Dominic Brown) 9 Forever Gone 10 Ready Now Overall Comment LAURENCE: "This is my first solo record and while working on it, I really found out how harder it was than working on a band's album. I put the most I could in it, even though Will.Rocca really gave me a huge help on it. I didn't write all the songs, but I think that each one means a lot to me. The first time I listened to the album I thought about how much my life has changed since I've become a singer, since my career started. I've never really exactly wanted to be a singer, but I wanted a career that I could enjoy and would help me in making money, that's true, but with the time, working on all the songs I made I think music has really become a passion, even though I still care about money now that I have a wife and a son too. The title of the album comes straight from the nickname that media, or maybe, well, our last Teen Titans' manager gave me. I've never really cared about the nickname, but as people would always recognise me as Einstein Titan, I felt like the album had to have a reference to it. The "2.0" stands for the fact that being always recognised as "Einstein Titan", I've realised that I'm a sort of second Einstein, the one of 2000, even if not as much ingenious as him I believe. So having the title also a reference to someone who introduced the future, every track on the album had to be a little futurist too of course. Some have that futuristic edge in the lyrics, some in the beat, and some in both things, but all of them have it." Track by track coming soon. Will.Rocca) Electro Pop, R&B Track 1 Written & Produced by Will.Rocca The Song It has an heavy Electro Pop sound mixed with some R&B elements that can be heard in the chorus. A synthesized trumpet plays some notes in the first ten seconds of the song and then a kick and clap play too, growing the beat. As the bass gets in, Laurence sings the first verse, which sounds close to a rap. Laurence's vocals get higher towards the end of the verse and sings with an high and quite repetitive way the chorus, which ends with a robotic effect on Laurence's voice. Then the beat stops for two seconds and when the trumpet play again, Laurence uses the same tune of the first verse for the new one. The bass plays again too and another verse is sang by Laurence with louder vocals and then as the first verse is repeated, a new chorus comes. After the chorus, Will.Rocca sings straightaway a rap and the chorus is repeated twice again. At the end of the last line, the instruments play the same notes played for the intro of the song and Laurence is heard saying a "Yeah" in the background like an instrument. The song eventually ends with the beat fading. Will totally made the track by himself and he offered me this song when I had just started recording the album. It was supposed to be one of his songs, but when he decided to scrap his own album project for a while, he thought that it was perfect for my vocals and I couldn't agree more."

It starts with the beat being at his fast tempo already, as a chorus is what opens the song. Then the beat slows down a little and Laurence sings the first verse. As the song goes even slowlier and the piano plays higher and longer notes, Laurence sings the pre-chorus using a slow, ballad-kind of tune. Then the beat suddenly goes faster again and another chorus comes in. The song repeats the same sequence of beat of before, as another verse similar to the first one is sang, followed by another slow pre-chorus and a chorus. A short instrumental part plays and then as the slow pre-chorus comes in again, the catchy chorus is repeated twice, ending the song with the last line. A piano and some synthesizers start the song and as the bass plays a slow sequence of notes, Laurence sings softly the opening verse, which is followed by a more intense pre-chorus, that leads to the chorus, in which Laurence hits in the repeated line some very high notes that he manages to hold for a few seconds on the word "Lover", but sings with a lower tune the other lines. When the chorus ends, the piano and the synthesizers are the only things heard in the background and Laurence sings softly again for the new verse, followed by another pre-chorus and its chorus. Then the song goes almost acapella and Laurence, with the soft tune that characterizes the song, sings the bridge of the song and then as he hits the high note for the first line of the chorus, the beat gets intense again and when the chorus is repeated once again, the song ends. I wrote this one with Will and we already had like a lot of uptempo, Dance songs so we decided to do some ballads and this is the first one that we came up with. The song is about how someone feels finding out that their own lover has cheated on them. It's something that most people can relate to I believe. My favourite part of the lyrics is when in the second verse when it says "You're there, ready to take me where / You take away all of my air" which means that sometimes we love somebody so much that we might even die for it."

The hard synthesizers open the song and Laurence begins to sing the first verse after a few seconds. He keeps a strong and quite confident tune, which leads into a louder verse. When the drums play shorter notes consecutively, the song gets into its first chorus, sang by Laurence with a reverb effect on his voice along with a sort of choir made by duplicating the vocals. When the last line is sang, the instruments in the background still play their strong sequences of notes mixing the high notes of the synthesizers with the low ones of the horn and the bass. As the sequences end and the beat slows a little down, Laurence sings the next two verse, the second one being the loudest. Then another chorus comes in and at the end of this one, the instruments still play for the longest instrumental part of the song and then other two choruses come in, ending the song. I actually started recording the album before Den and Tanya, and so they couldn't believe it, it was fun to see their faces. Anyway the lyrics of the song are actually about provocating a woman and the song is mostly about sex. I think my wife likes this one."

It starts with Laurence singing the chorus straightaway with the same dance vibe of the beat in the singing tune. He then changes the tune as the beat in the background goes slowlier and keeps fitting with the voice. After this verse, another chorus comes again, followed by a post-chorus that keeps the intensity of the chorus itself. So the song goes into its instrumental part, which is some sort of follow-up of the chorus, but without Laurence's voice, that suddenly and gets the song into another chorus, along with its post-chorus. So the beat almost stops and Will.Rocca sings a rap, putting some dance tune in it too and as the beat gets into his catchier sound, he joins Laurence on singing the other two choruses, with one last post-chorus. At the end of it, some sort of explosion is heard and the song ends. It is just like I wanted it to be and I think it really shows what's my solo sound like. And, also, having Will on the track was beyond amazing to be honest! He really helped in the studio producing this one and he's a great producer. I also think that this song fits my voice very well, plus the lyrics are very good: I wrote the song with Will himself and Claire Becker, and they did most of the songwriting job as I only added some lines, but I still like to think this song as a song about my wife."

Tisha Jackson) R&B, Pop Track 6 Written by Will.Rocca & Produced by Laurence Wilson, Will.Rocca The Song The mix of Laurence and Tisha's vocals and the R&B beat of the song make it perfect to give the listeners some new good tunes to easily sing or hum. It starts with a synthesized trumpet playing a few notes and then as the bass gets in, Laurence sings the first verse, introducing it with a few words in the intro of the song and then singing it with the a tune good enough to fit perfectly with the beat. He's followed by Tisha who uses the same tune and then the first chorus comes in straight away after the last line of the first verse. The chorus is almost screamed and the tune used gets slowly faster towards the end of it, while some claps and kicks spice up the background of the song. Tisha starts the new verse as soon as the chorus ends, using the same tune of the first verse and Laurence sings the last lines this time. Another chorus comes and as this ends, Laurence and Tisha hit a little higher notes with the begin of the middle 8 part singing two lines and when this short verse ends, the instruments play lower notes and both of them are heard whispering some words. Laurence singing a high "Oh" is what leads the song to the last part of the song, which is made of other three choruses that contain ad-libs from both. I was delighted when I found out she accepted to feature on the song, she makes the track sound fantastic with her vocals and that's something that especially Will says too, as he produced most of the song and most importantly wrote all the lyrics by himself. The lyrics are mostly about falling in love with someone without knowing exactly why, like one of those times that someone is in love for apparently no reason and I guess that is somehing that happens or has happened to almost anyone."

It starts with some slow guitar chords and as the clap mixed to a snare plays a slow beat, Laurence sings slowly the first verse, followed by a pre-chorus in which he sings with more emotion, which is kept in the chorus too, along with other instruments playing in the background. Then the emotional feeling in the song fades off as the chorus ends and Laurence sings a new verse, still slowly. The pre-chorus and the chorus come in again and then as the middle 8 part comes, a reverb effect is added on Laurence's slow vocals, while the instruments in the background can be barely heard. Dominic Brown) R&B, Dance Pop Track 8 Written & Produced by Laurence Wilson, Will.Rocca The Song The song is a mix of Pop and R&B with lots of Dance elements put in it too. It starts with some synthesizers playing the dancey beat and Laurence sings using an introducing tune with a reverb effect on his voice, and as the instruments start to slolwy playing an always more intense beat, the effect fades away. Laurence uses a louder tone for the pre-chorus, which is finished by Dominic with a tune very similar to a rap. Then the bass and the kick start playing a new sequence of notes together, and along with the other synthesizers, the chorus starts and Laurence and Dominic both sing loud for the first lines and then go on lower tones for the last few lines, except the last one where Laurence hits a little higher notes again. Then after a short instrumental where the bass and kick stop loudly, Dominic sings a new verse with a tune sounding close to a rap and uses it until the next pre-chorus, repeated in the same way of the first one, followed by the chorus too. When the new chorus ends too, the synthesizers play a Dance beat, on which Laurence adds some vocals using a repetitive but also catchy tune. The middle 8 part ends with other instruments playing high notes in the background and the bass, along with the kick, getting in again and the last chorus comes, ending the song with the only Laurence's vocals of the last line. There's a lot of meaning in the lyrics too and it's about two guys that break their friendship because of a girl, but after she used them, they understand how much their friendship is important and just decide to have fun like they would do before. I wrote it with Will and he pretty much wrote it all by himself and I just added a few bits but it was perfect the same. Also, the fact that Dominic accepted to feature on the song makes it more amazing because I couldn't think of anyone else to sing his parts like he does."

It starts with a sad melody playing for a few seconds and when a beat close to the Hip Hop begins to play, Laurence sings with some confident but a little angry vocals the first verse. He hits some higher notes for the second one and then the intense chorus comes in, with Laurence's voice being duplicated giving a choir effect. As the Hip Hop beat plays again, Laurence sings the new verse and when the last line is sang, the instruments stop playing for a second and then the intense chorus beat is played again, along with Laurence duplicated vocals. An electric noise starts the song and Laurence sings after a sort of explosion is heard. In the first verse, Laurence's vocals harmonise well with the background and when the pre-chorus comes, the beat seems to be getting ready for the chorus, which sounds very festive and is split up in two parts: the first one being a little repetitive but still catchy and the second one containing higher notes of the vocals.
