Interview with the SHOCKHEAD MAGAZINE

SM: Hi, Tom! How are things going?
T: Hello! Things are very, very good man.

SM: I Have to make this question: Are you returning to the music scene? I read that you confirmed a new album.
T: Well...About the new album, it's just a compilation of unreleased recordings and it features 2 songs that nobody listened taken from the Blood On The Nile era. But, I don't know if I will embark on a new project or something, I don't know, really.

SM: And are you releasing some single for that album?
T: It's gonna be a Free Downloadable album and I'll release 2 albums for free download tomorrow, Hunting the Weak and Absolution from BOTN.

SM: Is it true that you are going to re-master and then re-release all Hellspawn albums?
T: Mmmm, no.

SM: And there's people at the internet saying: Hellspawn will be back this 2012, is that true?
T: No. Hellspawn will never return.

SM: Are you going to play live shows to support the release of Unreleased?
T: Not really. I'm not ready for a tour...I'm very good in my actual life as a normal guy but I love music and I can't say that I wan't tour anymore.

SM: Do you rembember The Purger?
T: Yeah...How can I forget him? He killed one friend of mine but I don't want to talk about that.

SM: What's your favourite Hellspawn album?
T: Mmmm...It's very hard because Hellspawn was my band, my baby...But I think Last Rites is our best album, it has 3 of our most-classic songs: Welcome To Our Nightmare, Surrounded By Darkness and Phantoms Of The Past.

SM: And Hellspawn's worst album?
T: I like all Hellspawn's albums...I can't answer that question.

SM: Are you still taking singing lessons?
T: No, I hasn't a good voice so I stop singing...Five years ago (laughs).

SM: Have you been writing some stuff this months?
T: Yeah, I can't stop writing music, I love it! I have nearly 60 finished songs recorded in demo CDs.

SM: Wow! Are you going to release them?
T: Not now. Maybe for a future release but now, I want all them for me!

SM: Last question, Tom...Told us your plans for the future.
T: Maybe working on a new music project, spent a lot of time with my family, go to more music shows and win the lottery (laughs).
