I'd recommend GIMP, it's basically Photoshop without all the super crazy gadgets and stuff, plus, it's free.

PhotoFiltre is what I use, and recommend. I don't 'get' Photoshop or GIMP in the slightest (what am I missing!?), but if you do, I recommend those. |
