I'm very new to this game and I've noticed how old it is. Which makes me wonder how active this game is? Also help for the game would be appreciated.

Hi there welcome! I would suggest starting reading this https://www.therockstarg...ead-first.aspx#post13288it pretty much covers everything you need to know. Things have changed a lot over the years but it's a good read in understanding the culture of this place. Also I would suggest picking a face claim to represent your character, and making them a website on the roleplay section. If you need any further help please feel free to pm me :)
