to an end as the loud revving of a car engine can be heard throughout the area before the girls pull onto the stage in a cardboard car stopping in the center of the stage this time with a complete change of wardrobe now wearing light colors along with some silver each girl wearing her own unique style but still coordinating with the others as the girls pull up on to the stage they talk to the audience Layla starts it off "Hey guys what's up you having fun tonight?!" She yells out enthusiastically she holds the microphone up towards the crowd and they cheer back rivaling her enthusiasm she smiles "Well we're a bit tired so how about some music? Oh wait I've got the perfect song" as soon as Layla finishes speaking immediately Valentina Hart's "Cat & Mouse" begins playing the crowd begin cheering loudly as the song plays throughout the speakers the other girls look slightly unimpressed with Layla's choice Jamie finally speaks up "Layla you know we love Valentina as much as the next person but you've been playing her album since it's been released let me find us a song" Layla crosses her arms and pouts she gets ready to speak before Jamie cuts her off "Got it!" as soon as Jamie says this Drew Westbrook's "40 oz" begins playing throughout the arena the crowd once again cheer loudly as Jamie and Naomi are seen jamming out to the song however the other three girls seem unimpressed now Nicole speaks cutting the song off "Jamie you picked a great song but there's only so much of the same song a person can handle let's try this one" Jamie rolls her eyes as part of the skit they had planned out before Anaisz' "Better Days" begins playing throughout the arena Nicole is this time seen jamming out to the music lip syncing along to it before her song is cut off by Naomi "Girl you're one to talk about playing the same song" Naomi shakes her head before continuing "Here let's listen to this one" after she finishes speaking Lotus and Coke's "King Me" begins playing throughout the arena Naomi and Jamie are both seen seductively dancing with each other throughout the chorus before Alex interrupts "As much as I hate to break up your guys' love fest I think we should be listening to this song" after finishing "Riot! In the Boulevard's "This Is A Hostile Takeover" begins playing throughout the speakers the fans once again cheer before Layla stops Alex's song "Okay guys stop I think I have a few songs we'll al be able to agree on"

As she finishes speaking the beat to "Red Light" from SYNCO's debut album "High Speed" begins playing the girls are all seen dancing along to the beat and after the intro finishes we hear Alex come in singing throughout the entire first verse showing us te sweeter side to her usual husky and deep vocals as she sings the chorus to the pop song as she finishes the first verse the other four girls then come in singing the chorus together rather than singing in harmony the girls sing in unison with one another as they each dance to the more bubblegummy pop beat playing through the speakers rather than finish the song the girls just bring it to a stop

Top down cruising on the highway of love
The radio is loud but I'm still turning it up
Got time to waste cause I'm still young
Don't wanna drive straight past all of the
Fun feel the breeze in my hair we're tearing
It u-u-up

It's road to love and you're speeding up
Hit the breaks take your foot of the gas
Slow this down you're moving a bit too fast
I showed a red light and it still hasn't
Turned green maybe it'll move to yellow
But that doesn't mean that you can go go
Go go all the way go go go go all that way
So keep it slow and enjoy the ride don't
Wanna miss anything wanna do it right

After ending the first song quickly the beat to another car themed song of theirs begins playing this time from their second album "Grown" the song titled "Tear It Up" begins playing this one is a more pop rock influenced song as it begins the girls go straight into the upbeat, high energy chorus in a sort of shouting/singing style they each do this in unison the crowd also join in bringing an even funner feel to the already fun, upbeat chorus before this song too comes to an early end

Hear us yelling the chorus to our
Favorite song the top is down and the
Sun is up we're gonna stay young don't
Wanna grow up we're gonna tear it all
Down and watch you build it all up

After finishing this track the girls take a short pause before the beat to their more early to mid 2000s influenced track from their most recent album "Our World" titled "Won't Forget About It" begins playing throughout the arena as it starts the girls all exit the fake convertible on the stage and head up to the center of the stage for a more simple yet seductive choreography which gives each of them a chance to breathe and harmonize almost perfectly despite a few minor patches in the harmony it goes by rather well as does the nearly perfect in sync dance routine after finishing the intro/chorus the girls switch positions so that Nicole is in the center as Nicole opens up the first verse in a more breathy seductive style than she usually would however the style definitely fits her in an odd way after finishing her part we hear Naomi come in singing in a similar style to Nicole however the difference is easily heard as Naomi has a deeper more urban voice to Nicole's more theatrical styled voice

We goin out we don't care
We doin thing you never thought we'd do
The boys stare we lookin back
Doin what we want we roll like that yeah

Rollin out at the hottest spots
Pink Camaro with the drop top
Bass blastin cause that's who we are
No we ain't little girls yeah we divas now

No automatic we shiftin hard
Three in the back one in the passenger
Boys want it cause they know we fly
Yeah that good girl image didn't last too long

After finishing the first verse the girls once again go into the choreographed dance routine we seen early which is a very simple swaying of their bodies as the girls harmonize together throughout the chorus after the first half of the chorus we hear Naomi and Alex share the next part as the two lower registered girls harmonize together their voices blend as if they were made to harmonize with the other before we hear Alex take the next part of the chorus alone singing in that sexy deeper seductive style we've come to know from her before her and Naomi finish it up harmonizing once again after finishing the chorus we hear Layla come in for the second verse singing in a lower register than we've heard from her however this does bring out a maturity in her rather sweet unique vocals than we're use to hearing which may be refreshing to some she continues singing as she's backed up by band mate Nicole throughout her half of the verse before we hear Naomi come in singing in the same style as she did before this time with backup from all the girls as they harmonize in the back before the verse comes to an end

We goin out we don't care
We doin thing you never thought we'd do
The boys stare we lookin back
Doin what we want we roll like that yeah

Bet you would never think we goin high speed
We on that grown scene cause this is our world
You know we get it poppin and all them boys want it
You'll always see us struttin you won't forget about it

Won't forget about it, forget about it
Won't forget about it, forget about it

You know we get it poppin and all them boys want it
You'll always see us struttin you won't forget about it

Doin whatever we want to
Five rockin chick you know it oh
Cause we be rollin all over you
Yeah we chicas but do it like chicos do

Boys want it cause they think we filthy
They can keep on lookin but they ain't gon' get it nah
We rollin till we can't no more we
Goin up
high and we ain't stoppin

After the verse the girls once again go into the chorus which is accompanied once again by the girls' tight harmonies each girl layering her voice over the others and also by their simple choreographed dance routine we also hear Alex and Naomi finish it up with their parts again after the chorus is finished we finally hear Jamie Coke in for the first half of the bridge singing in a faster style in a similar style to the girls before her after this we hear Alex come in singing in the same style however this time showing off a sweeter side to her deep raspy vocals this time after the girls finish this they head into the chorus one more time to bring the song to an end the audience then begin cheering loudly as it finishes

We goin out we don't care
We doin thing you never thought we'd do
The boys stare we lookin back
Doin what we want we roll like that yeah

Bet you would never think we goin high speed
We on that grown scene cause this is our world
You know we get it poppin and all them boys want it
You'll always see us struttin you won't forget about it

Won't forget about it, forget about it
Won't forget about it, forget about it

You know we get it poppin and all them boys want it
You'll always see us struttin you won't forget about it
]

So come on all my ladies struttin round in your high heels
All the boys they want it but you they don't know what to say
They don't know
(know) know (know, know) show em all something that they won't forget about yeah
So come on all my chicas show em just what you can bring em
You got what they want but you ain't gotta give it up
Just cruise slow
, (slow), slow, (slow slow) show em all something that they won't forget about yeah

After finishing the last song the crew bring out a few chairs from backstage as the girls prepare to sing a few ballads they take their seats and the lights dim down the girls sing three ballads each drawing a bigger reaction from the crowd they start off with one from their debut album titled "Don't Really Have To Go Now" which shows off Alex's vocals they then sing "Don't Even Wanna Know" which shows off Nicole's vocals giving her a chance to really show us how powerful her voice can be they then sing their #1 single "Why Does This Hurt" from their second album "Grown" which really shows off each girls vocals in the Bridge then also shows off the emotion and power in Jamie's during the outro

After the ballads the stage goes dark for 2 minutes the crowd then begin cheering for another song and after a few seconds the lights begin going crazy flashing everywhere as the girls prepare for their final song in their set which is one of the most popular songs from their recent album "Them Ladies" the song is popular because of its upbeat and fun sound plus the girls really get to show off their vocals and of course the message of the song is also a great one as the girls sing about other girl groups in the industry throughout the years that have come before or after them they speak about each group in a positive fashion which is rather refreshing considering how much celebrity drama or beef is seen in the media these days the girls also love it because the whole record oozes girl power after finishing the song the girls take a bow gaining one more huge cheer from the audience before exiting the stage

How would you describe your set for the Fall Festival?

Um, I would say very me if that makes any sense. I'm pretty mellow and easy going and my music reflects that so after two days of hype I guess I'm the cooldown porton of the show.

Are there any other artists you're looking forward to seeing perform?

Oh yes, I going to be there for all the days cause there is always someone to see State Nerds on Day One, to see what they come out with, Chalein Cause I want to see what the group is like together. The way they introduced themselves indiviually was so creative and interesting. Then on the final day opening up for mISTER-B and Kato? it doesn't get any better right? Scott get to preform, mind-blown!

What are some of your pre-show rituals and do they change for specific performances?

I don't really have a special pre show ritual, I don't know does that make weird? I'm always like the feeling I get before standing on stage that nervous and excited scared and anious. I have so much energy but I'm trying to take deep breaths to calm down.

It's been a few months since you debuted in the industry, and most people say that it's very cutthroat and challenging. How have you found it?

It is challenging that you have to do so much to get your music and have enough people to even listen to it for it to make enough impact to get on radio and internet, thankfully internet isn't as unforgiving as it is on the radio.

There were rumors of you and reality show star, Tatiana, possibly dating. Can you confirm or deny those for us?

I can not confirm or deny the rumors. Tatiana is a very beautiful, of course and she is also a good fun loving person. I like the rumor so if you want to say we are dating I'm not going to have a problem with it. Athough since looking at the TV show I might have some competition with that british rapper. I don't know I'm going to stack up against that.

Can we expect any new music from you before the year is over?

Of course, I'm going to be doing two new songs at the set. I only have a little bit of time so I'm going to just do some songs I like and enjoy the show but I will have new songs out, absolutly.

Is there a certain song on your set list that you are most looking forward to performing? If so, what and why?

This is the first time I get to preform to a live auditence since StarFactory so it is really exciting. All the songs I picked I wanted to make sure everything goes well, so everything. I really didn't want to do cover or remakes so no fly me to the moon, and I really like that song but I have plans and things in mind that I hope people will enjoy.

After Star Factory, did you find it easier or harder to get your music out, and did you already have a solid fanbase from the show?

It's easier cause you have more creative control and work on what you want but it harder at the time that you have to put music out with the likes of Dominic, Kato, Kourtney, Isabel, Austin. So many singers that are so talented, and you have to have fans. I didn't have a strong fanbase going in. I just always wanted to sing and I had a few friends but no I was completely fresh and now it is crazy to be doing shows now.

The festival scene in the USA is growing now, how does it feel to be at an event of this size?

It is amazing to see I always remember what it was like growing up and seeing a lot of festivals in Japan and it was wonderful and now that it is coming over here it is a great feeling. And it give newcomers more of an outlet to get out there.

This festival, so far, has turned some newcomers into some pretty big stars. Musically, what do you expect after this festival?

I'm not really expecting anything really. I'm just blessed to have gotten this far with a little bit of a faith and a lot of work and putting myself out there. The more I show people of what I can do I feel like the better things will go. with a track record of Glamazon, Nova, Alec Cole, Resse Hollinsworth. Can't help but do something.

And finally, what would be your top three festival survival tips for anyone heading to Fall Festival?

Step 1) Make sure you have something to mark your seats and remember where you are cause friday you might get a good view and then saturday someone might have took your spot.

Step 2) Don't tired yourself out with the opening acts. Although we want to get you hype and excited, Headliner close the show on a big note and you want to get them their enegry and attention too, We just give you guys a chance to listen to us shortly so you can have more favorites.

Finaly and most importantly Step 3) Linger around. If the show is over at 7:00 nothing brings us more joy then interacting with the people that support us. We love spending time with fans and no one wants to be rushing home at just 7 in the evening.

Kim Lee Wong Performance at the Second Annual Fall Festival

UserPostedImage

At the start of the set Kim comes in with a gutiar and beings to play a melody that no one hear before. He was a headset mic so he can play while sing at the same time, "Hello everyone and welcome to the Fall Festival day Three. Are ya excited! We more talented artist coming to stage, but right now I just hope you all enjoy some of my songs. I don't know if you guys know but I'm Kim Lee Wong, I was a contestant on tv show Star-factory. Lets get into this new song I wrote just for today.

Kim starts the first verse and it is clear this is a love song. As he sings while he is singing and playing the notes he walks around the stage and members of the band start to come in back him up.

You think your such a player
You wave to all your haters
You hit and quit,
Because your game
Right now is so legit
So tell me how this happen
This girl is up here nappin
And you can't find it in yourself to leave

As he goes into the chorus background singers come in and fill in with the song but Kim vocals are still on display.

That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love

The two of you start dating
Just have some silly playing
You talk about her to your friends
But feel they might be jellying
Her friends have heard about you
And feel they can get it too
So when they come up
You shoot them down

That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love

You guys are having fun now
Your young no need to slow down
But one day she come to you
And she wearing a big old frown
She tells you that she is late
Inside you curse your fate
But you smile
Wanting more than a play date

That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love

By the last verse the melody is still the same as the first three but near the end he pauses and stop playing to add in a quick comment, jokingly saying "Just because I to get something with a lot of seats doesn't mean I'm getting a mini van. People stay fly." Then goes back to play the hook without missing a beat.

You reading all kinds of books
Your mother show you how to cook
Your father says nothing but you know
As he gives you that look
It's time to start your family
Time to look for a nanny
Trade that sports car in for
three row caddie
Escalade,
(We going to stay fly)

That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love
That how you know you’re in love

Kim takes the guitar off from around his neck and then goes and sits down at a piano. "I'm sure everyone could relate to that song. Knowing your in love, having happy ever afters that is what we all want." He said as he started playing and intro to Hurt So Bad, "Life isn't a fairy tale though and not a lot of people can go get happy ever after, This song I wrote for a friend of mine, who thought that they could be happy with this person but it was a lot of problems that get in the way right. My first independent song, Hurt So Bad."

Their no way I can love you
Not after what you done
But I guess can be happy for you
Seeing that you are yours father's son
I thought that we were happy
Something to give you pride
Now I know the sad truth
You would much rather I hide

I know its crazy
To put up with all the things that I had
I thought love was what I needed
But I never thought it hurt so bad.

I can't keep living this double life
And think that everything is fine
You said I was your everything
So why would you leave me behind

I know its crazy
To put up with all the things that I had
I thought love was what I needed
But I never thought it hurt so bad

I just can't go on
questioning what am I to you
So if you really loved me
Why won't you see me through

I know its crazy
To put up with all the things that I had
I thought love was what I needed
But I never thought it hurt so bad.

I know its crazy
To put up with all the things that I had
I thought love was what I needed
But I never thought it hurt so bad.

I never thought it hurt so bad
I never thought it hurt so bad
never knew
never knew
never knew
I never thought it hurt so bad

Kim is at the piano but then girls come in and pull him away from the piano rambling about how cute, and talented he is with there hands all over him. after a while and yells "Enough," and the girls all back away from. "Girls, girls, please falling over yourself to get to me doesn't make me excited. Although I'm flatter that you like me I need something challenging I need something that I have to work for. I'm don't get around for just anyone." As he say this the music to Show Me, Starts playing as a girl walks by him. "Now if you ladies think you have what it takes to take control and own it, then come up and let me see if you have it. I don't want to see you talk about it you need to be about it and Show Me."

(Verse 1)
You talked a good game since the day that we met
You like it when I have to give out some sweat
If it's too easy then you want no part
Well lets see if you have what it takes to start

(Hook)
Girl why don't you
Show me what you're really made of
Come on and show me, show me, Show me

Girl why don't you
Show me what you're really made of
Why don't you show me, show me, show me

(Verse 2)
You seem to get comfortable playing your role
But let’s see if you can handle control
Girl don't be shy show me how bold you can be
If I have what you want, then take it from me

(Hook)
Girl why don't you
Show me what you're really made of
Come on, and show me, show me, show me

Girl why don't you
Show me what you're really made of
why don't you show me, show me, show me

You got it,
Think you can handle it?
Let me see

(Bridge)
If you want what you want,
Well I got what you need
Come get it bae

You know talking is cheap
I want you go deep
and prove it bae

If you what what you want,
Well I got what you need
Come get it bae

You know talking is cheap
I want you to go deep
and prove it bae

As it got to the end the backup singers did the backup vocals as girls tried to get to Kim's affections.

(Hook)
Girl why don't you (If you want what you want,)
Show me what you're really made of (Well I got what you need)
Come on, and show me, show me, show me (Come get it bae)

Girl why don't you (You know talking is cheap)
Show me what you're really made of (I want you to go deep)
why don't you show me, show me, show me (and prove it bae)

Girl why don't you (If you want what you want,)
Show me what you're really made of (Well I got what you need)
Come on, and show me, show me, show me (Come get it bae)

Girl why don't you
(You know talking is cheap)
Show me what you're really made of (I want you to go deep)
why don't you show me, show me, show me (and prove it bae)

Once the song ending it was time for one last song and this one was also new that no one has hear before. As the music starts all the girls leave leaving just one left and she smiled and kissed his cheek before walking away. As the music starts it was slow but it gave time for Kim to get out of the headset and get a microphone. He didn't explain anything about this song he just wanted people to hear it.

(Intro)

(Verse 1)
Why do you keep hurting me baby
Is that the way, you love
I don't want to feel this way, anymore
But I can't let you go
I'll give you whatever you want, baby
Just to have your love
and I know you treat me differently
but I don't know if you care
Cause I can't see a damn thing
I can't feel a damn thing
Whenever you are around
Oh, I can't feel a damn thing
I can't see a damn thing
without you in my life

(Hook)
So I'mma treat you right
(you hurt the ones you love)
I'mma treat you right
(So show how much you care)
I'mma treat you right
(So love me)

(Verse 2)
And I'm going to be
here for you
Ohhh
I don't even care
cause I believe
that one day, you'll see
that I'm the only one
Cause you always coming to me at night
But leave with the rising sun
I can't feel a damn thing
whenever you are around
Oh, I can't feel a damn thing
I can't see a damn thing
without you in my life

(Hook)
I'mma treat you right
(you hurt the ones you love)
I'mma treat you right
(So show how much you care)
I'mma treat you right
(So love me)

(Outro)

As the music plays Kim takes a bow and then tell everyone about the members in the band and the singers and leaves for the next performer.

In a much anticipated performance since the release of his album, Kato takes the stage up next after mISTER_b. It was his first time being here but he had heard about how amazing the crowd was and how honest. Kato was definitely up for the task of putting on a performance and he showed that after his fiery and intense set. Not only is he probably this generation’s second entertaining performer but he was also one of the greatest. To attend a Kato show was to be completely amazed and probably exhausted afterward. As Kato took the stage, wearing his latest trend of laid back clothing (Black shirt and plaid on top with simple pants) he adjusted his earpieces so he could properly hear the music in his heart, in order to keep up and stay on sync.

Already off to a big start, the singer performs “Body Rock” but since his partner in crime Deneil wasn’t there, he was up to the task of being a rapper for the moment and his fans had no problem in assisting him as well. In a performance filled with fun and exploding dance moves, Kato was the one you kept your eye on no matter what. He burst onto the stage in a cloud of smoke, with the thumping bass taking over everyones ears and vibrating into their bodies. Kato’s voice could be heard just barely over the crowd of high frequency screams. While he had matured his voice, the still nasally hints were obvious but just not as obvious as before. This performance was one of the highlights simply due to the energy and execution. With his backup dancers in tow, it wasn’t almost a wonder how he could keep up such an intense and high energy routine throughout the show.

Let it go, I wanna see you let it go (eh, eh, eh)
We both know, you wanna let me take control (eh, eh, eh)

I'll take you places that you've never seen before
I'll make you forget what it is you're crying for
The world is ours so let me take you on a tour
Don't need to worry, don't need to worry

Girl I... believe
When I get you next to me
You won't ever wanna leave
Girl I... can't stop
Watching the way your body rocks
Cus you are all that I want
You're...

[Beat break]

Let me know, if you're feeling this then let me know (eh, eh, eh)
Left behind, with me you'll never be left behind (eh, eh, eh)
Ohhh

I'll take you places that you've never seen before
I'll make you forget what it is you're crying for
The world is ours so let me take you on a tour
Don't need to worry, don't need to worry

Girl I... believe
When I get you next to me
You won't ever wanna leave
Girl I... can't stop
Watching the way your body rocks
Cus you are all that I want

[Rap]
Walk out the door and a thousand girls all fall at my feet, they got a taste for celebrity
They must be hooked on my scent, man that shit is crazy
But I don't just fall for anybody and I don't care if she's got that rocking hot body
I've tried to get by on my own, a lone wolf, majestic, impressive, you can't touch this
But then you walked in and that plan was over
You start fucking with me head as you come even closer
They way you're rocking that body, got a weird effect on me, man I hold my hands up
I surrender why don't you come and take me down?
We can rock body to body, have our own private party, kick off those Louboutins, close the door
Let's get it started

Girl I... (I believe when you're here) believe
When I get you next to me
You won't ever wanna leave
Girl I...(I just cannot stop) can't stop
Watching the way your body rocks
Cus you are all that I want
You're...

[Beat break]

Next up, Kato performs two more songs from his latest album, “Heart of Mine” which includes the epic synthesizer instrumental and was able to show off some more of his dance moves. He didn’t seem to slow his pace at all, keeping up with his dancers and the energy of the crowd. After that, he went into his much cooler rendition of “Don’t Have To Say A Word” which of course included some sexy female dancers to play a part of his live adaption of the track. There was a lot of bumping and grinding but it was done tastefully of course. There were a few times it seemed like Kato was probably picturing his girlfriend, Victoria up there, but maybe because the chemistry between him and his dancers seem a little too real sometimes. Following that, he went into one of the fan favorites, “Distraction” which included another slew of girls around his side. During the chorus, there were a lot of dance breaks to which the crowd most noticeable enjoyed. This was another track that kept the crowd on their feet (literally) and interactive with the performance. At one point, he was standing in the middle as the girls were around him, on all fours, grinding their hips to the ground and moving in a circle. When they jumped back up, kato joined them in a final choreographed piece.

Somebody said, that it gets better
But I can't wait that long to see
And every day it seems a lie
All my troubles start to multiply

Everybody wants a piece of me
Never were around to help build the dream
This world is starting to take it's toll
But where do you go when this is all you've known?

Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?

Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh
Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh

If there is one thing that I've learned
It's happiness ain't given, it's earned
I'm tired of always having to worry
Too young to be living life that way

Perfected the art of not giving a damn
Try to change me because you don't like who I am
This world was starting to take it's toll
But where do you go when this is all you've known?

Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?

Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh
(Would you care to be my distraction?)
Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh, Hey oh, hey oh
(Would you care to be my distraction?)

Distraction, distraction, distraction, distraction...

Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?
Another loss, another bad decision
Would you care to be my distraction?

To follow, Kato now performed “For The Record” which didn’t let up in any of its energetic and entertaining qualities. It was almost one giant dance party during his set, and he intended to make use of every second. He started pumping the crowd up, to which just a few seconds later you saw a sea of people bobbing up and down, one of the few tricks he could pull out to make them stay engaged. It was a very urban type of track so of course Kato had to really pull out some of his best urban dance moves, even attempting to “Whip and Nae/Nae” a few times. Granted he was horrible at it, he still tried and the crowd still loved him. He moved on to another fan favorite, “Guilty Pleasure” sending them into an almost frenzy as the beat played. It was his first actual hit which landed him into Pop superstar status that he’s in now. The EDM inspired track left little to the imagination in way of dance. He was pulling out all the stops, using lots of tactics such as using trampolines and even the smoke machine. During the final chorus, Kato and his crew were dancing together in what looked like an all out flash mob onstage. It seemed like everyone from his team was there, with Kato front and center. It was probably the most fun performance of the night and probably looked like the most fun during the whole three days.

Continuing on with his blast from the past songs, Kato gives some shine to some of his favorite past singles like “Put In Work” and “Dodged Your Bullet” where he once again showed off his vocal abilities and sensitive side. As he started to take off his plaid shirt now, he was heading towards the more intimate side of his show where he liked to focus on some of his ballads and vocals. He tosses his plaid jacket into the sea of fans, and for a moment you could’ve sworn Jesus had touched one of them to be healed. For a brief second there seemed to be about 80 girls fighting over a plaid shirt until one of them was victorious in grabbing it and stuffing it in her arms. Kato smiled over at them cluttering together, just amazed that he was able to even cause that. Although “Put In Work” wasn’t that slow of a song, Kato performed it to where he could slow down the tempo just a little. He was showing off his power as a vocalist, with his lingering notes and ability to grab attention at the sound of his breathing. He then backed that up with a sexier rendition of “The Game” which had to be Kato’s sexiest single yet. It was, of course so was just him standing there, able to make the loudest of his fangirls scream at the top of their lungs every time he sang in his falsetto voice. It was another beautiful performance.

Played this game so many times now
But we know that you don't, no you don't like to lose, lose, lose
Forever stubborn
But baby
I love to push your buttons

Though you think you are two steps ahead
In my mind I've already made my plans
It's time to make your move, move, move
It's time to make your move, move, move, move, yeah

Don't get impatient
Mask your frustrations
But play your best hand
We'll go again
You kno-o-o-o-ow that I'm gonna win (I win)
You kno-o-o-o-ow that I'm gonna win

I tell you no quitting is allowed (oh no)
Cause when we go, we go until nothing's left, left, left
Persuade to get your way
But baby
Two can play that game

Though you think you are two steps ahead
In my mind I've already made my plans
It's time to make your move, move, move
It's time to make your move, move, move, move, yeah

Don't get impatient
Mask your frustrations
But play your best hand
We'll go again
You kno-o-o-o-ow that I'm gonna win (You kno-o-o-o-ow I'm gonna win) (I win)
You kno-o-o-o-ow that I'm gonna win

Now we both get to walk away
Lessons learned, and no regrets
Preparing for another round
The endless victories keeping me bound (me bound)
And you keep coming back for mo-o-o-o-ore (I win) mo-o-o-o-ore (I win)

Don't get impatient (Don't get impatient)
Mask your frustrations (Mask your frustrations)
But play your best hand (Play your best hand)
We'll go again (We'll go again)
You kno-o-o-o-ow that I'm gonna win (You kno-o-o-o-ow I'm gonna win) (I win)
You kno-o-o-o-ow that I'm gonna win (You kno-o-o-o-ow I'm gonna win)

Don't get impatient....
Mask your frustrations....
But play your best hand...
We'll go again...

To follow that, Kato took one more detour before capping off his performance for the night, this time going to one of his favorite ballads ever and the crowd’s as well as they began to sing along, “For The Night.” Kato was now sitting down on a stool one of his stage managers had managed to sneakily place in the center of the stage. He even included the spoken intro where he was now staring out into his sea of fans as if speaking to each of them individually. Kato was best when dancing and moving around but he could also command an entire stadium of fans just by sitting and singing in a more intimate way. There wasn’t a line of the song that wasn’t being sang by the audience, and especially during the final chorus of the song where they became the loudest, due to his encouragement. As they were all singing at the top of their lungs, Kato managed to sneak in some ad-libs along the way, and anyone who was listening to the crowd and Kato was probably experiencing goosebumps as to how close of a connection he shared with his fans.

Don't believe what you're hearin (I'll do anything that I have to, to protect you)
Don't believe what you're hearin (You're my life and I won't ever give up on us)

Imagine if we could just fly away
We'll have no worries, live for the day
But baby I, baby I
I can't make that happen
Unless you choose to trust me
Put all your faith in me and
You and I, You and I
We can try to make this right

I never regret any of the time that we spent together
On that day, Oh on that day
You say you love me but will you leave
And run away? Oh run away?

So I'll fight, Give my life
My own right, to be with you if just for the night
You I'm beside, I won't hide (No)
We'll turn this darkness into the light

Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
We'll turn this darkness into the light
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
We'll turn this darkness into the light

That ring on your hand, You don't understand
It don't mean a thing if I can't be by your side
Right by your side
I'll wipe away all those tears, Keep you from any of your fears
I'll be your protector

I won't be right, If you and I
Don't turn away from lies
Cause you and I, you and I
We gotta leave these shadows behind

So I'll fight, Give my life
My own right, to be with you if just for the night
You I'm beside, I won't hide (No)
We'll turn this darkness into the light

Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
We'll turn this darkness into the light
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
We'll turn this darkness into the light

Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
It's time to start living, Don't be fearin (Ohhh!)
We'll turn this darkness into the light
So I'll fight, Give my life
My own right, to be with you if just for the night
You I'm beside, I won't hide (No)
We'll turn this darkness into the light
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
(Ohhh, Ohhh)
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
Don't believe what you're hearin
I'll give my life to be with you if just for the night

Before Kato goes any further, he decides to take this time to speak to his fans. “I just wanted to say that I love each and every one of you out there tonight, and at home. I’ve been very blessed and fortunate to make this record and to be able to do what I do. I know that the media likes to paint a portrait of me and make me the bad guy. I was the bad guy once but not anymore. This was my most personal record because I finally shared things with all of you that I had been hiding, but I won’t hide anymore, I promise. I’ve been through a lot and I was in a bad place. I put all of that into this song to share with you. So to end this performance I want to share with you guys my most personal song on the album and my favorite of all time. And I want you guys to sing along with me! So thank you for all the support this year and I promise this year and next will be a lot of fun. Let’s end this thing right!” Delivering probably his more heartfelt performance, Kato rounds up his night with “David and Goliath” as there was probably not a dry eye in the house after his speech. To hear it up close and personal, to hear what seemed like every single person singing along to the record was amazing. It actually wasn’t even about if he was on key or not, it was another moment he shared with his fans as they all gave their very best as Kato gave tonight.

Another rainbow with no gold at the end
Impossible to feel accomplished
When you feel so insignificant but insecurities are maximized
And ooh, every shot in the dark, it misses
It misses and rebounds to come back at me, ooh, at me

But nothing can touch me if I'm the giant
Standing on mountains, standing on mountains
I am only one but I feel multiplied
It's my inner conscience, it's my inner conscience

So I'm standing still, refuse to move my feet
And miss what's meant for me
I never ask for much just a little bit of strength for the day
Ooh, every shot in the dark, it misses
It misses and rebounds to come back at me, ooh, at me

But nothing can touch me if I'm the giant
Standing on mountains, standing on mountains
I am only one but I feel multiplied
It's my inner conscience, it's my inner conscience
You don't need it all, just a tiny seed
Of confidence, it's contagious
You don't need it all, just a tiny seed
Of confidence, it's contagious

But nothing can touch me if I'm the giant
Standing on mountains, standing on mountains
I am only one but I feel multiplied
It's my inner conscience, it's my inner conscience

No nothing can touch me if I'm the giant
Standing on mountains, standing on mountains

So during the course of a 45 minute set of Kato, his fans laughed, they cried, they probably assaulted someone, but in all good fun of course. As he finishes his set, he stands to his feet and is greeted by an array of reactions from chants, applause, cheers, and even some random screaming. It was just a typical performance for the young man. He smiles at them and then takes his leave, preparing to watch the cherry on top of an otherwise already epic night for him.
