I don't think he's been terrible, a couple of mistakes here and there, Although there was a couple of times when he could have broke Rafa's serve and the 1st set could have been his, shame, really. |

Yeah, I mean Im a huge fan of his, but he seriously crumbles under pressure, and he's going to head out today. I think that Nadal will thump Berdych in the final Edit: 2 break points. come on!! I hope this Murray - Nadal game has a similar atmosphere to when he played Gasquet at Wimbledon 1 or 2 years ago, that was a great game. EDIT: I think we should probably get back on topic or create a Tennis/Wimbledon (It's a bit late though) thread Edited by user 03 July 2010 03:10:30(UTC)

Tennis? Away to fuck, this is for the sport of kings, none of your pampy Wimbledon shite with middle class buffoons shouting "come on Tim" in a hysterical show of passive aggressive wimpiness that apparently passes for passion in the Home Counties.
Love that result today. Hope it means Dunga gets the sack and Brazil go down the Maradona route and hire someone who has them playing like Brazil SHOULD play again. Two holding midfielders? Fuck right off. And good to see the ever classy Juventus influence on display with Melo's stamp on Robben. |

To be brutally honest, it wasn't cheating as much as it was serious foul play. It's the same scenario as when the last defender trips a forward through on goal...whilst you're guaranteed a red, you give your team a slight chance of not losing what wouldve been a certain goal... |

I initially thought it was cheating but realistically, after having thought about it, he did what he could to keep Uruguay in the tournament. It was an instinctive reaction given the circumstances. He took a chance in the fact the resulting penalty shot would be a 50/50 result. They are after all playing for sheep stations, as the saying goes. Ghana had their chance but blew it. Yeah it was unsporting but it happens many times throughout the game (pushing, pulling, diving etc). |
