So, anyone else got it? I got it the day before it came out because I preordered it from GAME and I am LOVING it I think it's so much of an improvement over the original which I loved anyway, but now it's just perfect, much more dense storyline and likeable characters, interesting weapons and you actually feel like what your doing actually as a point rather than being just random.

Opinionz.?

I'm getting it sometime in the near-future. Sounds like it's great. I didn't like the first one either. It was a bit too....vague.

I never finished the first one, which I feel puts me at a disadvantage for the second in terms of storyline. I also found the first one to be fun in chunks. It wasn't a game I could sit down and play for 2 hours, but one I could play for 20 minutes. I just felt that it was fun, but the fun became boring repetition after about a half hour. I also felt like it was more linear than I was expecting, specifically it gave these open environments but there wasn't really any options for choosing how to handle different situations. I have heard a lot of good things about the sequel, I think the Kotaku review said something to the effect of "its the game we were promised when the first one came out" so that piques my interest. I might make a 1 day rental out of it to see if its worth pursuing further.
