The next solo single from rising girl group "C.M.B.D" is "Warring Times" a Mid-tempo Pop song that is a great party jam for this fall! The solo track belongs to the new public member Bom who has been kept under wrap since her debuting time hasn't arrived until now this October. The track was produced in Las Angeles by Aiidan Davis, but some re-touches were added in Las Vegas when the group worked with well-known producer Christian Fallon who added a fun atmosphere to the song, the lyrics came from the Swedish production company Stargate. "Warring Times" isn't meant to have a really deep meaning, but to tell the short and sweet story of a couple who describes their kinky sex encounters as battle scene and the song climaxes through the whole sexual experience. The lyrics wouldn't be described to be the best, but compare to most party pop songs the lyrics do justice on their own. Production value was the key part due to C.M.B.D wanting another upbeat song since to the last track "Where Did The Time Go" by Chaelin didn't have any dance, party or up-tempo atmosphere to it. "Warring Times" is officially set to be released October 17th Online and mainstream Radio airplay begins October 20th worldwide.
BACKGROUND/UPDATE: The many reasons behind C.M.B.D wanting an upbeat/love song was due to the last two solo tracks having the same running theme of heartbreak. The Label and the girls knew that many of the new fans would be tired of hearing about sad depressing love life's so they picked a sexual up-tempo track to diversify the group, and also personally noted by Bom, she didn't want a heartbreak song since she didn't really enjoy those types of songs personally and was always aiming towards a song like "Warring Times". Also, another album update has been announced by Warner Music Japan that the girls American label "Songs to Love and Die By" would be handling the production of the album and Warner would be handling the promotion and marketing. The executive producer of the album has also been announced, Producer and Lyricist Christian Fallon! would take the place as exec producer for the girls debut album. Major collaborations are on their way as well and five new GROUP tracks have been registered with writing credits by big name music writers!
You think up a storm It echoes all through your mind Our winds begin to blow The tempest has us colliding
We roll on the floor Tumbling down onto all fours Landed on top of you Then we started attacking
There was never any talking F**k me, f**k me, f**k me Bullets on a rush Baby you gotta tell me when the war gets too tough
There was never any talking F**k me, f**k me, f**k me Bullets on a rush Baby you gotta tell me when the war gets too tough
F**k me, f**k me, yeah Hey, hey, hey
I stay at the front Your bullets are up to my spine Can you keep on turning up the fire I'll never keep it if it's too easy
Lost my sanity on sight feeling this temperature rise I see you're getting all tired But not gonna end what I begin to reap
You gotta promise me that we'll end this with no clothes You gotta promise me that we'll end this with no clothes You gotta promise me , promise me That the tables will never turn You gotta promise me that we'll end this with no clothes You gotta promise me that we'll end this with no clothes You gotta promise me , promise me That the tables will never turn, That the tables will never turn
F**k me, f**k me, yeah SOUND ALIKE:
