Not too long ago I talked about New Zealand band Join the Club, who've just released their new single in Australasia and USA - The album wasn't as successful as some had hoped, but no one is really surprised. The band simply isn't known enough.. yet.

We've received news though that the band has introduced a new member, Mike Cobb. Cobb will be playing the Harmonica and Keyboard for the band. Mike Cobb was discovered in the US when JTC were touring through California and he was playing in a local bar before JTC were to go out. The bands vocalist mentioned last week on the phone how they were looking to try distinguish their sound a little more in the future, for which they hoped their self titled album could of demonstrated. I can only assume the introduction of Cobb is a further attempt to improve their sound.

The band will be playing for the first time with Cobb in The Little Bar, Los Angeles this weekend - An uncommonly small venue, but rumor has it, that's where Cobb started out.
