Lewis Williams was born on 12th of January 1995. During the later years of his teenage years he picked up a guitar and pulled off an amazing cross over from unskilled nab to a blistering guitarist. On the 14 of March 2010 he enlisted the help of 16 year old drummer Quincey Warner to form a band. Quincey was a black metal drummer with a band called Skinning Jesus but soon left the band after the singer was arrested for assaulting a priest. Quincey was well connected and brought over a bassist called Rob Halford, another 15 year old, from a band called Destroyed by Aliens to play bass. After a short time they realized they'd need a guitarist to take over Lewis' place as he couldn't hit screamo notes whilst playing complicated guitar riffs. They brought in Jeff Climehazzard to take over vocals but he couldn't grasp some of the lyrical structures. He was however good with keyboards so he wasn't fired and became a backing vocalist and played keyboard on most songs. They enlisted the help of guitarist Antony Alla. A frequent session guitarist who lived near Quincey. He learned the material and aced the audition.

They set about recording right away and came out with Heaven Burnt Down to Hell. Not a very creative single but it worked. They played their first tour with dates spanning from Nottingham to Camden Town. The tour concluded with the band headlining at The Camden Underworld with Desolate as support band. This was their live debut of songs that would later be released on their first album, Rust in Pieces. A Megadeth inspired name.

The band will be doing another headline tour of the UK with dates in Camden whilst being supported by: Devilshade, Annihilation of Israel and Machine. They will also be playing Download festival and playing Bloodstock. Antony appeared on the new Devilshade album Enraged by Peace on two tracks: Suicidal Serenade, Visions of a Plague.

They will be heading to the studio after the tour to write a new album.

OOC: I'd say this was a nice starting RP, gives us a feel for the characters and a sense of the music they play. You should probably try to get an EP or album out and interact with other artists now.

OOC: Hey, man! You've done a really nice first RP, and I enjoyed reading it. You've got a lot of potential, and I hope you stick around. I agree with what DistortedAudio was saying; interaction with other artists allows more people to become aware of your band.

An EP is basically a short version of an album; usually between 3 and 8 tracks. Most bands typically release EPs every once in a while. So, if you're ever wanting to add more realism to your band, that's the way to go!
Kid Anything- Indie/Britpop/Shoegaze; influenced by Sigur Ros, XXYYXX, Kanye West, Blur, Oasis

(Bringing together an eclectic group of influences, Ulysses' songs are sung with carefree abandon by Nick Junk)

Kurt Ulysses - Songwriter, Guitarist, Backup Vocalist
Nick Junk - Vocals, Mojo

Infinite- Alternative/Experimental Rock; influenced by Muse, Radiohead, and The Beatles

(Known best for their experimental music and their frontman's eccentric behavior, the band disbanded after Eric Quillington's death to pursue solo careers or, in Matt Robert's case, peace of mind. Infinite released four albums over the course of their career; Blue Nebula, Midnight Skies, Insomnia, and Dancing about Architecture.)

Eric Quillington (Deceased) - Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Piano, Primary Lyricist
Matt Roberts - Bass
Greg Oldson - Drums, Backup Vocals, Secondary Lyricist
Amelia Florentine - Keyboards, Piano, Lyricist, Backup Vocals

"When asked 'how do you write?' I invariably answer, 'one word at a time', and this answer is invariably dismissed. But that's all it is. It sounds too simple to be true, but consider the Great Wall of China, if you will: one stone at a time, man. That's all. One stone at a time. But I've read you can see that motherfucker from space without a telescope."

Well, we're 4 months into 2011 and the year is going great. We secured our fanbase in London and we've got two tour dates to finish the first quarter. Antony and Quincey have been hiding and Jeff has been drawing. We're all very tired but we got some new material for an EP to follow up Rust in Pieces. The songs called Wasted Plagues and talks about the spreading of the 'political disease'. We've also just finished writing the remastered version of Rust in Pieces which you can read further on. Was a fun week in which the entire band got high and generally destroyed the song by adding some killer solos and a nasty little drum beat to end the earth... but it was a good learning experience and the new version is so much better, well, here's the lyrics:

They came with rats across the sea
Swarming with vermin and hostility
But I'm already so diseased
A plague is something just to please

They started taking the power from us
The King betrayed in who we trust
Burning, Burning, burnt to dust
Now in pieces you can rust

Scurvy dogs, sent to control
To tear & torture, a humble soul
Inside they're just weak
A new born foal

They started taking the power from us
The King betrayed in who we trust
Burning, Burning, burnt to dust
Now in pieces you can rust

Burn
[Solo]

Sentimental aggrivation
The final raping of a once great nation
Children destined to starvation
Will noone bring us salvation

They started taking the power from us
The King betrayed in who we trust
Burning, Burning, burnt to dust
Now in pieces you can rust
They started taking the power from us
The King betrayed in who we trust
Burning, Burning, burnt to dust
Now in pieces you can rust
