"Yeah I know I am" she laughs a little

Eilidh is at home in the house she shares with Oscar. She looks tired and like she hasn't slept too well as of late. She comes into the kitchen and looks around, opening some of the low down cupboards before frowning a little.

"Where do you live coffee?" SHe asks out loud before opening a higher one and smiling.

"There you are!"

She tries to reach the coffee but can't, so she tries to climb onto the counter, and just about reaches it, when a noise comes from the other room, a crying and wailing sound. Eilidh jumps down and sorts her dress before she runs through to the room.

"It's ok Roo. Mommy's here." She lifts her baby up and gently rocks her, smiling as the baby falls back asleep.

Eilidh was smiling down at the sleeping Roo when she heard it. Someone knocked on the door. She stopped and looked up. She didn't like when people called when Oscar wasn't home. It made her scared to not know who was at the door. She stood for a while before putting Roo in her crib.

"I'll be right back..." She said quietly, before walking towards the front door slowly. She stopped behind it.

"Wh...who is it?" She shouted through the door softly

Eilidh looks a little suspicious. She takes a step closer before taking a deep breath.

"Is it...Jade from the school?"

Eilidh reaches up and tries to unlock the door without making a noise. She pulls the door open ever so slightly and looks out. When she sees Jade, she smiles and runs out.

"Oh Jade Hi!" She hugs her tight.

"I really missed you since the school."

Eilidh smiles and wipes a happy little tear from her face.

"I didn't know how to call you cos I didn't have your number but o always missed you."

She claps her hands, excited.

Eilidh smiles. "You look real nice. I like your hair and your eyes. They're pretty."

She jumps a little up and down.

"Yeah! Do you want to see her? She's not big. Just a real little baby."

Eilidh grabs her hand and pulls her into the house, a little over excited.

"She's a little asleep but we can still look at her."

She nods.

Eilidh smiles and looks at her, acting like a little kid because she's so happy to see her friend.

"You are allowed to tell her hello if you want."

She keeps walking.

Eilidh half skips into the living room where the crib is. She pulls Jade towards the crib and looks down, where Roo is awake and looking all around her.

"That's her in there," she says, pointing down.
