Tisha has released her third single off her TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ALBUM. The single is called Nasty Andy and it is about Bi-sexuality. Tisha says: Its about a boy I know name Anderson who liked my friend and dated her but liked me as well, but however he liked the boys as well.
