lifeafter are a two-piece rock outfit from wrexham, wales. once dubbed as ‘royal blood with a bit of balls about them’, the band take on a similar two-man approach to the hard rock scene with the only difference being that frontman joshua mitchell chooses to wield an electric guitar instead of a bass guitar.
best friends since the age of four, mitchell and greene grew up in a small town in the north of wales where they would both remain until they packed their bags and headed eastwards to liverpool in search of a thriving music scene where they would go on to make a name for themselves at a local level.
the duo have been gaining notoriety for their no-holds-barred approach to songwriting, their face-melting guitar tones, and their relentless energy when playing to small packed out venues - this has lead to national radio stations such as bbc radio one and radio x touting them as a band to keep an eye on in 2021 as they look to start making waves nationally and beyond.
