After a while, Gabriel felt something move beside him. Forgetting where he was, he opened his eyes, seeing Serenity beside him. Despite the fact they had gone to sleep separately, she was now laid right next to him, turned towards him, and with his arm around her. She was nice and warm, and Gabe could hear the wind outside picking up, so he simply turned over, putting his other arm around Serenity, and pulling the covers over them both.

Gabriel closed his eyes and tried to doze off again, when he felt Serenity's hand touch his arm. He looked at her, and she looked so peaceful asleep. He smiled and tried to stay still to not wake her.
