Tisha Jackson 2nd single will be released off her new album "To Whom It May Concern". The single is celled "Celebration Has Come". The single is a duet wih her dear friend Jessie Pro. The single will be released on October 2nd.

Tisha is so excited to work with her friend Jessie Pro again. Jessie and Tisha have been on tour together along side with Elle Fame. And Tisha and Jessie have worked with Daphne Aguliera on her UNITE 08, song.

Tisha and Jessie have already filmed the video, which was shot in California on September 29th, & September 30th. The video will make its World Premiere on Oct.2nd.
