BIOGRAPHY The Dive is a punk rock band started in mid-2009 by Tommis DeSemph and Gabriel Allis, friends who grew up in Trenton, New Jersey. After discovering synth/drumming and guitar/vocals respectively, they started a small local band called "Close Your Eyes." After a couple of years, in 2009, they found Matthew Aiden and David Logan to form a full-sized band, where The Dive was formed. Today, they are performing in venues across the United States and intend on going as far as they can with their music. NEWS The Dive's debut album comes out in the USA in three days! Whoo! Reviewers from the Rolling Stone gave it 4 and 1/2 stars, and various audience previews gave it an overall ranking of 97 out of 100. It's called "Brink Of War," and the tracks are as follows: Brink Of War Wehrmacht Counter-Intuitive There Is No Counter-Culture Terrible Disgrace Dirt Nap Walk Away Tom Sawyer (Rush Cover) Finality Stillness There's also a bonus track... not gonna tell you how to find it, and no, you don't wait a long time after "Stillness." ;) It's a cover of The Used's Pretty Handsome Awkward.
