Jay (King Vonte)'s last worldwide studio album titled, Hardcore. just reached 10M copies sales WW! This makes him the FIRST person ever to achieve that He has also the #2 spot with previous album, 0:01 🤫, selling 8.6M copies ww! By the way, congrats to him on his mixtape reaching #1 on US!!! But looks like the R&B artist Mert will take the second spot & share the throne with him...with his latest studio album, Body Language (has sold 8.5M copies ww!) The album sold over 110k copies this week (in its 31th week) Star & Lil Kim also on the top 5 spots! Let's check out the best-selling singles... Jay CLAIMS THE FIRST FIVE SPOTS with his smash hits again The only artists who are there are Lil Kim & Mert When we look at the charts nowadays, we see Jay, Mert, Hasan, Rihanna, Rebel, Melis, Lukas Dias & Azealia Banks SLAYING the top 20 These artists achieved so many records on their careers congrats to them FACT1: Only Rebel & Azealia Banks don't have any #1 singles in US (aka the most important market) We only know that Mert has 2 #1s, Hasan has 4 #1s & Jay has 21 #1s (via their bios ) FACT2: Rebel is the FIRST girl group ever to hit 5M sales ww (with their albums, Good Vibes Only, ULTRAVIOLET & Now) Also they are now the best-selling girl-group!!! We're also witnessing some of the legends comebacks... Sarah Hyland & Natasha Monroe are BACK But we're also witnessing a 'beef' between Jay & TRG's one and only, Eddie Mason. Eddie Mason released an album called Cheaters & Hackers your days are Numbered. He threw some shade & spilled some tea on Jay there (and might be Hasan too, we don't have any confirmation about that) But then, as a response, Jay released his mixtape called 'The Break' and took some shots on him ...We're still waiting for Eddie's response on those lyrics... Lemonade, My Dear Melancholy, Liberation, the list go on. Why not make some original artist and original titles instead of copying? You don’t have a creative bone in your body it’s embarrassing for you.
