Asian sensation Yumi has returned with her third Japanese album, HYPNOTICS. The release comes on the heels of a long vacation by the star after the immense success that her previous release Echo accomplished (debuting at #5 and going on to sell nearly 500,000 copies).
Returning with what looks like another Top 10 single, Yumi has launched the electro-pop "WHAT'S UP?", a Japanese cover of the 2009 Hande Yener hit "Hayrola?".
And the rest of the album appears to be an electronic bed of roses. Songs like "Heat", "Ask", and "I.Q" discuss the very taboo subject of sexuality, and the title track is audio orgasm even at it's 10+ minutes in length.
Sources have revealed that HYPNOTICS is the result of over 100 stage performances, nearly 2000 points, and almost $4 million US dollars. With both single and album Ninki ratings above 200, this definitely expected to be one of Yumi's better releases since her return to music just last year.
