'Those Days Are Over' is about moving on. It's a story about how people dealt with losing your loved one, and trying to move on after the death. The theme is mainly about how people felt about the sad truth, and you have to accept it no matter what.
MiSTAR's Comments:
When writing this song, we wanted the listeners to fully understand the concept of this song. It's a summery pop-dance track, with a great lyric. When we wrote the lyric, we kept in mind about moving on after losing the one you loved. When you're moving on, you don't have to be sad. You can be happy though, thinking that the one you lose will stay beside you. In writing this song, we wanted people to understand that there's still a future for all of you, even though your loved one is no linger with you.
