I made the mistake of going to work when I was ill the other day. Stomach cramps and threats of explosive diarrea (sp?) makes for a tortorous day. Next time I'll be staying in bed.

As stated above, I've not been feeling too good today, something I'm not used to, I think the last time I was ill of any kind was like sometime in 2005/06. Anyway I'm still feeling pretty ill, I'm visably shaking at times, very confusing for my mind, hopefully I'll be fine though. |

It's kinda weird, I'm feeling back to normal today, I woke up this morning feeling my usual self and I've been at work, I have no idea what it was, like I say I don't get ill and I keep in really good shape, I jog/run often and drink lots of water and I eat healthily. I have absolutely no idea of what it was, I was totally shaking but it vanished this morning. |
