 Normally when the terms "16 fever', 16 0, etc." are used, it is being used talking about getting some blow. But in this case, it is being used to introduce a new rapper, which uses the term as his rap name. The rapper is scheduled to release his first single soon, and said it will take America by storm. OOC: Hell, not enough rappers in rp.. So I thought I'd bring one in. |
