Maybe, every month or so, different styles will come in and out of style, affecting album sales accordingly. Just a rough idea, I want to get some feedback on it. |

Hmm, it would be even cooler if this could be swayed by the quality of roleplaying by people of various genres, maybe a rating system? Though that would be pretty tough to do and I'm just throwing in an idea.
But as for styles changing, it sound's an okay idea, but also I thought maybe the option of 'going mainstream' might be pretty cool, where for instance you get a boost to the more album and single sales, as well as more gig tickets sold, but it should have other negative effects like for instance meaning less mainstream bands who prefer to stay to their roots wouldn't want to work with you, it could also take away more stamina from all the hassle from the papparazzi and shit like that. I don't know, but there should be some serious good effects to it and serious bad ones to level it out otherwise everyone would just do it. |
