First scary experience with drugs ever.
Still awesome though ;) Never try heroin then. First time was my last time for that, possibly most horrifying experience ever. Amusingly, one of the guys I used to work with was complaining about all his pals on the estate in Edinburgh turning into junkies which was part of why he ended up in Inverness. When I asked why he never ended up a junkie he just laughed. "Heroin's shite man. Tried it the once, was so fucking bored that I never saw the point of it." Nah, I made the mistake of letting somebody else shoot me up, cause I had no clue how to do it myself. Of course, they were a junkie, so they gave me a dose that would make a junkie high. I wound up turning blue and passing out, apparently I'd been dead for a full minute when the paramedics arrived.

On Friday one of my good friends had their 18th, and utterly trashed, walked into a fast food outlet and began accusing one of the women working there of being "a fucking paedophile" and announcing "this chicken is from HELL."
Bahahh! |

Man, Irvine Welsh is such a good writer. I'm stubborn, so I bought his books even realizing I'd have some trouble reading, but it's still worth every minute I spend reading them. I've finished Ecstasy: Three Tales of Chemical Romance in 4 days. I'm already thinking of buying more of his books, even though I still got Trainspotting and Acid House. I want to get my hands on Porno so badly, but my mother would never 'approve' a book with that title. Edited by user 25 January 2010 15:13:24(UTC)

You get surprised when your ex-lover tells you they're still not over you and it's killing them to see you sleep with other people and moving on, but bittersweet because it's how it should be happening.
I guess people do have a heart.
In semi-related news, three dreams, the past three nights, each progressively more dark than the last about different lads from college. Please let there be a fourth... |

I bought a Clash video tape today, and apparently the previous owner recorded a REALLY old Sepultura appearance on Brazilian TV after the Clash videos were over. It's a shame I'm not a fan of Sepultura, if it was a band I like, I'd be hella lucky. |
