After the tour I will be taking a slight holiday, I think I deserve one although knowing me I will end up working somehow in someway before powering back to shoot the third video for new single which I'm still planning on releasing a.s.a.p

Cherise: Woah guys the tours opening 2 nights been amazing in Glasgow and Edinburgh thank you all for supporting me and turning out.. in Ireland now ready for Dublin tomorrow can't wait for that its going to be amazinggg. Redlight(mattymix) shot back to #8 on airplay today so thank you all and pyramid #11 and holding strong for its 20th week on chart.. off to bed now ready for some interviews and promo in Ireland before gig tomorrow night see you there xx |

Cherise Blog 11th April
Sooo tonights the last night of the tour and what a tour it has been. I've truly enjoyed every single date the response has been amazing and special thanks to the brilliant crew and band I've had with me and to Millie, Celeste and Mykaylah who I hope enjoyed it as much as me.
As some of you may know the IMA/Birdies where announced yesterday and I'm so thrilled to of received six nominations (best solo, newcomer, tour, lyrics for redlight, single for pyramid and album for destination unknown), I wasn't expecting any never mind all them I'm so excited to just be a part of it and with such established gifted talented artists its going to be an amazing night.
Also you may of heard my third single is going to be released on May 1st 'Bottled Up' is one of my favourite tracks off the album and is also different to previous releases with its summary drum'n'bass backing I hope you all enjoy it, you can request it on radios now, also big thanks to you all for requesting redlight putting it back to its original peak of #3 on Airplay Charts and for still supporting 'takin over' with myself featuring on MattY's new single.
So thats all the news from Cherise world lately a lot going on after tonights final tour date I will be going on holiday for week (yayyyy). We are also working on a new look site to be launched later on as well.

Cherise: Hey guys so after a manic few weeks the tour finished last night with special guest MattY and exclusive performance of a new song 'Kinky Grilz' I hope you all enjoyed the tour as much as I did. Special thanks to Millie and Mykaylah they did amazingly. I'm off on holiday a nice little break for a few days, well deserved I think before gearing up for 'Bottled Up' release which you can request on radio now!!. It's been a good few months success of 'Redlight' and 'Destination Unknown has been brilliant and if you've not heard yet I have been nominated for 6 IMA/Birdies this year which is such an honour and achievement i have been nominated for Best Solo, Best Newcomer, Best Tour, Best Single (pyramid), Best Album (destination unknown) and Best Lyrics (redlight) I will also be performing at the awards themselves in a few weeks time so keep your eye out for that. I'm now gearing myself up for the Miss Vanity Welcome To Hell tour leg in Oz in June before I head back to the studio to work on album number 2 which I am so excited for I already have a few songs written and shall continue work over the next few months, but for now I shall leave you with the 'Bottled Up' cover and remember its out May 1st! love and hugs xx C |
