Background
Riot! In The Boulevard is the highly anticipated, self titled debut album from American rock band, Riot! In The Boulevard. It is set to be released on July 24, 2011 and will include the hugely succesfull singles, Sweet Little Fantasy’s and All The Non Believers. The album will be recorded at Capitol Studios in Los Angeles, California between June and July 2011.
All songs on the album were written by Amy Meyer and all music is provided by Justin Mullen, Nathan Mullen, Jason Greenberg and Amy Meyer. The album was produced by Ryan Ross Hernandez, Damion Holmes, Danny Allen and Amy Meyer during June and July 2011.
The majority of tracks on the album were written by Amy Meyer in 2011, with Sweet Little Fantasy being the exception as she wrote that song during her final year of Highschool in 2010. The lyrics to the songs were posted on the bands official website and the majority of these songs were debuted on the bands UK tour in support of the well known British rock band Fathers Of Fury. There are 12 songs on the album in total but if the album is downloaded via Itunes, fans will get two additional tracks, A track written by Amy Meyer and Jack Straw while on tour together called Clip My Wings and the other was the most recent single from the band, All The Non Believers which peaked at number 8 on the Top20 Airplay charts.
The album will be released on the relatively small indie label Nomad Records on July 24, 2011.
