Late last night as Regans band released their new single from the upcoming second half of "Amneisa" called "The Catalyst"; "Inbetween" Regan announced that he will be making a new A Static Theory album. Today he announced the full line-up and its plans.
"So I've been holding this back for a while now but it is true what I said last night. I wasn't drunk, high, or on any drugs. You heard it. I will be making a new A Static Theory album and it will be the last album I will do for it. I'll be entering the studio at the end of Quarantines triple headliner tour with The Nimrods and Jakey Comatose. The solo record is still going to be recorded but its not gonna be original songs. I'm thinking of making a covers album for the new solo album just to hold it off so I can concentrate on this. Any who here is the complete line-up:
Me - Vocals/Guitar
Jakey Comatose - Vocals/Piano/Keys
Raven Comatose - Vocals/Guitar
Liam O'Mally - Bass Guitar
Anders Svensson - Drums/Percussion
I know it isn't as big as the last two line-ups but thats how I wanted it this time. It was just to many guitarist the last time. I mean come on 4 guitarists? It was a fun experience but the last time I remember someone stealing the whole album from our studio like the week before it was suppose to be released so it was just a nightmare. I know that this time it is going to be a fun experience. I love working with both Comatoses and I've always wanted to work with someone from The Lost and I have always had much respect and love for Transferium Project. In fact this isn't all. We are gonna do a lot of collaborations on this album. No songs written yet but we're gonna go for an industrial/experimental rock sound. Some of the songs will be all heavy and in-your-face while others will be very experimental. I'm trying to bring new sounds to life! Haha. This will be the best A Static Theory album though for sure. The thing I like of this line-up each one of us bring a different sound to the table and I can't wait to see how it comes out. If we decide to enter the studio early I'll keep you updated and I've been writing guitar parts on this whole tour. So once I kick into full gear and the rest of the band this shouldn't take long at all. Anyways....More news to follow.

Thanks everyone we are excited as you are. Ryan I'll def keep in contact dude. Not much more news other then I have been writing some guitar tracks this week and last week. More news to follow as we get close to entering the studio!

We are now confirmed to playing at Mashfest and Aftermath 4 this year! We plan to unreveal new songs and play covers. This is a new A Static Theory so we might try to add some old songs from previous albums in there. Anyways just thought I'd let everyone know.
