In song, sure, all for it...but when you've got loud mouthed idiots like Kanye West spouting off about politics as if they know it all and their opinion matters, hell no.

I think speaking about politics is good in every type of genre to get the message out.

I don't care. I love some left wing bands (old UK hc) and one nazi band (ARGHOSLENT), yet neither of them have ever influenced my vote. Just like there are both christian and satanic bands out there that I really like. As long as the music's good and the lyrics aren't overly retarded, I don't care.
