While the first verse is whispered it shows scenes of the hospital, basically taking a trip through the hospital. The chorus starts and show the man at his home doing drugs. The second verse happens in the chainsaw part in a forest. It's a reflection of himself, drunk and high with a chainsaw in his hand. The man gets up from his table and is being chased by his reflection through the forest. He gets in an ambulance and the second chorus starts. The scene goes through his eye into his brain where there's the reflection, suddenly it starts chasing the ambulance. It starts easily with acoustic guitar and piano. With time it gets more and more energetic adding through the middle violins and drums. Through the ends it gets electric guitar and distortions too. It express elements of Love and Sadness in the beginning, elements of Nostalgia through the middle, and elements of Love and Joy in the end.
