Shoot to Kill has just released their second studio album entitled Chaos Theory (seen below) this past week. The band has been underground for sometime with their self-titled first album which sold over a half million copies worldwide. Their second album has made it to number 33 on the USA charts and the band looking to book spots as an opening band for their upcoming tour.  Chaos Theory has received critical acclaim of a score of 98%.
