Any opinions of him?

Those of you who don't know him, he's a classical pianist, plays mostly Romantic era stuff (Liszt, Chopin, Debussy, etc.)

I saw him play a couple years back, and he just released an entire album of Liszt songs. Any thoughts on his takes? I feel as though he cuts the songs a bit, by speeding up. He always plays a tad faster than need be. He is the "pop star" of contemporary classical music, so immediately I must remain cautious of him. But, after awhile, I've grown to appreciate him.

The think I dislike about him as that he has a huge hype around him. Sure, he's talented and all, but I wouldn't say he's the greatest around today. Yet, he's given such a title. And he has the stage presence of a big shot. Basically, like I said above, he's the "pop star" of his craft. All in all, he still is impressive to watch.
