Hey kiddies, we've been keeping quiet lately in the BGR camp, and it's come down to this. Obviously, 'Archetype' was a huge (4,200,000+ and counting to be exact) success, and we won't be entering the studio for a follow up album until September, so until then, we've decided to tide all you fans over with a cover album. Now here's the kicker, we wanna collaborate with artists on every track. Yes, most of the songs are metal based, but we're willing to be a little flexible if you wanna change it up a bit. After all, in the words of Danzig, what's the point of covering something if there's no reason to listen to it over the original? Here's the tracklist as of now:

Sweating Bullets (Megadeth Cover)
Funeral Thirst (Black Dahlia Murder Cover)
The Body Of Death With The Man Of The Body Of Death (Pinkly Smooth Cover)
Blacken The Cursed Sun (Lamb Of God Cover)
Colony Of Birchmen (Mastodon Cover) TAKEN BY MIND
Bonded By Blood (Exodus Cover)
Slaves Of Pain (Sepultura Cover)
Prison Song (SOAD Cover)
Ghosts Of War (Slayer Cover) TAKEN BY STOCKHOLM SYNDROME
Souls Of Black (Testament Cover) TAKEN BY INSOLENT PARADOX

Get back, ye fuckers!

OOC: If you wanna do a song, PM me what song + band/band members/artist, and if you want any significant changes made. I'll use this and any other info/bright ideas you guys throw in to write RP's for each track.

Already got some ideas floating around with a couple quality musicians, keep it up. So far 'Souls Of Black' has been claimed by our good friends Insolent Paradox, and it wouldn't be a real party if Mind didn't contribute to 'Colony Of Birchmen'. And we got a special invite from the dudes in Stockholm Syndrome not only to co-record Slayer's 'Ghosts of War' for the album, but they've asked if it can be contributed to their up coming album too. Cool stuff, would be even cooler if we got a wider spread of musicians from genres outside of rock/punk/metal.
