"It's true that Raven didn't come to visit me, which sucks I guess. But it's understandable for her to be disappointed or to not want to see me there. I'll be seeing her now, if you reporters stop mugging me haha. It's good to know people care about the press, but not my music..."

He then boarded the helicopter, muttering something about "the new fucking Doherty".

It's good to see that jail hasn't made Jakey drop his dry sense of humour.


Good to hear you made it out alright! Don't think I could run a label by myself again. Also glad to hear you didn't drop the soap either. Haha. I think it's time for a party? Hmmm?

Jakey Comatose Announces Asian Tour Dates

Jakey Comatose is set to headline stadiums in Asia this March in support of his album, Negative. He said today that "[tour dates in Asia] are long overdue". No support is yet confirmed.

First support band announced!

Black Gold Reign will be one of two support bands on the Asian leg of the Negative tour! I'm excited, they're gonna bring something different to the shows as they play a different genre to me, I'm sure they'll bring along their own crowd and have a great time!

Second Support Act Announced!

The second support act on the Asian leg of Jakey Comatose's Negative tour was today announced to be Reckoner.

Jakey has said that he's glad he could manage to get the act, as he admires their work and live shows and thinks they're set to make it big very soon!

More details on the tour soon!

Well. Breaking The Fourth Wall is out now! Pleased on the sales too, top 10 in the UK and the USA too! Brilliant stuff.

Any of you who went down and bought the album's first few copies on the day it was released got my free gift (there was only a thousand copies). It's a disc with a couple of experimental tracks on. I couldn't think of names, cause they haven't got lyrics, but here's the track listing none the less:

01. Track One [25:34]
02. Track Two [30:11]

Yeah. I went all out on those two, I've been wanting to write some really long, progressive sounding songs, so I did! They're basically just part one and part two of a kind of instrumental prog symphony I was writing. Expect more parts at some point in the future, you just gotta know they right places to look. Plus, 56 minutes of extra music ain't too shabby, right? I only ask you guys who actually got a copy of the disc one thing - put it on every torrent site, webpage and message board you can. It was released for free and I intend for you all to hear it!

Cheers to everyone who bought it.

Or downloaded it, I don't give a fuck.

It's beautiful in some parts, and ugly in others, sometimes simple, sometimes complex. It's fast and slow, loud and quiet. It's a composition that's all about contrast.
