At 2:35 p.m. EST, Zach went to the court under the charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence, and verbally assaulting a cop. With full cooperation, the judge sentenced him to a month in jail and 90 hours of community service. Zach has issued another statement concerning this. Quote:"After compiling to the judge, I will take on the punishment full heartily. I know I shouldn't of gotten behind the wheel so that was my fault. I am willing to pay my time. It just sucks that I will not be able to go forward with the band at this moment. Zach will begin his sentence on August 9th. Edited by user 09 August 2010 06:12:38(UTC)
