Chris has allegedly been an alcoholic since he was 19, but his addiction was always ignored. On January 16th, while touring in Europe. Patrick's addiction became worse, many have been pointing fingers at his recent divorce with fellow musician Veronica Mills, whom he fathered two daughter with. An insider source claimed the before the show in Madrid, Spain, Patrick took in 7 drinks and smoked an illegal substance. One source claimed the Patrick was "having this burst of anger throwing chairs and punching a fan in the face", "he kept taking drinks even though his band mate Rob kept telling him to stop". Patrick got so drunk that on the first song at the concert he ripped up his clothes and began to cry screaming *"Vicky [Veronica] please come back, I love you". He was later escorted of stage and into a hospital with a blood alcohol level of 0.22 nearly double the legal limit. The tour was cut short and Chris entered rehab today to get himself back on track. Veronica has since tried to rekindle the relationship, and has been a driving force on keeping him sober. Chris is expected to do an interview with MTV next month, stay tuned!
