On the heels of their debut album Welcome to the Wasteland reaching #5 on the US charts and #11 on the UK charts AXIOM has begun the process of searching for a label. "We were really pushing to do an independent release for the first couple releases and just see if we could generate the kind of buzz a major label looks for, and I think with the strong debut of Wasteland we are in that position," said Mike Peck. AXIOM is currently taking calls and arranging meetings with various label heads in the coming days to try and nail down this label business as quickly as possible. "We are really close to having another EP ready to go, so we really want to deal with this label business quickly. Even if that means we don't sign with anyone we just want to get back to the studio," said Tim Dunn.
